You never want to call a plumber after hours, but let me tell you how awesome these folks are. I called after 8:30pm with water dripping from a pocket light in my downstairs directly below an upstairs bathroom. This was after another plumbing company came out during the day and allegedly fixed the issue then declined to come back out a few hours later after it started leaking again. Roland answered and assured me they would have someone out within the hour. 45 minutes later Oleg arrived and had two separate issues diagnosed and fixed within 2.5 hours. This all happened while I was away on business travel. They documented and explained that not only was it a clogged AC drain but also a failed wax seal on a commode. I’ve found my plumber and will refuse to use anyone else. Professional, timely, very well documented work, super respectful of sleeping kids in the next room, and very clean with their work. If I could give 6 stars I would. These guys are real pros.

REI Plumbing performed maintenance on my two gas water heaters in the attic. They flushed them and showed me the buildup that came out. They also had to replace a hose. It was a little pricey for the hose, but the work was courteous and professional. They also have a warranty for the repair. Will continue to use them for future plumbing needs.

Thank you Freddy and your team for their quick response to the clogged sewer pipe and repair. After all these many years, a section of the sewer pipe was severely clogged. Snaking did not help. Even hydro jets don't help. The clog lies under the concrete carport. Freddy's team and he opened up the carport, replacing the clogged area on the first day. On the second day, concrete was restored to the carport. All work is done fast, neatly and for a fair price. Freddy explained everything in detail before the job began. They are definitely worth recommending.

They were very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through everything. The installation was done perfectly and just as planned. Most recently, we needed a quick fix for another plumbing issue, and the technician was fantastic—very knowledgeable and gave lots of great advice about caring for our new home. Juan was awesome. We had sewer in our basement. Juan came the same day when I called for an appointment. Juan even showed up a bit early. They should have installed back flow valves and not an ejector pumps in the basement. He gave me a price, without trying to sell extras or upsells. I will use these guys in the future for any plumbing needs.

Called on a Saturday and was told that someone will be at our place by 5PM. Duy actually showed up before 5. Our problem turned out to be a broken sewer pipe instead of just a clog. We reached an agreement on what needed to be done. People were there the next day (a little later than expected but not too bad) to work on the repair. The job was not 100% completed until for a couple of weeks but it was due to the city not being able to send out inspectors soon enough. (Thanksgiving week probably didn't help.) Overall: good communication, easy to deal with.

Cameron called me within hours after I sent him an email regarding our water tank. He was able book me right away. Cameron's direct number made it so much easier to contact him. Malachi called us two days later to let us now he would be arriving soon. He also gave us an estimate arrival time. I was pleased that he came exactly on time. Malachi was polite and did a good job with our old farmhouse pipes, even though the cellar is very old and hard to work in. Malachi's work was so neat and tidy that you could not tell anything had been done. Anyone in need of plumbing or heating work should definitely call them!

We had an emergency backup and overflow in one of the houses on our property. They came out quickly. They did an amazing job of troubleshooting. Found out we had a septic we didn't know about. They fixed and replaced the things that were wrong. Everything was up and running by the time they left. Caleb was extremely friendly and explained things in depth. We really appreciated that. I called Franklin Plumbing not having had any experience with them. I didn’t expect anything other than a good job, but what I got was excellence from their representative Caleb. He was first class and did first class work. I decided after he did such a great job on my water heater, which he started around 9 in the morning and worked until 9 at night. My water heater is in a very cramped space in my attic, that I would get a water filtration system installed. Again, worked two different days until the job was finished. One 9 pm quiting time and one 8:30 quiting time. Two different days because the filter had to soak for several hours so the filter media did not float up into my pipes, when running water through it. I would recommend Franklin Plumbing very highly!!

First of all they are great people. They are very knowledgeable and advise what is best for the customer. We had an emergency issue on a Saturday and Josh finished up a job then headed over to us and quickly had the issue resolved. I called Anytime Plumbing 365 after discovering an issue with my water heaters on a Saturday afternoon. Austin & Bronston showed up, before scheduled time!, and figured out the issue in no time. Austin is knowledgeable and gave me options to fit what we were looking for. He & Bronston installed 2 water heaters, even taking 1 back that was damaged in the box and got one that was good. They worked late into the evening to finish the job. Both men did a great job!

Called a few days ago and scheduled appt to check out my outdoor pvc pipe valves that were leaking. Made an appt for 2 days later between 12-4pm. Was told that I would be getting a heads up call that day with estimated time of arrival. Didn’t hear anything by 3pm so I called and was told someone will be reaching out. Didn’t hear anything and called again at 6pm and agent on phone now says they are actually located in Dallas and doesn’t even service Spring! Not sure what happened but they definitely have some issues with reliability and dependability. Needless to say, I will be looking for a different company. Use them at your own risk as you may end up wasting your time with them like I did.
