Excellent service! I called them in the morning and they had someone come out in just under 2 hours. The technician was great. Explained the issue, provided advise and showed me before and after of the work. Everything was done professionally without any unnecessary upsell. The plumber not only unclogged the AC drain line from the attic to the bathroom sink but also made several improvements to the pipes and connections so that it's easy to maintenance going forward. Will definitely use this company again.

I called to have a new shut-off valve to replace the original circa 1990’s. Mikcah came out within the appointment time window to install a new one. These are VITAL to our homes that in case of any pipes burst or extended travel and one needs to be able to shut the water off at the house. Unfortunately, our main busted due to the house settling. After shutting off the valve at the meter, I called Affordable Quality Plumbing (AQP) and Mickah came within 4hrs to swap out the broken PVC for Pex to prevent a recurrence. Mickah also swapped out the gate valve with a ball valve for improved efficiency and eliminated three 90deg bends with the Pex! Highly recommend AQP!

Chris and his team have come to my house for small jobs (toddlers flushing wipes and clogging the line) to a huge job (main sewage line broken). They are the best. Great communicators, skilled, and affordable. We had multiple companies come out for our big job and he was the only one that actually made our house livable while they worked under the house. I had a plumbing emergency at approximately 10:00 PM when we noticed a back-up in our shower when we flushed the toilet. Chris at Inheritance Plumbing did a great job installing our home water filtration system we were gifted. He made sure everything was installed and working correctly and also answered lots of other plumbing questions we had before he left. He is kind and reliable. The water filtration system has already made a huge difference in our home over the last couple of days. The water no longer has a strong smell to it, it doesn’t taste bad like it previously did, and it leaves our skin and hair so soft after showering. Before the system was installed our bathroom would smell so strongly of chlorine and our skin would feel super dry coming out of the shower. Zack O did a terrific job clearing a main drain line in our master bathroom. He explained everything ahead of time and worked quickly and efficiently. We had all of our old galvanized pipes in our entire house replaced by All-Clear Plumbing. Zach first gave us the original estimate. The price was reasonable in my opinion and he addressed all of my concerns. Dylan and Austin did the work. They did a perfect job. They paid attention to every little detail. My technician, Alton was the best! We did the yearly membership which saved us hundreds when we found out a previous owner poorly repiped the house. They did two major digs to identify/fix the improper routing and install a sewer main drain and had us back up and running in under 2 days. When I saw the mess the previous plumbers made, I was horrified. Alton got us squared away with the best option that wouldn’t require us to completely redo the pipes when we just purchased a new home. We were also able to finance the required work at no money down and 0% APR for 12 months. Working with Bluefrog has been a much needed break from the stress we have been going through.

There are many positives to share about this company. The scheduling was fast and easy, and someone actually picked up the phone when I called. A texted link showed the live location of the technician, who arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, and explained everything clearly. Why not 5 stars then? Well, the issue I had was I needed my water heater pilot relit, and he asked for authorization for a $268 diagnostic fee. I assumed the problem would be complicated, so I agreed. I know that is 100% on me, which is why this is still an overall positive review. Once I signed he lit the pilot in less than 2 minutes, doing what I would've done. I won't go into the details but I hired a professional due to the circumstances rather than trying it myself first. I understand that there are minimum trip charges when scheduling service, and often you're paying for the expertise in knowing how to resolve a problem, not necessarily the physical effort in doing it. Even given all that, the amount feels excessive to agree to upfront. If it were a third or even half the amount I would have felt it was fair, even for a minor issue. I understand that's my opinion, and in the future I would still reach out to bluefrog for plumbing needs, but I would absolutely definitely get an estimate or quote before scheduling an appointment.

I had a plumbing emergency and Blue frog sent Russell and he handled it so professionally and in the most cost-effective way. We had to shut off the water to our house and had no water because it was late in the evening, but he made us a priority and came back first thing in the morning with the part and got everything resolved. This company is the ONE!! If you are looking around and trying to make a decision. I can't stress this enough. Space City Plumbing is a family run company and they treat you like they know you. They are so helpful, patient and considerate. From the initial phone call, till the clean up, we felt listened to, spoken to like we were important, and we were kept informed on the issue and what work needed to be done. They also went over options with us which eased our stress. Isaiah & Brandon were first on the scene and from the get go they were professional, and friendly. After they accessed the leak, they called to get a 2nd crew to assist in deciding what was the best approach to repair the leaking pipe and two outside faucets that it was connected to. They had to lift several bricks up from my patio and dig a trench like hole to remove and replace the old pipe. They also replaced the two faucets. After the job was complete, they replaced the bricks and tidied up the area. I pray I get their names correct and don't miss anyone, because each of these gentlemen deserve to be mentioned in this review. From the first man who spoke to me on the phone and eased my stress level, to those who worked in my backyard completing the job. Kevin, Micah, Isaiah, Brandon, and Jesus were hard working They worked together like a well oiled machine and were done in time for us to go to dinner! I didn't say at the start of this review that sadly, Space City Plumbing was not the first company I called. I googled trying to find one when I noticed the leak it was close to 9pm the day before. The other company "Roto Rooter" promised to be at my home between 9-10am the next morning. When they didn't show, or call I was getting concerned. So after several calls by me asking them why they hadn't called us or told us what was their ETA like they said they would they promised the guy we were waiting on would call us soon with that info... He didn't. We got the run around till close to 2pm when he finally called. He called to inform my husband that he would be there closer to 4pm and we would have to sign a contract that he sent to my email and pay $1000 before he came out. This was to perform leak detection to find the leak, which we explained we could already see. After his heated conversation with my husband, we decided to ask our neighbor who she used when she had an issue not long ago. She recommended Space City Plumbing. I will never regret cancelling the other company and calling them. I will recommend them to anyone who asks us "do you know a good plumber" because we do!

Mario and Kobi came out to help install a valve and line to power my generator with matural gas instead of either gasolone or propane. This way, I cam run the generator for several days without having to feed it propane tanks. Huge plus for convenience. They spent the time to not only get everything installed and hooked up but they also helped get the generator started. It was a little tricky but they stayed until we figured it out. I really appreciate their attention to detail and safety. This is the second project they've done for us. The other one, Mario helped replace a ball valve in our side water spigot. These guys do excellent work.

I had a major water leak from a water pipe line to spigot in my front yard. I called Space City Plumbing at 7:30 am and they had Isaiah here by 9:30 am. He identified the problem immediately and began work to fix the problem. Old pvc piping was worn and disintegrating causing leaks underground. Then Mario and Koby arrived by 1:30 and dug up the pipes. They worked incredibly hard and were very professional. They added new (up to standard/code) flexible piping and covered with dirt. They even patched back my lawn to make the yard look good still. This is the second time I've used this company for major plumbing jobs on my 1967 house. They do NOT disappoint and I highly recommend them! Koby, Mario, and Isaiah....thank you for the tough jobs you accomplished at my house! The only toilet in my house was not working when I got home after work. My call had been answered immediately. The voice sounded artificial and a little unnerving. The service was efficient. A plumber arrived within one hour and a quarter. He was polite, professional, fast and courteous. It was a very simple part that was replaced. I thought it was an affordable price for a 9pm visit. I would definitely use them again for an emergency.

Excellent service! We had a leak under our foundation from old pipes. Because our HOA has communal water lines, the water couldn’t be fully shut off for the repair, but the team still handled it quickly and professionally.
