Jayson was exceptional. Repaired clogged drain "fixed" previously by two different plumbers. His throughness gives me confidence it is truly fixed. We discussed the merits of a camera inspection and he was not pushy trying to upsell me so we decided to avoid this potentially unnecessary expense. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink so all is well at our house. I only give 5 stars when there are no issues and this is the case. Parker and Sons will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Jose Sierra installed our pressure regulating valve which was the key to restoring our water pressure to even better than it was when we first moved in. He had to dig down almost two feet to get to it and install the new one. He also flushed out our water heater and installed a new bladder on the top. All in less than 4 hours in the heat. Jose was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He was also able to work with us on pricing through his manager. We're very satisfied with the service we received.

Had a leak that had been going on for over a year and no one could find it. Finally it was located about 3 feet below the ground and the water had been draining straight down into the rocks. Called Justin because he had done work for me before and I knew he was fair and extremely reliable. He had a crew here in 30 minutes and 2 hours later the leak was repaired. With that kind of service you would expect a big bill...not the case. In fact, he gave me a discount because it had taken so long to find the problem. Local Plumbing was already my go to company but now I wouldn't even call anyone else. Professional, competent, and very courteous staff and they are highly recommended.

We had to have a gas stub out moved to accommodate our new stove and needed kitchen sink plumbing done to accommodate a double sink instead of a single. Fantastic work by John, Chris, and Jackie. John and Chris arrived right on time to provide a quote for a new water heater along with replacing several exterior hose bibs. They were extremely professional and explained everything in detail. Jackie, the receptionist, takes the time to listen to customer issues and is extremely knowledgeable. Paul was great. I called first thing in the morning with a rather bad clog that had me extremely frustrated the night before. The scheduling team got everything set up, and Paul showed up right on time. He listened to me explain what was going, then got right to work. Took a bit of work, but got everything busted out and then ran a camera after to confirm things were clear and verify the condition of the pipes. Very professional and straightforward. Price was reasonable for what needed to be done as well which is always a bonus. Highly recommend PlumbSmart and especially Paul.

2nd time I had to call because the water softner is leaking from the drain pipe... Came loose and shot water all over my outlet and garage... Also Caleb came and did a horrible job, seems like he just re-cut the tube and reinserted the tube. He also tried to plug into the electrical outlet that I told him the water softner shot water all over... Even after servicing the water softner, he didn't re-program the water softner.

The entire crew did a great job! Chris, Jimmy and Trinidad were true professionals. They waited all day until the utility locators showed up. When the locators were done, they wasted no time in fixing my problem. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, professionalism and the quality work they provided. Y'all are the best!

Caleb was fantastic. He came fir a simple toilet flapper fix on my new home but he went the extra mile when I asked him a water pressure question for the high pressure hose I bought. He explained it to me and then checked my water pressure. He was friendl, personable and knowledgeable.

Marcus and Angel did a great job. Very professional and fast. Cleared drain quickly and provided a quote to permanently fix issue. The phone employees Carrie was extremely helpful. She was able to get techs out same day on short notice. I highly recommend this company and going forward they will be my first call.

Terry who set the appointment up was very friendly and patient with my questions from the get-go. Angel Martinez was the plumber who came out to assess the plumbing on a home we are under contract for. Angel was GREAT. He provided a lot of insight for us as potential buyers, allowed us to shadow him while he worked and happily explained what he was seeing throughout each portion of the assessment. As far as initial customer service, and thorough assessing is concerned, I feel very pleased with the two people I interacted with from 1-Tom-Plumber. Angel did a great job as the assessor and I would certainly return to them for plumbing needs in the future.

We had our first visit from Air & Drain works today and I appreciate how knowledgeable Jim Bell is. There are some issues with our AC that were brought to our attention that our previous service provider overlooked. The report today was detailed and easy to understand. We look forward to having Air & Drain Works continue to be our ac service provider.

Kenny performed our hvac checkup and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, took pics, and explained all his findings with a sit down discussion. He was amenable to questions during the process as well. We are very happy with the maintenance contract initiated.

We had been dealing with a major stoppage in our main line for months, waiting on a family friend who was helping us slowly but suddenly not responsive. We finally bit the bullet and reached out to Mulder. They were able to give us a super fast turnaround time from reaching out to our appointment, and they got our main line jetted out in no time! The plumbers on call were very friendly and clear, and made sure they cleared as much debris as they possibly could besides the main stoppage to get really what I paid for. Cost was fair and reasonable and the whole process went very smooth! Would recommend!

We hired this plumbing company to replace our water heater, which is in the attic of our two-story home. Aaron was able to come to the house and look at it right away and give us a quote on what it would cost to have a new one installed. He was very quick, polite, and informative. After getting multiple quotes from other companies, recommended by friends, Mulder Plumbing had the most reasonable pricing. We set up the appointment and the team was able to come in the next day and completed the job very quickly. Everyone who came to do the install was very polite and very professional. As first time home owners, we’re still learning a lot and Mulder Plumbing made our first big repair as pleasant as it could be. Today SAWS came to my home and said there was a leak on the city cutoff and they replaced it but found that there was also a large leak on the customer side too and after showing me, I realized that this was an true emergency issue and I needed help quick!! I looked at several Companies online and something was making me look again at 1st Call Plumbing. I never done business with them before but I still decided to try them and WOW am I glad I did!! They say first impressions are everything and my initial call with Melissa was awesome! She recognized the fact that I was stressing a little bit and said she would have someone in about 30 minutes that the technician was just leaving another job. I felt so much better after that and then Justin and Jason came out in (I swear like 20 minutes), very professional, they listened to me (without interruption!!) then assessed the issue and gave me options and never once did I ever feel pressured into anything. He showed me and explained in detail how they would tackle this and what to expect, which I appreciated! After digging some of the yard and seeing that this was originals old pipe from the 1940’s, brittle and downright corrosive, I told them it’s an investment and I ok’d the replacement. Now all complete and my wife and I are super happy with 1st Call and already have them in our contacts for our future needs!! Way to go!! I called with an urgent repair need today. The office staff were very helpful and courteous and got me on the schedule for a tech to get to me within an hour. The tech arrived promptly when they said they would be here. After assessing my needs and giving me an estimate, they were able to jump right in and get the job done. Cannot Recommend them enough. One night our washer machine overflowed, and there was water everywhere. We called Premier Pros and the next day we had technicians out to come look at our pipes. They discovered a root was growing in our main drainage pipe. We called around to other plumbers but came back to Premier as they were the fastest to respond and identified the problem correctly the first time; no other company was able to do so. They came out on a Monday and began working. Jack H. and Carlos were already trenching our backyard, setting marks for our new pipes and explaining everything in detail to us. Within a week we were able to use the washing machine, our sink and had new pipes that were backfilled. They had to cut into our concrete patio, dig 3-4ft for a large portion of our backyard and lay down new pipes, and did I mention this only took a week?! Jack H and Carlos were incredibly kind, took the time to explain what they were doing, were diligent, hardworking, and often working before I was even awake, and couldn’t hear a thing! Our home is now better than it was before and we can thank Jack and Carlos for that. You guys are incredible and I cannot recommend them enough, for any of your plumbing needs.
