My husband and I, read his review below, had a plumbing emergency after hours in a home we had just purchased a few days before. The house had been empty for a while, and a clog had developed causing a backup issue. We tried several places with after hours phone services that did not get back to us. SDS plumbers, two of the nicest guys, answered the phone themselves, and got right out to help us out for a fair price. I had been in tears with worry, and they had me smiling and reassured and put everything right by the end. Don’t call anywhere else; these guys should be everyone’s first call.

Early Saturday morning (Feb 14), I had a serious emergency at a property I manage—raw sewage was overflowing and it needed immediate attention. After midnight, I started calling several companies that advertised 24-hour service at the top of Google, but none of them were actually able to come out. Thankfully, SDS Plumbing answered the call. They arrived quickly and went straight to work on a major grease blockage that was preventing the property’s sewage from flowing properly to the sewer. What really impressed me was their dedication—they stayed on site until 5:30 in the morning working nonstop to get the problem cleared and the system functioning again. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help during a true emergency made all the difference. It’s rare to find a company that shows up when they say they will and works that hard to solve the problem. Thank you for the amazing help! Had a slowly-worsening sluggish shower drain. Called SDS Plumbing LLC and Shannon promptly replied, showed up on time, and quickly and expertly fixed the problem. Strongly recommend him and SDS!

From the moment Oscar arrived, he was trustworthy and professional. He quickly diagnosed an underlying problem with my shower when I thought the only problem was the toilet. He was able to reset my toilet in a matter of minutes. He recommended and helped me schedule an appointment with a restoration company to assess the root of my problem. JBG really came to our rescue at 11;30pm on a Saturday night! Our sewer line had backed up and Josh cane to help us out - he worked very hard and quickly to get us clear and back on line within 1 hour! We had an excellent experience with JBG Plumbing. Tyler replaced our tankless water heater with a new unit, and the entire process was super fast and efficient. He did a great job, checked everything carefully, and now we finally have hot water again! Tyler communicated with us throughout the process and clearly explained every step. I also want to thank Kristy L. in the office — she was so kind and kept us updated on the schedule and timing. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend their service!

Every time I have to call out dailey, it is always for an emergency for the apartment complex I manage. They always have the best and most cost efficient way to fix the issue. Most importantly they do it right the first time! Brannon, Dale, David and guy have all show excellence professionalism and knowledge. Last night I had main water line bust and was pouring water every where. David was out after dark in the freezing cold and got it repaired. My residents where only with out water for 2 hours due to his quick thinking on how to make the repair. Another time I called a different company for a unidentified water leak and the told me it was just rain water. I called dailey company and Dale came out and said that it absolutely not rain water thats a 3 inch main line 10 feet down thats busted and sure enough he was right! Once I called another company to repair a broken flange they quoted me $1500 saying they needed to jack hammer the concrete to make the repair. Dailey came fixed it for $300 and 3 years later and its still holding strong ( no jack hammering required! Guy had to do a main line repair, about 4 foot down. After he was done he took the time to hose the mudd off the side walk and clean the area the best he could! Brannon had to come out on a Saturday in the rain 30 degrees outside to do another main water line repair for me and hes the boss! When a boss is out there working along side the crew you know its the company you want to be with!

Dailey is prompt and efficient! We called fairly late in the day, and within two hours, Miguel R. came out to help my dad get electricity back to his house after something went wrong at the outside pole. Dad said Miguel is an outstanding young man and an asset to his company, if all techs are as friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working as Miguel is, this company will definitely go far! He is very dedicated, stayed focused on his tasks until the job was completed and was more concerned about getting dad's problem repaired than going home (even though he had to stay for several hours, and it was very late in the evening). He was very efficient and was able to answer any questions. My dad now has power restored to his entire home. Thank you so much, Miguel! Thank you to Justin and Michael for spending most of their Christmas Eve to make sure we had a nicer Christmas Day. Malek provided quick emergency service and Justin responded right away, after 5, when the sewage flooded our house. When the job became complicated he and Michael stayed until almost 10 so we could use the toilets for a few days until more repairs could be made. It wasn’t a great present to learn we needed to replace our sewer line, but they took the time to make sure we understood the issues, showed us pictures, and explained the processes involved. We had been having increasingly frequent issues and this was the first plumbing service that provided us with specific information about the cause and what needed to be done to prevent more backups. I know it benefits the company to get more expensive work to do, but it also benefits me. I appreciated having their expertise applied and shared about something I have little knowledge of and no ability to do. That is definitely worth paying for. Addendum: Lost our hot water. With the service plan in place we again had someone out in a couple of hours, after 5, to look at the water heater. Ricardo gave me very detailed explanations as he diagnosed the problem. Turns out it had caught fire at some time. Yikes! He set me up to have a new one of higher quality installed the next day. Again I was happy with the level of information I was provided in order to make my decisions.

Easy scheduling. Bought a membership. Our estimate for the repair was astronomical. We tried to understand and/or get it resolved but kept getting transferred to different people that literally took us in a circle. I called another company that quoted us a quarter of the price and came out the same day to fix.

Called Rocha Plumbing early this morning and Tina was able to get technicians to take care of our sewer problems that day. Very professional and thorough. Will definitely be keeping this company in my go to if I need them again.

Very efficient.Loved the communication. Explained price and job description in detail. Reasonable prices. They did not round up their hour to charge you the entire hour. They work won my kitchen sink faucet for 1 hour and 15 minutes and I was charged for that exact amount of time. Not for 2 hours. Will definitely start using Rocha Plumbing from now on.

We had a serious water leak inside of our business. I called Tina and they came out immediately after hours and saved us a great deal of water damage. They were able to stop the leak and came back promptly and made all of the necessary repairs. They are always great to do business with. We highly recommend Rocha Plumbing.

Allen and Eli were great! They did some warranty work due to the company being a Rheem contractor on a hot water heater. While making sure the new hot water heater was working they noticed one of the sinks had low pressure. Without being asked they took it upon themselves and took it apart to find some material from construction. Great customer service!

I was dealing with a slab leak and contacted Calm Waters. They had immediate appointments to help get the situation resolved quickly. I met with James, and he reviewed with me all of my options for the repair. I chose to go ahead and replace all of the pipes in my home as my current pipes had a history of failing. James & Luke came in the very next day to get started. It was a 4 day long project where they were professional all the way through. The communication was great and they even took the time to speak with my insurance adjustor and answer all of their questions. I was pleased with the work and care of doing as little damage to the home as possible since they had to cut holes in order to replace everything. They were definitely the “CALM” amongst the chaos when having a large job like this done.

I had a small water leak inside my wall. I am not a plumber but I could tell that it was a small leak at least I was praying that it was a small leak, not too much of a damaging water leak. I went with the same company that did a great job on replacing my tankless water heater. That was Calm Waters Plumbing. William was very informative and told me what might be happening and what could not be happening. William prepared me very well. From first call to walking out of our door, this was a great experience. The lady on the phone was super nice, and Luke came out to replace our garbage disposal, and fix the shut off valves for our washing machine. He was nice, knowledgeable, and clean! The pricing was absolutely fair, and most importantly I felt comfortable with him in my home, as a stay at home mom with kids, I had no problem having him in our house. I highly recommend Calm Waters for all of your plumbing needs!

Called in the day the water went cold. They were able to give me a morning appointment the following day. They dropped in a new Rheem in about 2 hours. My install was a little longer because it had to be brought back up to code with an expansion tank. The price was fair at under 1k. I drained the tank before they got here. I would do business with them again! Amazing customer service. On a side note the Rheem water heater they use had all metal fittings. And the big box store had plastic. Glad I went with them.

AG Plumbing had the best price in town when it came time to replace my water heater. When you find a great deal, you sometimes worry the service might not be great, but that was not the case at all with this company. Mike arrived right on time and replaced my water heater (located in the attic) in under two hours. He and DJ were both incredibly respectful, kind, and honest. AG Plumbing has more than earned my trust and they will be the only company I’ll be going to in the future with any plumbing needs. HIGHLY recommend!

A G Plumbing helped us during the horrendous winter storm in February 2021. We had a broken pipe that destroyed quite a bit. A G Plumbing came to our home quickly. They are professional and knowledgeable. They charged an extremely fair price. We offered to pay more but, they would not accept more money than the company’s regular charges. That was more than a little refreshing during a statewide disaster. They are wonderful and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I experienced a water leak due to frigid temperatures. The leak was at an outside spigot, but it required me to shut the water off to my home. I called Dynamic hoping they could respond quickly. I did not want to go another day without water. Within a few minutes I received a call to get me on the schedule that day. Jerry, the service man assigned to my job, called a few hours later and told me he would be there earlier than expected. His work was exceptional. He replaced what needed to be replaced with better parts, parts that would withstand freezing temps better than PVC. He was courteous and professional. The whole process exceeded my expectation and I had my water supply restored.

They are great with customer service on initial call but while they don’t charge a fee to come out and give an estimate. The price makes up for that. My garbage disposal was leaking slightly, took less than 35 minutes to correct it (it ,being the same garbage disposal with the leak not a new disposal replacement . ) $295 cost. Stars are for customer service because I appreciate the responsiveness. I don’t appreciate the inflated price.
