I’ve lived in Harker Heights for many years, so I’ve called on plumbers a number of times. I was satisfied with previous companies, but as time went on, I wanted to try someone new for some drain repair work. The last plumber did a solid job, but their prices felt a bit high. Recently, we had a leak in our main water line just after the pressure regulator that needed copper pipe repair. I checked out some reviews online and decided to give a different plumbing company a shot. I called early Monday morning and spoke with the friendly dispatcher. Charles, the plumber, arrived promptly around noon. He worked quickly and did quality repairs, even making a few adjustments to the water pressure regulator as I requested so I could get more storage space in my water heater closet. The charges for both materials and labor were very fair—definitely better than what I expected from other local plumbing services. Even though I have some experience with plumbing myself, it was much faster and easier to have someone like Charles with the right tools and know-how handle the job. This was my first time using this plumbing service, and I’m happy to recommend Charles for anyone in Harker Heights looking for reliable and reasonably priced plumbing work. Wayne did an excellent job! We’re in the process of buying an older house and wanted to make sure the sewer main line was in good shape, so we called for a plumbing inspection. The company made it simple to book an appointment, and payment was straightforward. Wayne arrived right on time and even checked out the kitchen line for us. Curtis & Sons Plumbing did a fantastic job repiping our older home in Harker Heights. Our house had some really old, worn-out pipes, but their team worked hard and made everything right. Pedro and the crew spent a long day getting the new pipes installed, and they were always friendly and professional. They explained every step so we always knew what was happening with our plumbing. With that I will say I'm glad that I waited for Mr. Judd to show up and did not choose to go with somebody else. Mr. Judd was very professional very knowledgeable and didn't quit until the job was done. He even offered some very good and useful advice. He gave me some tips to keep my drain from clogging up again or at the least slow the clogging process. His prices are uncomparable to any competition out there. He even got my washer to drain that has been stopped up for 7 years. If you have any plumbing issues this is the guy that I would undoubtedly recommend to anybody. Thank you Mr. Judd!

ASAP did a septic system inspection for me on a property that I have under contract for some clients in Lometa. They are extremely responsive, courteous, and fast. The price was very good as well. I highly recommend them.

Let me start from last week. I called Max to see if I can get a quote for a price comparison. Max provide the info, then hung up. At the time I thought okay, maybe he had a bad day. So I called again and this time I schedule for a repair next week, the only reason I decide to go for his service was price which was affordable and he was nearby. Max had said he would be there in the afternoon but didn't specifically say until I asked. Then he respond through text "three o'clock" but arrived at six. Max and his assistant to come over to fix the leak. He did decent job. Then for some reason he spit the inside of kitchen faucet hose which was weird. At the end, everything was working fine until a day later the water flow of the faucet stopped. I think he might have left whatever he used to clog the pipe to stop the leak. Anyway Max and his assistant were nice. But I don't think I going to ask for there service again.

The Gentlemen Mr. Max and his Associate did a Outstanding job on Resetting both toilets. They were prompt and respectful. The reviews I saw previously was not true. The Man was nice and showed a real passion for his job.The price was cheaper than most Plumbers would charge. He educated my Tenant on ways to keep the sewer system from getting bad. First my apologies to Patriot Plumbing and to their Plumbing Apprentices, Felix and Duncan for not sharing this back in March 2025. I have been a customer going on 3 years now and have nothing but praise for Patriot Plumbing Services, the Owner Michael, Office Mgr. Amanda, Apprentice Felix, and Duncan. In March of 2025 I had had enough of the inferior poly-b or polybutylene water piping in my home. I called and spoke with Michael and from that moment on Amanda, Michael, Felix and Duncan were on it! From the proposal to refit my home with PEX-A piping, to the installation that was expediently done to my satisfaction, Felix and Duncan, answered my concerns and questions keeping everything very professional, at the same time always being courteous and respectful to me and taking GREAT pride in their workmanship. These two Apprentices were so dedicated to this installation and were bound to compete it before they left so I would not be without water. Throughout this job both Felix and Duncan would tell me what they which wall had to be cut and why they would always apologize for having to do so. They didn't leave my home until almost midnight. Seldom do you find a local business that is as responsive, professional, and cost effective as Patriot Plumbing. Their small team is all about satisfied customers and honest up front advice. I hope that I don’t need to call them very often but rest assured any plumbing needs I may have will be offered to this company first. When I left an online request for service I did not expect a call from them so quickly. It was after hours and before long they had responded with an available time. Felix arrived in time, called ahead, detailed the work to be done and delivered fed the children plumbing all on the same call. Called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they s heded a window of three hours . They were able to get someone out to our house a two hours later and before the scheduled window. Kitchen sink was clogged shut and Chad was able to run his machine twice to unplug the line . He then took the time to check the main sewer line to see if there was any other issues . Chad was fantastic at explaining what he was doing and gave us options if our pipe needs to be replaced in the future.. Great customer service and highly recommend Chad from Mr Rooter!!

We noticed a water puddle in our yard and called Centex Plumbing Service, and they came within an hour to verify the leak. The leak was underground on the main water line to the house. We went with the option to have the complete water line from water meter to house with shutoff valves replaced since the house isn't new. They came out within an hour and repaired everything I needed. The plumbers were nice and efficient, will only use them from this point..highly recommend. Oh, and the pricing was great.

Centex Plumbing Services So yesterday we got a visit from our local Killeen water department stating we had a leak as our usage was over 22,000 gallons for the month and in 9 days we had already gone through 9,000 gallons. We quickly contacted a local plumbing company. They came out the same day and assessed the situation. Lord and behold not the news a homeowner wants to hear when you have a main water leak under the slab. David scheduled us for first thing in the morning for repairs. The crew came out and got it knocked out. They were very professional and courteous. The owner Bubba came out to inspect all the work and gave it his seal of approval. Thank you ( David, Chase, Nathan and Aaron) for such great work and giving me detailed step by step information of the progress. They also cleaned up after they were done. For a job like this Centex Plumbing Services price was very affordable. I have 4 wall patches to do but now I don’t have a leak. 5 ⭐️ goes to this team!!! These guys do not mess around. I contacted 2 other plumbers and one came unprepared and the other required scheduling days later for the job. Not gonna lie, being new to the area it kinda sucked getting the runaround by other companies especially when it affects my family's living conditions. But these guys showed up and more than ready to get the job done asap! The very next morning they were able to repair the sewer line to my house and they didnt damage any concrete that the other plumbers said they had to break to fix the sewer. You want something done right and urgent contact these professionals. Strongly recommend!

My mother yard was flooded and everyone assumed it was the main waterline coming from the city to the house. This company replaced the line and did it fast and good. But the problem of the water flooding was still there. I’m disappointed that I spent $2,600 to fix the flooding issue and this didn’t fix it. So this weekend I drove to Killeen from San Antonio to see under my mother house for myself. She was told that they couldn’t check under the house until everything was dry. The problem with that is you never know how long that will take and I couldn’t have my mother not being able to use water. I crawl under the house and found out that the tub and washing machine line had came unconnected. So every time she took a shower or washed clothes the water was just going on the ground. This issue was causing the water to come up in the yard. I only could hope that future jobs there is a more thorough investigation done to find the issue. I do feel that saying it was the water line was the easy way fix, that cost me a lot of money.

Outstanding service! I can't recommend GT Service highly enough! Not only did they fix a stubborn, slow draining toilet, Gary also quickly fixed two low pressure faucets. He also saved me from spending a lot of money on fixing a supposed cracked waste pipe that a previous plumber spotted on his camera. Gary and his son ran the camera and found no issues. They are honest and offer excellent workmanship. If you need a plumber you can trust, this is the one. I just wish I had called them first!
