He was on time, very nice, great price and helpful to explain what the issue was. He has been out a few other times to help with a clogged sink and another toilet that was not flushing right. The costs were very reasonable, service was professional, and Jason was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. The bathroom sink drain stopped flowing completely one morning. Their technician cleared the obstruction and flushed the pipe. Water now drains quickly without any issue.

Our tub was slow to drain, and the sink next to it bubbled. Even though there was no immediate risk, I wanted to empty the drain line in case. I tried McKinney Plumbing because of the great reviews. The shower head kept dripping long after turning it off. The plumber replaced the worn out cartridge behind the handle and checked the pressure. The dripping stopped immediately.

Although we were told through text message that the time window for our service was 8-10 am, tech arrived after 11:00. We called when there was no communication and we were told window was 8-12.? Regardless, Kelsey, our tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our under warranty water heater was replaced (due to leaking tank) and Kelsey was patient/thorough at answering all our questions. He promised to follow through with all documentation about the new warranty. We also appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing standing by their warranty service and making the catastrophe (a leaking water heater, wood floors and no hot water) as smooth a transition as possible.

I had already received a few other estimates, but when speaking with Kami she was so nice and helpful that I decided to move forward with HDP. They provided a very reasonable price, and Connor was a great person and completed the work fast and efficiently.
