Highly recommend Flow Bros. They replaced all of the cast iron sewer lines under our 2,000 sq. ft. home, fully tunneling under the slab, about 100 linear feet. Master plumber Jacob and his teammate Stephen did all the plumbing, replacing all cast iron sewer lines with PVC and drilling new drains through the slab in the kitchen and laundry. Also replaced sewer line out to the street. Jacob was super easy to work with. Communication was always quick and straightforward, work was completed quickly, and all of our questions were fully addressed. Jacob has decades of experience at replacing cast iron sewer pipes under homes, and it showed. Cost was very competitive. We are thoroughly pleased with Flow Bros and the high quality work they did for us.

Edit: company called to offer a partial refund for the high cost of the service bringing it close to $530 from $725 , still expensive for a simple kitchen drain clog but it's appreciated to have a company followup on their work and customer concerns. Luis Maldonado did a great job with his service and was friendly. But we got charged $725 including dispatch fee for a simple clean out of a slow flowing kitchen sink which as far as I can tell from research is at least twice the price of what it should be. I'd love to give 5 stars because as I said Luis did a good job but these plumbers are way too expensive. It seriously feels like we got car shop ripped off. Edit: apparantly it took 15 minutes to do. We totally got scammed. So. Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using this company AND he apparantly tried selling us those BioOne drain cleaner bottles for $100 each when you can find them online for $30 to $50 each.... While I appreciate Luis's work and he was overall friendly, Its the only reason it's not one star and I'll never use this company again unless they correct this

David and his partner did an excellent job putting my sewer drain back together. For this round of repair there was a lot of digging involved. I am hoping to see my shrubs live in the aftermath. Absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating technicians I've encountered in a very long time. I wanted to know which of my options made the most sense, ballpark pricing, and potential timelines. Normally this would be like pulling teeth to get a straight answer, but Michael Murphy not only went over my chosen options but presented me with several more, along with not just ballpark prices but a guaranteed set price for each, and suggestions on when I could get the work scheduled and completed. Both Michael and Javier were courteous, clean and professional, and the exploratory work they did was super clean and with as little intrusion into the structure as necessary to ascertain the scope of the problem. When they left I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was scheduled, when it was scheduled to be completed, the details what the work would involve and what I was paying for it. This is the kind of company I like to do business with.

Javier from Jake the Plumbing Pro did a fantastic job when my whole house was backed up in Dallas. I had already called another plumber before, but they couldn’t figure out where the main access line was. Javier used his plumbing know-how and found the right spot to dig by understanding how the pipes run from the crawlspace to the city line. He quickly located the main access, dug it up, and cleared the blockage. While working, Javier noticed the pipes under my house were sagging, which caused all the sewage to back up. He showed me the problem and explained that the pipes were being held by flimsy plastic straps. He spent hours under the crawlspace fixing the slope and replaced the old supports with sturdy metal straps, even giving me a 10-year warranty on the work! Javier went above and beyond by checking the rest of the house for any issues. He fixed my low water pressure for free, and also saw that my sink faucet had buildup, so he cleaned that out at no extra charge. He even raised my water temperature for free and made sure the sewage access lines are now easy to find in the future. I’m really impressed by his knowledge, fair pricing, and how much he cared about getting everything right. Definitely the best plumber I’ve worked with for quality, expertise, and kindness.

Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked with several employees and all good people. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort. Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard’s willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us… never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. I had a great experience with a plumbing company in Duncanville when my water heater started leaking. My home warranty company sent them out after I asked for a different plumber, and I’m really glad they did. From the start, the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The plumbers, Jamie and Collin, came by to inspect the water heater and found it needed to be replaced. When it was time for the installation, Bernard and Collin handled everything. They were professional, quick, and explained what was happening at each step. Even though my warranty didn’t cover some of the code upgrades needed for the new water heater, the price was reasonable and I felt it was fair for the work done. Now I have a brand new water heater and everything works perfectly. If I need a plumber again, I’ll definitely call them back!

Disregard previous post for All Masters Plumbing! I would not recommend them to anyone! I recieved a letter from the city advising that I obviously had a water leak since my usage had gone up over 2000%. I called All Masters Plumbing & a gentleman came out & misdiagnosed where the leak was. They jackhammered through the concrete in the garage, found no leak there, left a huge hole wide open & left! My wife waited several days for someone to come back & fix the damage they did. They finally showed up after they scheduled three times, twice not showing up. They did a very sloppy, unprofessional job & it was not put back to the way it was before they did their damage! Another gentleman from the same company came out & found the leak outside the house, approximately 24 feet away from where they tore up the concrete inside my garage. The actual leak was found & repaired in less than an hour. I was surprised to get an invoice from All Masters Plumbing for $5445.00 for the work they did fixing their mistake! Previously we signed a loan thinking it was going to be a major cost but loan was not needed because it was a leak outside! Now the loan company is calling & asking why I'm rejecting this document since All Masters Plumbing submitted the loan as work completed! I would never recommend this Plumbing company to anyone because of the misdiagnosis, shoddy repair & charging a horrendous price for repairing the damage they did! My wife & I have called several times & left messages for the manager to call back, but he never does! All I want is my bill adjusted, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake & I would like my concrete done so it looks like it did before they wrecked it! I'm hoping this is a mistake made by office thinking that first job was completed properly!
