Excellent service! I called them in the morning and they had someone come out in just under 2 hours. The technician was great. Explained the issue, provided advise and showed me before and after of the work. Everything was done professionally without any unnecessary upsell. The plumber not only unclogged the AC drain line from the attic to the bathroom sink but also made several improvements to the pipes and connections so that it's easy to maintenance going forward. Will definitely use this company again.

I called to have a new shut-off valve to replace the original circa 1990’s. Mikcah came out within the appointment time window to install a new one. These are VITAL to our homes that in case of any pipes burst or extended travel and one needs to be able to shut the water off at the house. Unfortunately, our main busted due to the house settling. After shutting off the valve at the meter, I called Affordable Quality Plumbing (AQP) and Mickah came within 4hrs to swap out the broken PVC for Pex to prevent a recurrence. Mickah also swapped out the gate valve with a ball valve for improved efficiency and eliminated three 90deg bends with the Pex! Highly recommend AQP!

Duy was great, he came out at 1 AM when our toilet and tub backed up and flooded the bathroom. He recommended a restoration service, which we are also happy with, to deal with the damage and kept in contact with us and them while working with us. Our clog ended up being a lot more complicated than expected, but Duy kept us up to date and let us know everything he was doing beforehand. His prices are fair and reasonable, though any plumbing problem is going to be an expensive endeavor. On top of all of that, he is very nice and personable and kept our dog happy! We are very happy and recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs plumbing done.

The response time was excellent. The office staff was able to answer all my questions. They asked for photos and contacted my plumber. I received an estimate immediately. They were friendly and quick to return my calls. I felt comfortable sharing the experience of the plumber. Cameron was very courteous and thoughtful. I was very impressed with his willingness to assist me. He put booties on over his shoes, and used a mask. He worked fast and efficiently. He fixed bolts for two toilet tanks and two flappers. He also replaced a kitchen faucet cartridge. The price for quality and time was fair. Cameron has done a fantastic job. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing.

After a bumpy beginning to obtain a contract that was clear and to schedule the work, we were very pleased with the workers. Michael and Hector worked hard, were on time, and did a great job. Hector even suggested a tile that was different from the one I had in mind, but which I love. The new tile and vanity look great in the bathroom. They tried to match the texture paint in the dining area. This was no easy task. Once we paint this, it will look even better.

Chris and his team have come to my house for small jobs (toddlers flushing wipes and clogging the line) to a huge job (main sewage line broken). They are the best. Great communicators, skilled, and affordable. We had multiple companies come out for our big job and he was the only one that actually made our house livable while they worked under the house. Chris at Inheritance Plumbing did a great job installing our home water filtration system we were gifted. He made sure everything was installed and working correctly and also answered lots of other plumbing questions we had before he left. He is kind and reliable. The water filtration system has already made a huge difference in our home over the last couple of days. The water no longer has a strong smell to it, it doesn’t taste bad like it previously did, and it leaves our skin and hair so soft after showering. Before the system was installed our bathroom would smell so strongly of chlorine and our skin would feel super dry coming out of the shower. We had a main drain clog at our house in Houston, and the plumbers were able to come out almost right away. Even though they couldn’t fix the issue on the first visit because of our home’s unusual plumbing setup, they went above and beyond by offering helpful advice on what to do next and how to find the right solution, and they didn’t charge us for that visit. Later on, we had them come back for a variety of other plumbing jobs, including fixing the setup that had caused the drain problem in the first place. Everything was done in a professional way, and the final price ended up being less than the original estimate since the work took less time than expected. One thing that really stood out was how supportive they were of people doing their own repairs. During the estimate, Scott let me know there were some tasks I could handle myself to save money and even gave me advice about which parts to look for and how to do the work safely. Both Scott and Jay were great to work with, and they were friendly to our kids and pets too. They also made sure to wear masks the whole time without us needing to ask. Their pricing was fair and even included the service fee with the repair cost, which I really appreciated. Pedro and Jay, the plumbers who helped me, were both professional and friendly. We recently had a plumber come out to our property in Deer Park to help with our septic system. Danny was great at explaining everything and answered all our plumbing questions. Jordan called ahead before arriving, which I appreciated. He was very polite, respectful, and handled himself professionally. Jordan got straight to work replacing the old bathtub faucet in my mobile home and also installed a new handheld showerhead. He carefully removed the bedroom panel to reach the plumbing behind the tub and put everything back neatly when he was done. Abel is our plumber. He was the best choice for our plumbing emergency, which happened on Labor Day. First, he arrived within a specified time. We told him the symptoms of the problem. Abel noticed the incorrect installation of plumbing under our kitchen sink as soon as he inspected it. Abel explained the problem clearly and offered a solution. Abel was conscientious of his work area, and kept it neat. After completing his work within the time frame that he estimated, Abel left the area spotless. This company is the ONE!! If you are looking around and trying to make a decision. I can't stress this enough. Space City Plumbing is a family run company and they treat you like they know you. They are so helpful, patient and considerate. From the initial phone call, till the clean up, we felt listened to, spoken to like we were important, and we were kept informed on the issue and what work needed to be done. They also went over options with us which eased our stress. Isaiah & Brandon were first on the scene and from the get go they were professional, and friendly. After they accessed the leak, they called to get a 2nd crew to assist in deciding what was the best approach to repair the leaking pipe and two outside faucets that it was connected to. They had to lift several bricks up from my patio and dig a trench like hole to remove and replace the old pipe. They also replaced the two faucets. After the job was complete, they replaced the bricks and tidied up the area. I pray I get their names correct and don't miss anyone, because each of these gentlemen deserve to be mentioned in this review. From the first man who spoke to me on the phone and eased my stress level, to those who worked in my backyard completing the job. Kevin, Micah, Isaiah, Brandon, and Jesus were hard working They worked together like a well oiled machine and were done in time for us to go to dinner! I didn't say at the start of this review that sadly, Space City Plumbing was not the first company I called. I googled trying to find one when I noticed the leak it was close to 9pm the day before. The other company "Roto Rooter" promised to be at my home between 9-10am the next morning. When they didn't show, or call I was getting concerned. So after several calls by me asking them why they hadn't called us or told us what was their ETA like they said they would they promised the guy we were waiting on would call us soon with that info... He didn't. We got the run around till close to 2pm when he finally called. He called to inform my husband that he would be there closer to 4pm and we would have to sign a contract that he sent to my email and pay $1000 before he came out. This was to perform leak detection to find the leak, which we explained we could already see. After his heated conversation with my husband, we decided to ask our neighbor who she used when she had an issue not long ago. She recommended Space City Plumbing. I will never regret cancelling the other company and calling them. I will recommend them to anyone who asks us "do you know a good plumber" because we do!

Mario and Kobi came out to help install a valve and line to power my generator with matural gas instead of either gasolone or propane. This way, I cam run the generator for several days without having to feed it propane tanks. Huge plus for convenience. They spent the time to not only get everything installed and hooked up but they also helped get the generator started. It was a little tricky but they stayed until we figured it out. I really appreciate their attention to detail and safety. This is the second project they've done for us. The other one, Mario helped replace a ball valve in our side water spigot. These guys do excellent work.

I had a major water leak from a water pipe line to spigot in my front yard. I called Space City Plumbing at 7:30 am and they had Isaiah here by 9:30 am. He identified the problem immediately and began work to fix the problem. Old pvc piping was worn and disintegrating causing leaks underground. Then Mario and Koby arrived by 1:30 and dug up the pipes. They worked incredibly hard and were very professional. They added new (up to standard/code) flexible piping and covered with dirt. They even patched back my lawn to make the yard look good still. This is the second time I've used this company for major plumbing jobs on my 1967 house. They do NOT disappoint and I highly recommend them! Koby, Mario, and Isaiah....thank you for the tough jobs you accomplished at my house! You have a hard job but make my life so much better with stressfree, working plumbing!!! Thank you 😊

Rarely do I ever leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. When I noticed water coming up through my floor, I called Texas James after reaching out to a couple of other companies that couldn’t make it out the same day. Jayden was the technician who came out, and he quickly untangled my web of DIY plumbing to isolate the leak. He walked me through the issue, explained my repair options clearly, and then got to work. It turned out I had a leak in the foundation, and Jayden was able to reroute the line to fix the problem. His workmanship was top-notch. He took the time to carefully explain the process every step of the way and even fit me into his already packed schedule because he understood how urgent the situation was. What stood out even more was that he never once asked me to leave a review—something that seems all too common these days. That alone says a lot about their professionalism. While the repair cost several thousand dollars, the work was prompt, high-quality, and ultimately prevented what could have been a much worse situation. These guys are truly top-notch.

Shawn and Tyler were professional and personable technicians who quickly diagnosed the issue with our disposal: a small spoon had wedged itself into the disposal to where it was undetectable to human touch inside the disposal. They were able to dislodge the spoon and get our old disposal working again. We appreciated their honesty to repair the disposal rather than selling us a new one. I found Texas James Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau with a rating of A+. My wife and I agree with this BBB’s rating and highly recommend this company!
