I admire the professionalism of Reynalds Brothers Plumbing & Environmental team members. After being faced with a leaking bathtub from upstairs, I started working the phone in search of a plumbing service who could work me in the same day. I first spoke with Jeziah and after taking my information received a call back within the promised time to let me know when a technician will be at my house. My tech was Ray and he arrived in the time framed communicated to me by Jeziah. Right of the bat, he demonstrated professionalism by inserting booties to keep my floor clean. He assessed the situation and a presented me with options without any pressure. Reynalds Brothers Plumbing & Environmental will be first on my call list for future plumbing issues.

I want to thank Shawn so much for his service! He called him the night before and as we had a sewage backup and overflow in our bathtub! He answered and came out the next day! He cleaned out our pipes as there was an obstruction from a root! He showed me the debri and roots that came from it! He gave us an estimate the same and is coming back out Friday to fix the obstruction! He is such an amazing person as he cares about the people and understands daily life struggles and just wants the best for people. He goes above and beyond and actually cares!

Shawn was able to come same day and fix out water heater leak. He was friendly and explained everything that was wrong and went above and beyond fixing it for a great price. We will definitely be reaching out to Shawn if we have an other problems in the future.

Kostadin is a great representative of Roto Rooter. His experience is unparalleled. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom tub to the basement. 3 floors! Kostadin’s diagnostic ability and plumbing acumen limited the repair time and enabled the repair. He was able to diagnose and resolve the leak limiting the reconstruction post remediation to a minimum. He cares about completing the job correctly. Thanks so much Kostadin and Roto Rooter.

Had an emergency pipe leak at night. Called Roto Rooter. They came out within the hour. Truc was awesome. Replaced the pressure regulator value and made sure everything was sealed up an functional before he left. A true pro and nice guy. Thank you so much!

Very happy with Roto Rooters service! I called late on a Friday afternoon and had someone at my house an hour later. Truc was so efficient and knowledgeable! He did not make it seem like we were an inconvenience at all and he took his time addressing the problem. He was in and out within an hour! Will definitely use again when needed.

I had a pipe break on Christmas Day and flood my crawl space under my house. I called Faith plumbing the next day and they came out and fixed the break. These guys were awesome and I would highly recommend them. Affordable too when prices everywhere are high.

Brad came out the same day and fixed out clogged kitchen sink. Grease had built up in the pipes and it needed to be broken free. Fast service, great attitude, and an extremely knowledgeable plumber.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. This is the second time I’ve given them my business. They were clean, kind, patient, and professional. They were willing to communicate via text which was a huge plus for me. Prices were reasonable and the work was done quickly. They went above and beyond to tighten a few fixtures and give tips for fixing things we could handle on our own. I felt safe being alone with them in my home.

Today my husband accidentally broke the spout/faucet straight out of the wall, and water began spraying everywhere. In the chaos, we couldn’t locate the specific shutoff valve, so we had to turn off the water to the entire house. We called Integrity, and although they weren’t able to come out the same day, they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They took the time to help us narrow down the location of the specific shutoff valve so we could restore water to the rest of the house while waiting for service the next morning. Thankfully, our neighbor was able to help us fix the issue, but I truly want to highlight how attentive, courteous, and supportive Integrity was during a stressful situation. Their customer service was amazing, and we will absolutely use them in the future for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.
