Javier from Jake the Plumbing Pro did a fantastic job when my whole house was backed up in Dallas. I had already called another plumber before, but they couldn’t figure out where the main access line was. Javier used his plumbing know-how and found the right spot to dig by understanding how the pipes run from the crawlspace to the city line. He quickly located the main access, dug it up, and cleared the blockage. While working, Javier noticed the pipes under my house were sagging, which caused all the sewage to back up. He showed me the problem and explained that the pipes were being held by flimsy plastic straps. He spent hours under the crawlspace fixing the slope and replaced the old supports with sturdy metal straps, even giving me a 10-year warranty on the work! Javier went above and beyond by checking the rest of the house for any issues. He fixed my low water pressure for free, and also saw that my sink faucet had buildup, so he cleaned that out at no extra charge. He even raised my water temperature for free and made sure the sewage access lines are now easy to find in the future. I’m really impressed by his knowledge, fair pricing, and how much he cared about getting everything right. Definitely the best plumber I’ve worked with for quality, expertise, and kindness.

When we started looking for quotes for our bathroom remodel, Jake the Plumbing Pro came highly recommended for the plumbing work. Javier came out to check everything and quickly noticed that the shower drain hadn’t been hooked up right by the last contractor. He also pointed out a few other things that needed to be fixed to meet building codes. Javier and Luis helped us get everything scheduled fast, and took care of all the repairs we needed, not just the shower. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly, making sure everything was done right. The work was very professional, and now everything runs smoothly. We’re happy with how everything turned out and will definitely call on them again for any plumbing repairs or upgrades. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable plumber!

We reached out to Jake the Plumbing Pro for a second opinion when we weren’t sure about what another plumber said about our plumbing system. Luis and Javier came over, quickly found what was really going on, and gave us honest advice. As someone who asks a lot of questions, I felt comfortable the whole time—Luis and Javier took their time explaining how everything works and made sure I understood each step. Edit: company called to offer a partial refund for the high cost of the service bringing it close to $530 from $725 , still expensive for a simple kitchen drain clog but it's appreciated to have a company followup on their work and customer concerns. Luis Maldonado did a great job with his service and was friendly. But we got charged $725 including dispatch fee for a simple clean out of a slow flowing kitchen sink which as far as I can tell from research is at least twice the price of what it should be. I'd love to give 5 stars because as I said Luis did a good job but these plumbers are way too expensive. It seriously feels like we got car shop ripped off. Edit: apparantly it took 15 minutes to do. We totally got scammed. So. Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using this company AND he apparantly tried selling us those BioOne drain cleaner bottles for $100 each when you can find them online for $30 to $50 each.... While I appreciate Luis's work and he was overall friendly, Its the only reason it's not one star and I'll never use this company again unless they correct this

David and his partner did an excellent job putting my sewer drain back together. For this round of repair there was a lot of digging involved. I am hoping to see my shrubs live in the aftermath. Absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating technicians I've encountered in a very long time. I wanted to know which of my options made the most sense, ballpark pricing, and potential timelines. Normally this would be like pulling teeth to get a straight answer, but Michael Murphy not only went over my chosen options but presented me with several more, along with not just ballpark prices but a guaranteed set price for each, and suggestions on when I could get the work scheduled and completed. Both Michael and Javier were courteous, clean and professional, and the exploratory work they did was super clean and with as little intrusion into the structure as necessary to ascertain the scope of the problem. When they left I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was scheduled, when it was scheduled to be completed, the details what the work would involve and what I was paying for it. This is the kind of company I like to do business with.

We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. Everything has been draining normally since. Price assessment: Great price (total was $1,000+) for the amount of work and the long-term nature of the repairs. Communication was clear throughout. Services performed: Toilet repair, drain cleaning, plumbing pipe repair, sewer cleaning, outdoor plumbing system repair, sewer repair.

I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. I immediately called On Point Plumbing DFW. They were able to schedule a repair visit for the next morning, but I was worried about should I turn off the water at the main, asked what do I do in the meantime. They sent Clinton pretty much immediately to my home after the call to see if her could determine where the leak was coming from and if I did need to shut off the water main until the next morning. He took his time trying to rule out all possible causes and when he narrowed it down to likely being a kitchen sink drain leak behind the wall, he contacted a migration/restoration company for me to get that going. I didn't know what to do next, so I was extremely thankful for him setting me up for the next steps. He explained to me what the typical process was for these types of situations. I hadn't ever been through something like this, so having someone answer my questions and help me with the next steps is something I am very thankful for. Clinton was able to get the leak repaired and worked with the restoration company to make the situation as tolerable as possible while I now wait for the insurance side of things. My experiences with On Point Plumbing DFW have been without issues or complaints. They are my go to for plumbing issues.

I called, and they came out same day. Aside from the price, the service was great and the repair was quick! Clinton, my technician, was thorough and knowledgeable. I had him give me a mini crash course in plumbing and he didnt mind it at all. I needed it done correctly and thats exactly what happened.

Christain was amazing. I like details and he explained everything very well. He came in after another plumbing company did a bad install of our tankless hit water heater. Now we are enjoying all the benefits of having hot water quickly to the other side of our home.He even corrected the venting for it.

Mother’s came out to assess a sewer drainage leak that we had. Colton and his team were extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. They came to my house within 24 hours of me calling, and were incredibly thorough and fair. Steven and Colton were great, and the pricing was extremely transparent. I like the fact that everything was digital and emailed to me! Fast forward, Jerry and Brian came out and completed the entire re-route in a week. They were thorough and updated us daily with their next steps. Can’t say enough good things about Mother and the work they did. We trusted them with our largest plumbing project to date and they delivered! Calling them whenever we need a plumber in the Plano area. We also got our Water Heater replaced through them and that was a breeze.

The reason for three stars is the cost point. Matt and his apprentice that came out today and did the work were professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I was disappointed that it took two trips on two separate days to get the work done. That meant me missing two half days at work. Colton came out yesterday and was also very nice , but said he didn’t have the necessary parts with him to fix the leak. The guys today had to leave and go to the hardware store to get parts before they could get started. It took no more than 10’ of pipes and fittings. It cost me $1574 .04 to run two pipes from the water softener to the outside pipes to the main line. They did not have to plumb the actual softener. The only parts replaced were near the cutoff valves down. It’s was approximately 3.5’ to 4’ per line. They did replace 3 cutoff valves, but I have bought them before and know they aren’t terribly expensive. Overall I am happy with the actual work, but not at all happy with the cost. They do encourage a member ship that cost about $330.00 a year and gives you a discount on the service and a few other perks, but that ended up only costing about $100.00 after the discount ($236.96) on the work. I usually get more than one bid, and it’s my fault I didn’t, but I can’t change that now. So did they do good work? Yes! Are they super expensive? I feel like they are for the time it took and the minimal parts needed. Seems like it was way over $500.00 per hour when all was said and done. I might mention there was no digging involved to reach the pipes. The company is good about telling you who your service person will be and gives you their tracking so you know when they will be there which is a plus. My name is Angela. We called Mike out for multiple clogged toilets and they were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and focused on getting to the actual source of the problem instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. Very responsive family owned business. Contacted them around 8 pm on a Sunday night during nfl playoffs. When they learned that the stopped up drain was at an assisted living home they dispatched a crew that arrived at 9 pm. Within a hour the issue was resolved. Really appreciate their response to our situation. I Highly recommend them for their customer service !!

I had the best experience with M2 Plumbing yesterday. One of the most honest, hard-working professionals I have ever met. I remember my mom telling me, "In your life you need a mechanic you can trust, a plumber you can trust, and a dentist you can trust." Lol. I have found a plumber with high integrity and I fully trust. Very thankful.

I paid Tribeca Plumbing $15,000 to replace all of my sewer and drain lines over 3.5 years ago. This was supposed to be a once-in-decades type of project. Recently my kitchen line slowed to a crawl, so I called them back. Their own master plumber ran a camera and found a 14-foot belly in the new PVC sewer line under my slab. A belly of that size means the line was installed improperly and will never drain right, in my opinion. To make matters worse, Tribeca admitted that the plumber who did the original job was an “untrustworthy” employee who was later fired for poor workmanship. Even with that admission, they refused to honor any workmanship warranty. Instead, they told me the belly was “settlement” (even though my foundation has shown zero movement) and quoted me $7,750 to fix their mistake. Bottom line: I paid top dollar for work that failed in under four years, and Tribeca Plumbing will not stand behind it. Homeowners deserve to know this before trusting them with a major job.

Stop searching for a plumber and use these guys they are great!!! I am a new customer we searched online during the snow storm b/c our water heater failed mid storm- they were out the next day after inspecting and were done with the full install after about 5 hrs, permits, electrical plumbing and they installed flood stops and sensors and hauled out the old one. Jay build an excellent plan and All don the guys who came out were clean friendly polite intelligent and professional. Just a great efficient operation and my new go-to plumber!!!!!

During the most recent winter storm Our water heaters froze and broke causing water damage to the fist floor. Tribeca responded with a sense of urgency - they came over within hours to assess the situation and began researching our warranty. By the next morning they contacted us to confirm our order and a few hours later they were back for installation. Their team was courteous and respectful and got the job done quickly. They went above and beyond to lend us a space heater so the new water heater wouldn’t freeze overnight. We had hot water within 24 hours of reporting our issue. I would highly recommend them when you need help.

I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals! I am very pleased with the replacement of my water heater. David was on-time and was very professional, honest, and friendly. He took time to explain everything needed to correctly replace my leaking water heater. The work was completed in a couple of hours without a mess and at competitive rates. I would highly recommend using Direct Source Plumbing and will use them again when another plumbing issue arises.

Came out and did an amazing job. David was not only very honest and upfront but very timely and communication was very clear and concise. He came out to fix a shower diverter that 3 other plumbers couldn’t figure out and in under 5 minutes was able to properly diagnose it. Will be using him for more projects for sure.

Had a shower issue and under 24 hours from my call, Mother Plumbing sent Tyler out to assess the issue.Unfortunately, not an easy fix, so Tyler order the parts for Grant Baker picked up the parts and service the master shower within hours from Tyler departure. Grant did an excellent job on communicating the process for the repair. Grant was respectful of the homeowner by wearing covers over the shoes and cleaning up once he was done. Highly recommend not only Grant & Tyler but the company Mother Plumbing.

Out of all the plumbers I called on a Sunday night for a plumbing emergency. Plumb Shield was the only company that answered. Terry and Damian came out, found the problem, and educated me. They were knowledgeable and affordable. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and refer them to my family, friends, and business clientele. Very impressed.

Terry and Nathan quickly came out to replace a defective pressure reducing valve in my front yard. They also installed an expansion tank on my water heater. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use them again!

Mike and terry were incredibly responsive, our water heater went out this morning and was replaced within three hours! We have never had a job done so quickly, efficiently and professionally on our house historically in the time that we have been living here!
