I had a plumbing emergency late on a Friday night during Superbowl weekend, and it was extra stressful because we have a cancer patient at home. While a lot of other plumbers didn’t even respond to my emergency messages, this company actually answered the phone right away. Luis, the plumber, stopped by my house on his way to another job just to make sure everything was okay. He fixed the issue with our tub faucet quickly and did a better job than I expected—the faucet works better now than before it broke. The service was fast, friendly, and honest, and the price was very reasonable. I’m really impressed and highly recommend them if you ever need a plumber.

Had a shower issue and under 24 hours from my call, Mother Plumbing sent Tyler out to assess the issue.Unfortunately, not an easy fix, so Tyler order the parts for Grant Baker picked up the parts and service the master shower within hours from Tyler departure. Grant did an excellent job on communicating the process for the repair. Grant was respectful of the homeowner by wearing covers over the shoes and cleaning up once he was done. Highly recommend not only Grant & Tyler but the company Mother Plumbing.

I just had a new tankless water heater installed. Dustin and Carlos came out and they were amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were so thorough and very detailed oriented. It's a complex job to do the installation to get rid of the old regular water heaters and retrofit the tankless to the specifications of our home. Everything went so smoothly. I was in need of a plumber to fix a leak in the master bath. In searching, I found Palomino Plumbing reviews. I called, was told someone would be there in 35 minutes. I thought maybe I could have someone in 2 or 3 days. James arrived promptly. Immediately determined the problem. He explained what needed to be done, showed me pictures of the damage and what was required to make the proper repairs. I was impressed how considerate he was, covering his shoes every time he came into my house, leaving the work area spotless. I will certainly call this company for any plumbing needs again. Also, telling all my friend who to call.

I would absolutely not recommend hiring this company, especially for work in older homes. A tub waste and overflow repair in our 1950s house resulted in significant damage and ultimately forced a full tub and tile replacement. No structural issues were identified prior to work beginning and the only risk disclosed in advance was potential cosmetic chipping, which I understood. I had another estimate prior to Lex's Plumbing who also did not identify any issues. During removal of the tub shoe using a power tool, the tub was damaged and later attributed to pre-existing corrosion. Afterward, I consulted multiple master plumbers and repair professionals (due to the extensive work necessary to repair), all of whom stated that this type of damage is far more consistent with forceful removal than with a hidden defect alone. The outcome was weeks of disruption and many thousands of dollars in required repairs, with original 1950s materials lost because they could not be matched. I requested a refund for the unsuccessful repair and a sewer camera inspection I could not move forward on due to a loss of trust. No refund was offered. While communication was professional, I certainly do not trust their professional judgment and would not use them again. This experience showed a serious lack of judgment and accountability, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring them.

I was extremely disappointed after reading such great reviews on this company. ‘Our goal is to provide top quality service at affordable prices’ - not the case this time. I had them come out to fix a loose shower handle. Although hesitant to have a plumber out, we just have not had the time to attempt to repair this ourselves. I called and scheduled after being told it would $85 trip fee plus the cost of the repair. Never imagined they would quote me $300 to diagnose plus the trip fee. For a loose handle! Beware as they do not disclose this at the time of scheduling and I even asked! Instead of gaining a customer, I was left with such a negative impression.

Sean came out and ran a diagnostic test for us to find a leak in the ceiling. We had previous plumbers here that were unable to diagnose the leak. Sean found where it was coming from and repaired it and informed me every step of the way what he was doing and the price of everything. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! I highly recommend Sean and Lex's plumbing!

Ran into too much for us to handle replacing a corroded bath tub drain in a recently purchased house. We are very grateful to Martin from Bluefrog who was able to deal with multiple issues hiding in the walls while explaining everything along the way. My first experience was with Mike Ashby who came to provide an estimate to install a new water heater. Mike is a people person and advised me what I needed and the cost! Ivan and Jon came the next day to install the water heater. They were both polite and worked diligently in replacing my water heater. Once the work was completed, they cleaned the area and removed the old water heater which I was very happy about. This was a pleasant experience and I will be contacting them if I need them for any plumbing issues. By the way, the services rendered was very affordable in comparison to some of the other companies I contacted!

Absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating technicians I've encountered in a very long time. I wanted to know which of my options made the most sense, ballpark pricing, and potential timelines. Normally this would be like pulling teeth to get a straight answer, but Michael Murphy not only went over my chosen options but presented me with several more, along with not just ballpark prices but a guaranteed set price for each, and suggestions on when I could get the work scheduled and completed. Both Michael and Javier were courteous, clean and professional, and the exploratory work they did was super clean and with as little intrusion into the structure as necessary to ascertain the scope of the problem. When they left I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was scheduled, when it was scheduled to be completed, the details what the work would involve and what I was paying for it. This is the kind of company I like to do business with.

Michael was prompt arriving ahead of schedule! Discussed everything needed to correct a hot leak slab, all was handled efficiently. Cleanup was completed! Then I needed an 18 yr old water heater replaced… ugh all done. Make sure you have/& read insurance info of perils not covered expenses, like FLOOD INSURANCE!!

The guys that came to my house to install our new water heater were amazing. They were respectful and kind and helped me figure out how to use everything. I will definitely be calling them again if we need anything water related. The support team on the phone were super sweet getting the appointment set up. I've used Pure Plumbing on three occasions and while I've been satisfied with their work, I now realize they are among the most expensive plumbers. Shower repair job more than tripled in price from start to finish from $625 to $1,906.56. On another occasion, I was quoted $1,190 for a new Kohler toilet. I got another quote for the toilet and did it for $600 instead. Accepted estimate of $625 for replacing shower cartridge quoted as a shower rebuild. Technician Daron Branch replaced the cartridge, but recommended pivoting to installing a new shower valve. Job became $1,796 plus $110.56 for parts for the attempt to replace the cartridge, totaling $1,906.56. I've since found plumbers who also do excellent work at less than half the price. Do your due diligence and get a quote from at least one competitor before accepting any estimate from Pure Plumbing.

I am a long time customer of Pure Plumbing and they are great! They replaced 2 bathroom faucets and I signed up (again) for the Pure Plan (1970s house, lots of plumbing issues).
