Expert Drain Cleaning in Corsicana, TX

Called on a Sundsy Morning and was here within 30 minutes. Worked to unclog our sewer line and was able to. Very knowledgeable and gave us great tips to keep the line clear. Excellent Customer service. Will use again.

Excellent.. said he was going to be at my home in 45 minutes and kept his word. Fixed my kitchen sink drain pipes and even got my garbage disposal working again.

I had a clog in my main line going to my septic tank the two younger guys that came out made their best efforts to unclog it but they were unsuccessful at unclogging the drain they told me the owner would call me to help resolve the issue so we wrote the check for $180 anyway. The owner told me he will help me find another drain clean out but they never showed up on that Monday or called back. Ultimately I stuck my garden hose down in the pipe clean out with a brass jet nozzle and unclogged my own drain. My father-in-law who is a plumber in California told me I should have canceled the check but they did make an effort to unclog the drain, for that I left 2 stars. I paid them for just attempting to unclog the drain and felt for 180 I should have got more resolution.

I had a very disappointing experience with Combat Plumbing. Despite being told specifically that the issue was the toilet backing up, they only snaked the main line from the outside and never bothered to snake the line from the inside. They claimed the issue was 'leveling' and recommended replacing the entire plumbing system for thousands of dollars. Later the problem was fixed by another company by simply snaking the toilet line from the inside—standard procedure. While many pier and beam homes in Corsicana have minor leveling quirks, that doesn't justify a total plumbing overhaul for a simple clog. It felt like Combat Plumbing was more interested in upselling an expensive, unnecessary project than actually fixing the problem. I cannot recommend their service.

Steve really came through when we were in a bind!! Very responsive and knowledgeable, and also very reasonable and trustworthy!! I have had a hard time finding somebody local to Corsicana to go out the same day, but Steve was available and super quick in handling my service call. He also sent before during and after pictures while he was working, since I could not be there during the job. You cannot go wrong with this guy! Will be calling him for all of our future plumbing needs!!
