Without hesitation, I highly recommend Jason and Melinda Montgomery at Montgomery Plumbing. My elderly mother spent several months dealing with various plumbing issues in her house and used many reputable plumbers. By far, Jason and Melinda were head and shoulders above the rest in every way—professionalism, quality of work, punctuality, rates, and manner. They are seasoned and confident plumbers who know their trade well. They listened to us and gave solid advice. Jason and Melinda replaced two old and difficult toilets, improved the work of a previous plumber, and discovered and cleaned out a clogged major pipe. Their work was superb, and their rates were extremely fair. I am very grateful for the respect, kindness, and consideration Jason and Melinda showed my mother. Besides being stellar plumbers, they are wonderful and honest people. We were so pleased with their work that we asked for their business cards to give to neighbors and other friends. I've had to call Jason multiple times for different reasons on a house that has been empty for a while. Each time, Jason has done a phenomenal job which included a new toilet, unclogging lines and replacing the line from clean-out to alley where the city hookup is. He was fast, reasonably priced and always courteous. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs.

Todd, my Technician was great! He took the time to help me understand all that would need to be done. Very kind, polite and professional. He unclogged the washer line in my garage and did not leave til he knew I was very satisfied. I was a little surprised with cost but was the first time having it done, and had to have it done, and Todd didn't pressure me at all about the cost.

I know enough about plumbing systems to know what questions to ask about some problems I was having. Two of the three issues I identified had to do with the 3” waste pipe under the house slab. I had already used an auger to clear a serious root intrusion and as my waste main is 60 years old, I was prepared for the worst. I would have given Midway the go-ahead for some seriously expensive work if their plumber told me it was necessary. The Midway plumber scoped the 3” main from the city connecting point to the house vent pipe and explained everything we were seeing in a way I could clearly understand. He checked the work I had already done, carefully talked me out of doing either expensive project I had enquired about, and gave me some tips for improving the remaining flushing problem that was being caused by the 1.28GPM toilet. The third project had to do with the incoming water supply. What I thought would improve the incoming water pressure and get a jump on a potential problem was diagnosed as a case of “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it… and it ain’t broke.” I was wrong; he was right. He could have just done the work I requested and I wouldn’t have given it a second thought. Instead, he again clearly explained the issue and convinced me not to have the requested work done. Summary: The Midway plumber was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I now understand how they maintain such a high customer review rating.

Alex expert knowledge and ability to explain the entire process and answer every question and more importantly his ability to support his comments with written data. My pipes froze from this last storm and I had Accurate Air Plumbing came out to fix it. Thank you Jay S and Dillon F for their awesome service! They showed up quickly and immediately got to work fixing it. They actually took the time to talk to me and explain what the problem was, how they were fixing it and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Most services come in, do whatever and want their money. NOT THESE GUYS! They were so polite and even offered to take off their boots so they didn't track snow and mud through my home. AND, they did not drain my bank account! I want them to know how much I truly appreciate everything they did. Walter from Accurate Air is consistently professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond. Even with a completely full schedule, he still made time to come out and take care of an issue that had everyone in a bit of panic. We also experienced an emergency lateral drain line issue in military housing that resulted in two families being displaced. After scheduling and coordinating with Walter, he promptly sent out Duran and Trey, and they were absolutely AMAZING. Both were highly professional and went above and beyond, even working past normal hours to ensure the job was completed properly. They carefully cautioned off the area until work could resume and restored the site as if it had never been touched. This is truly a remarkable team, and I would HIGHLY recommend Duran and Trey for ANY job and will definitely be using Accurate Air again in the future.

We had frozen water for a couple days and noticed the pipe busted, we called and Accurate Air Solutions came through for us. Aaron Jennings and Trenton Falcon were professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to the problem without wasting time. They fixed the frozen pipe and after they were done our water pressure was noticeably better than before, which tells me they didn’t just patch it... they fixed it right. They explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. If you need plumbers who actually know what they’re doing and don’t cut corners, ask for Aaron and Trenton. Bryant’s Plumbing took care of my family. Our gas line leaked out nearly 200 gallons of propane in one week. Brown Plumbing is truly an EXCELLENT plumbing company. Chris Brown and his employees are incredibly professional. I was AMAZED at the extra effort that the Plumber Zach and his helper put in to complete my job in one day, these two guys stayed late (around 8:30) on a Friday evening to make sure my job was completed! I was actually shocked that they stayed so late, I figured these guys would have left by 5 or 6pm, so I feel the need to brag on Brown Plumbing for going the extra mile. Isaac & Chris just replaced our old hot water heater. They were fast, efficient, personable, professional and a joy to have in our home. They answered all of our questions, installed a new Rheem water heater, cleaned everything up, better than what they found it and we're extremely fair on their pricing. This is, without a doubt, the top tier plumbing company in Taylor county. They gave me the price up front without any hidden fees. The group of guys they have had great attitudes and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. They were very quick and respond to my call and did a fine job. They cleaned up the area they worked in to the point I couldn't tell anything had been done even ... I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for experience and expertise. Plumbing is something that can be very overwhelming but, these guys made it stress free.

Bevills was quick to get back to me both times I had an issue. 1st they fixed my Hot Water Heater then there was an issue with my plumbing so they replaced the old galvanized I had and made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving and not only that checked for other issues and they were able to take care of as well. Always courteous and were there when they said. Shout out to Dallas for answering all my questions and walking me through the process while at my home!

I’m not a plumbing expert, but I trusted AllSTAR Plumbing to fix my issue as promised. They gave me a quote and assured me the house would be fully usable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the outcome. After hiring a different professional plumber, I was told that AllSTAR’s work had actually worsened the plumbing issue and improper materials were used. In the end, the work did not meet the professional standard I expected. A few days after I posted the review above, the owner called me and demanded that I take it down, threatening to sue me if I didn’t. I was shocked by the call. During the conversation, he used profanity and made offensive remarks about my background, including calling me a foreigner and saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am a proud American, and no customer should ever be spoken to this way. The call was recorded. If anything, I have clear documentation of harassment and intimidation. What a shameful way to treat a customer.
