I had a pretty stressful plumbing situation right before Christmas when my sewer line backed up. Quickly discovered that there were multiple breaks and a lot of uncertainty. John Wayne Plumbing came out and fixed three breaks in the line but then closed everything up before fully checking for more issues. A few days later my sewer line was backed up again. Once they did scope further, they found another root incursion just a couple of feet in and wanted to charge me a whopping $18,000 to fix it after spending $14,000 to fix the first part. That’s when I called Sewer TV for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. They were absolutely fantastic. They took a look and immediately had a more reasonable solution that didn’t involve tearing everything apart again. They were able to jet the pipe, clear out the roots, and give me options for how to manage things going forward. The team was knowledgeable and really reassuring. In the end, I paid WAY less (under $1000 total) than what I was originally quoted and felt confident I had a solid plan in place. I can’t recommend Sewer TV enough if you’re looking for a plumbing company that’s honest, efficient, and won’t try to upsell you on unnecessary work.

Dave and his son were able to come out quickly to resolve our drain backup with their hydro jet machine. They worked quickly, informed us of why it happened and educated us on how to prevent it going forward. They were mindful to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after the work was done. They were also able to find our main clean out line which was an issue for 3 other plumbers. We received a quote from a different company that seemed quite high with a longer wait time. They offered an honest quote and did a great job quickly. We will use them again and recommend them often.

Had a leak that had been going on for over a year and no one could find it. Finally it was located about 3 feet below the ground and the water had been draining straight down into the rocks. Called Justin because he had done work for me before and I knew he was fair and extremely reliable. He had a crew here in 30 minutes and 2 hours later the leak was repaired. With that kind of service you would expect a big bill...not the case. In fact, he gave me a discount because it had taken so long to find the problem. Local Plumbing was already my go to company but now I wouldn't even call anyone else. Professional, competent, and very courteous staff and they are highly recommended.

Let me just tell you Ryan and Eduardo are a GREAT TEAM!!! They repaired a couple of leaks and fixed a plumbing clog with such professionalism and patience as well as explaining the process in detail. Jayson was exceptional. Repaired clogged drain "fixed" previously by two different plumbers. His throughness gives me confidence it is truly fixed. We discussed the merits of a camera inspection and he was not pushy trying to upsell me so we decided to avoid this potentially unnecessary expense. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink so all is well at our house. I only give 5 stars when there are no issues and this is the case. Parker and Sons will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Jose Sierra installed our pressure regulating valve which was the key to restoring our water pressure to even better than it was when we first moved in. He had to dig down almost two feet to get to it and install the new one. He also flushed out our water heater and installed a new bladder on the top. All in less than 4 hours in the heat. Jose was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He was also able to work with us on pricing through his manager. We're very satisfied with the service we received.

Marcus and Angel did a great job. Very professional and fast. Cleared drain quickly and provided a quote to permanently fix issue. The phone employees Carrie was extremely helpful. She was able to get techs out same day on short notice. I highly recommend this company and going forward they will be my first call.

Terry who set the appointment up was very friendly and patient with my questions from the get-go. Angel Martinez was the plumber who came out to assess the plumbing on a home we are under contract for. Angel was GREAT. He provided a lot of insight for us as potential buyers, allowed us to shadow him while he worked and happily explained what he was seeing throughout each portion of the assessment. As far as initial customer service, and thorough assessing is concerned, I feel very pleased with the two people I interacted with from 1-Tom-Plumber. Angel did a great job as the assessor and I would certainly return to them for plumbing needs in the future.

Mike and one of his team members came to clear the drain line starting at our washing machine drain. They were here earlier than expected, did a thorough job and did it for 1/3 of the price that the "big name" plumbers quoted me. Cannot Recommend them enough. One night our washer machine overflowed, and there was water everywhere. We called Premier Pros and the next day we had technicians out to come look at our pipes. They discovered a root was growing in our main drainage pipe. We called around to other plumbers but came back to Premier as they were the fastest to respond and identified the problem correctly the first time; no other company was able to do so. They came out on a Monday and began working. Jack H. and Carlos were already trenching our backyard, setting marks for our new pipes and explaining everything in detail to us. Within a week we were able to use the washing machine, our sink and had new pipes that were backfilled. They had to cut into our concrete patio, dig 3-4ft for a large portion of our backyard and lay down new pipes, and did I mention this only took a week?! Jack H and Carlos were incredibly kind, took the time to explain what they were doing, were diligent, hardworking, and often working before I was even awake, and couldn’t hear a thing! Our home is now better than it was before and we can thank Jack and Carlos for that. You guys are incredible and I cannot recommend them enough, for any of your plumbing needs.

Premier Pros provided excellent service, and both Johnathan and Juan were outstanding. Johnathan came out to descale our water heater and was extremely thorough, accommodating, quick, and efficient. While he was there, he also helped us by fixing sink issues at our rental home. He took the time to explain what he found, made helpful recommendations for other needs around the property, and went above and beyond the original service call. During his work, he even discovered a large rotted stick that appeared to have been shoved into the pipes by the original builder as some type of temporary fix. His attention to detail likely helped us avoid a much bigger issue later. Juan also did an excellent job with our air conditioning maintenance. He was thorough, quick, transparent, and explained everything throughout the process. He identified mold in the vent system and found a poorly sealed area that was contributing to the issue. We appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and clear communication. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Great Experience with JDN Plumbing!** JDN Plumbing was professional, prompt, and reliable. They explained everything clearly, did excellent work, and left the area clean. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a trustworthy plumber in San Antonio!

We've had Smith & Sons out a few times, and the initial repairs have been prompt and a decent price, but all the repairs seem to have recurring issues. Toilets with wax rings that fail just a month after warranty. Our latest repair from August 2025 for Quarter Angle turns failed and once again they were ready to charge as we were out of warranty. We contracted a plumber today to take a look at the repair and he reported they had used the original compression fitting, replacing only the valve component. In the process they had cracked the compression nut and it was slowly weeping behind the valve. We did not notice as we hardly use that bathroom. The warranties are too short with S&S, and the onus is put on the homeowner to make sure the work is done right. This seems like a clear defective install (why was the compression fitting not also replaced?) and not a "wear and tear" problem.

I had a really great experience with Smith and Son plumbing! when they came out to fix a leak in my yard. They showed up on time, were easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was going on before getting started, which I really appreciated. The repair was handled quickly and professionally, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others!
