Expert Drain Cleaning in Forney, TX

Edit: company called to offer a partial refund for the high cost of the service bringing it close to $530 from $725 , still expensive for a simple kitchen drain clog but it's appreciated to have a company followup on their work and customer concerns. Luis Maldonado did a great job with his service and was friendly. But we got charged $725 including dispatch fee for a simple clean out of a slow flowing kitchen sink which as far as I can tell from research is at least twice the price of what it should be. I'd love to give 5 stars because as I said Luis did a good job but these plumbers are way too expensive. It seriously feels like we got car shop ripped off. Edit: apparantly it took 15 minutes to do. We totally got scammed. So. Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using this company AND he apparantly tried selling us those BioOne drain cleaner bottles for $100 each when you can find them online for $30 to $50 each.... While I appreciate Luis's work and he was overall friendly, Its the only reason it's not one star and I'll never use this company again unless they correct this

Absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating technicians I've encountered in a very long time. I wanted to know which of my options made the most sense, ballpark pricing, and potential timelines. Normally this would be like pulling teeth to get a straight answer, but Michael Murphy not only went over my chosen options but presented me with several more, along with not just ballpark prices but a guaranteed set price for each, and suggestions on when I could get the work scheduled and completed. Both Michael and Javier were courteous, clean and professional, and the exploratory work they did was super clean and with as little intrusion into the structure as necessary to ascertain the scope of the problem. When they left I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was scheduled, when it was scheduled to be completed, the details what the work would involve and what I was paying for it. This is the kind of company I like to do business with.

The guys that came to my house to install our new water heater were amazing. They were respectful and kind and helped me figure out how to use everything. I will definitely be calling them again if we need anything water related. The support team on the phone were super sweet getting the appointment set up. This is a class act company and I wish only the very best for them as they continue to grow.

J.A. Flores Plumbing (now Tide Turners Plumbing) did a complete sewer line replacement (whole house and to the street). I was very pleased with the work. Prompt service! The company sent photos & write-ups about each technician, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, safety covers were placed on shoes & the technicians thoroughly explained the issue, replaced the part & cleaned up the area. They were professional & courteous! I highly recommend.

Absolutely Love Robert from Riddell! He's very knowledgable, capable and always solves my plumbing issues. He's a great communicator! I especially appreciate that they send the same person each time. I think Robert has been here at least 4 times for gas lights, the pizza oven gas, re-plumbing the fireplace, fixing faucets and installing new plumbing pieces. Thank you!

Gentlemen Plumbers came and estimated.. Courteous and respectful as guest on my property. Glad of their prompt arrival. The grease removal was successful and promptly done. That jetter is a great tool and a job finisher. Cody and helper were efficient and as always most importantly very respectful and courteous. Looks like we are done for now.

Another excellent experience with Riddell Plumbing! Had water heater leaking, called and Ridell and got on their list. Just an hour later Nick and Brady(?) were here to look at the issue. Heater had to be replaced, luckily it was still under warranty. Nick took care of everything and a while later we had a new heater installed with fresh warranty. Nick was great, explained everything before, during and after the work. They left everything clean and in better condition than before. l recommend Riddell Plumbing any day!

Excellent service. I called Total Plumbing out for just a routine checkup, maybe check a few old toilets, tell me about their club membership, look into preventative maintenance. Chris showed up and delivered exceptional service. Total Professional. Didn’t rush me. Answered all my questions. Educated me without making me feel stupid. After he gained my confidence and trust he was hired to replace laundry room sink and a day later I read his proposal to replace toilets. I notified him this morning to install new toilets Friday. He explained the difference between a total makeover vs new toilet and showed me the estimates and price points of several options. No guess work. Just no nonsense info. I became a club member and look forward to partnering with Chris and Total Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We have warranty company for major expenses but hesitate to use just any plumber they may send out from now on. My husband owns a property and casualty insurance business and he’s already referred a client to Total Plumbing. Based on my impression of Total Plumbing you will be the only Plumbing Company he refers clients to!!

My place of employment had Total Plumbing come out and I was impressed with the workers they sent out. We work in a quiet environment. Jubal and Bobby arrived and understood the atmosphere immediately. That is a nice surprise- to not have to explain how to behave in a professional environment. The communication was excellent. They were very respectful of the staff, office and clientele. They did a great job. The issue was resolved quickly. Great guys, would recommend!

We had a busted hose bib extender on our backyard faucet and the extender would not thread off the sillcock. Tyler arrived early within the service time provided, in a thunderstorm, and replaced the sillcock and extender assembly within a few minutes. We were very pleased with the process. Tyler was very friendly and professional.

Shawn was great! He came through same day and installed dishwasher. Very professional, cleaned up his workspace, and made sure that the dishwasher was fully functional as intended before he departed the job. I will definitely be calling straight shooter, plumbing back with any plumbing needs that I have both residential and commercial.

I had requested a quote on some plumbing work and they sent someone the next day to review and provide a quote. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through two options, including being transparent about the credit card fee amount for each, and potential length of work. He also cleared some of my misconceptions on what really required replacement, and how certain parts worked, which was very enlightening. Overall a great experience, I walked away confident they are honest in their recommendations and weren't trying to upsell me on fixes I didn't need.

I would like to rave about Upfront Plumbing to everyone!! If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy company that takes pride in their work look no further. We are currently in the process of building our cabin and needed a company to install our water heater, toilet and bathroom fixtures. Adran Gonzales did such an amazing job. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares about his customers. We dealt with two other plumbing companies on this build before calling Upfront Plumbing to finish out the job. The other two companies did sloppy work, made unnessary holes in our cabin and did not clean up after themselves. We also had to go behind them and correct work constantly. Let's just say we had trust issues after that. Wayne from DWV Plumbing Services replaced my water heater today. He arrived promptly when he said he would and had the new heater on his truck. The work went smoothly and looks great. He also replaced the flex lines which connect the tank because the old lines were not solid metal and were too close to the gas flue. He had changed out two toilets for me a couple of years ago and the work then was also excellent.

Wayne did an amazing job! I highly recommend! He came same day on a holiday and was able to check a leaking pipe. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how it needed to be fixed and what to keep an eye out for. I highly recommend!
