Called office to have him come back the same day. He came back and attempted several more times to unclog and determined a new pipe was needed. He advised he would call back next day to give a quote to put in new drainage pipe. Never received a call. I paid to have drain fixed. I called to get refund and was advised it needed to be approved by manager to refund and then it would take 7-14 days for refund. WTH? Your big spill is “if they can’t fix, you don’t pay”. So why do I have to wait for my refund to sit on a manager’s desk for approval? Yeah I take back what I said. I will warn everyone to proceed with caution.

Set up an online appointment for kitchen sink clog. Brian called said he was about 20 minutes, he came out assessed the issue and gave me options for clearing the drain. Once agreed he quickly fixed the problem, tested to make sure all was clear cleaned up inside and out. Fast and professional.

My home warranty service contracted Deuce Plumbing and Drain Services for a repair of a water leak. Upon denial from my home warranty to pay for the repair, I was given an estimate of $5250, siting that I needed to completely replace the sewer line which would include digging up my front yard. We opted to contact Connor Plumbing because they are a local, reputable plumber whose business has been servicing Southeast Texas for over 100 years. Connor Plumbing arrived the morning after Deuce presented the estimate to me. Upon digging a small hole to expose the where the water began to appear, it was discovered that I had a small water leak that had been increasingly getting worse over a number of weeks. It was not a broken sewer line that I was told had to be completely repaired. When I voiced the concern that Deuce had insinuated that there was sewer line damage, Connor Plumbing performed a complete inspection of the sewer line and did not find any damage present. The entire repair was completed for almost a 10th of the price that the original company quoted me. I provided the same background information and timeline of the leak to both companies. I was very impressed with the service that was provided, especially after watching Connor Plumbing perform the repair. I will be reporting this to my home warranty. Had it been something that was covered in my contract, they would have overpaid for a repair that would not have even fixed the problem I had! Thank you Connor Plumbing!

Eli & Ashton were amazing to work with. Couldn’t get any other plumbers to answer the phone or get back to me on an emergency I had in my tenant filled property. They answered the phone immediately and went out of their way to ACTUALLY LISTEN to my emergency in a personable way and responded as soon as they could. The first plumber that I had come out the night before did a great job of sounding logical in his explanation as to what he had to do and why so I almost bit and spent thousands out of “necessity.” Eli & Ashton came out for a second opinion and discovered the true culprit of my issue, resolved it and literally saved me thousands. I had them add a gas line for a gas stovetop. Ashton tue plumber did a wonderful job. He even pointed out some things that were not right to prevent a possible fire. He offered suggestions and did a super job. I will definitely call them when I need any plumbing work. It was so refreshing to have work done and notbfeel that i was being cheated.

Matthew Arnold was the project manager on this job and I am very pleased with the outcome of the work they did. There were small hiccups that they owned it and ultimately fixed them with no issues at all. Painting, Sheetrock, siding anything you make etc.. I highly recommend!

I just don’t have the words to thank Chris and Jason enough for repairing my noisy pipes which turned out to be a shower valve issue. We have been struggling to find anyone to help us instal our home theater screen. It is big and needs to be place just right for the projector to work. I had them come out for a plumbing issue and was really happy with the speed and quality of work. Thought I would give it a shot. Matthew Arnold came out and said it isn’t something they normally do but shouldn’t have a problem getting done. Communication and scheduling were awesome and the work done was professional and fast. Couldn’t be happier and movie night is finally on. They also knocked out a beam issue we had while they were here too saving me another day.

Had the old galvanized piping changed out in my attic with Pex. They went above and beyond what I asked for, changing out the hot water heater stand and all piping around it plus kitchen sink piping. Even came back right after they left to fix small faucet blockage problem. They were one time and worked to completion in one day. Very nice people, would use again.

I called Mike on Monday afternoon, upon the recommendation of a trusted friend. He let me know that he couldn’t be by that afternoon, but would in the morning. Then that night, I had a rough night with the baby and slept in with my ringer off, so I didn’t answer when he called to stop by and check out our leak. I called about an hour later, and he said he’d come by and check out our problem within the next couple of hours as soon as he wrapped up another job. He was over in a little over an hour, and within seconds of walking in he diagnosed the problem. We had suspected the water heater might be it because we knew it was old (though no idea how old, because the former owner painted the whole unit, including pipes and label) and had made strange noises a few times, but we couldn’t see where the leak was coming from. He gave me the info on a replacement unit, cost, and time (he said he could come as early as the next afternoon), and left. My husband and I talked it through, and after my husband did some price comparisons, he realized the price was great. I let Mike know on Tuesday afternoon that we wanted to proceed. He was back with the replacement unit just when he said he would be, and finished quickly. The price was just as agreed upon. He was kind, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. We will use him in the future if the need arises.
