The guys came in and cleared a clogged toilet in less than 15 minutes with air pressure plunger and charged me $200 , while the guy on phone who I contacted told me just about the $60 price and never gave me a transparent pricing. The plumber was good, the company is pathetic no transparency of pricing.

Let me start with we had great experience up until this point with McBride. Had a slab leak and the team indicated they could not drop the line on the exterior wall and had to tunnel. It cost over 13k to tunnel and after consulting with three other companies it was clear we lost close to 10k on going the tunnel route. We are replanning the entire house for 25k and now know the leak should have been closer to the 3-5k range. Good lesson to always get several quotes.

The plumber paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure I was 100% satisfied after completing the repair to my tankless hot water heater. I was extremely disappointed after reading such great reviews on this company. ‘Our goal is to provide top quality service at affordable prices’ - not the case this time. I had them come out to fix a loose shower handle. Although hesitant to have a plumber out, we just have not had the time to attempt to repair this ourselves. I called and scheduled after being told it would $85 trip fee plus the cost of the repair. Never imagined they would quote me $300 to diagnose plus the trip fee. For a loose handle! Beware as they do not disclose this at the time of scheduling and I even asked! Instead of gaining a customer, I was left with such a negative impression.

Mike Young was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to determine the cause of the issue 10 minutes after arrival and was wrapped up within the hour. My first experience was with Mike Ashby who came to provide an estimate to install a new water heater. Mike is a people person and advised me what I needed and the cost! Ivan and Jon came the next day to install the water heater. They were both polite and worked diligently in replacing my water heater. Once the work was completed, they cleaned the area and removed the old water heater which I was very happy about. This was a pleasant experience and I will be contacting them if I need them for any plumbing issues. By the way, the services rendered was very affordable in comparison to some of the other companies I contacted!

I had given a call to D R Plumbing because the water faucet in the front of the house would not Turn off. I had someone disengage the water hose and the water was just pouring out. I just absolutely could not get the water to stop. So I looked up plumbers on Google and DR plumbing was the first one I came to. I contacted Josh and he advised it would be today before someone could get to the house. He also advised me that it would cost a certain amount of money and I asked if he would work with me on the cost and he said he would. They finished the work and he had decided out of the graciousness of his heart, that he was not going to charge me for the work done on the water faucet. My mother had just fallen and broke her hip on Tuesday evening, and I was a little out of sorts with everything and my mom and I don’t have a lot of free money laying around but with the water pouring out, it was absolutely necessary that we get this fixed. Today he sent me a text saying that the work had been completed and that he wasn’t going to charge me because we had so much on our plate. I am so utterly overwhelmed with his kindness and generosity, and he will forever be in my debt. And I will refer him to anybody that needs a plumber. I’m so very thankful. You’re the best Josh.
