Once again I called Prodigy Rooter & Drain & had a plumber at my door within 30 minutes! Bob found our washout after a home inspector couldn’t find twice & Hiller plumbing, an overpriced operation failed to locate. Prodigy was very reasonable priced, informative, & friendly. Mark at Prodigy Sewer & Drain was a joy to work with. Not only was he helpful in diagnosing my problem, he had technology readily available to provide multiple options in how to attack the issue. If someone had a need for diagnosis, descaling, hydro-jetting, or pipe lining, I doubt there's anyone better to work with in Middle TN and I'm not sure other companies have the modern equipment he has to tackle tough problems or hard-to-get-to pipes without major demo. When I left a message, he responded quickly and was super helpful, considerate, and very professional, even down to shoe coverings when entering my home. If you have a plumbing issue, I would definitely consider Prodigy.

I NEVER give 5 stars because I don't believe "perfect" exists, but I had a bathroom remodel done and had to outsource plumbing to get the results I wanted. We'll start with Scott... friendly, fun, light hearted and filled with corny jokes. Scott accessed what my project and was very confident it could be done and let me know it was a 3 step process. An appointment was then made to have the work done. Zach and Tyler showed up promptly, handled their business and told me to call when I was ready for the second visit. The remodel was complete and it was time to call the plumbers in to install the toilet and sink. I called and my appointment was set up for the next day. Zach and Tyler showed up promptly handled their business and told me there was no need for a third visit. I was in agreement. Upon installing my toilet Zach noticed there was a clog in my system. He then called the company to see if a technician could be sent out to address the clog issue. They were able to come out later that day. Meanwhile it was lunch time and I recommend a restaurant and told them what I usually ordered from the menu. After lunch they returned and finished up. During the lunch hour I went to the grocery store and returned just as they were packing to leave. I was putting my groceries away in the refrigerator and saw a to go plate with writing on it. Zack left me the lunch I had mentioned to him with a thank you. Such a sweet gesture. Joe M was the technician who came to ease my (p)drain. He worked diligently in the cold until he cleared my (p)drain. This was a long post to say my experience with Benjamin Franklin was a good one. From the initial assessment, to the plumbers and the technician... all were respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I will recommend them to anyone who approaches me with plumbing issues. He removed the faucet assembly, identified the crack caused by February’s freeze, and explained why the frost‑proof model failed despite having a winter bib. He was patient, knowledgeable, and provided clear options. He assured me the interior walls were unaffected. Excellent service and a technician I trust. I’ll definitely use them again

I've had Drazan come out multiple times to our house to fix our plumbing. One time he came first thing in the morning to fix a leak in our basement. He then discovered that we had a pipe that was broken that was going from the house to the outside. His team came out and worked all day and fixed it. They were very clean, they cleaned after themselves and even wore shoe covers indoors to make sure not to leave any unnecessary dirt. They also installed a whole house water filter in our basement and a 5 stage in the dining room. Again, they did a fantastic job, and we have great tasting water with no mineral residue. There was a small issue with the five stage water filter and he sent his tech out immediately and it was fixed within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier with their services. They have great prices, the service staff is vert friendly, and they stand behind their work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

Tyler was awesome! We had a backflow of water ftom the washer drain pipe. Tyler came in, checked it all out and came up with a solution. Tyler and his crew basically replumbed our entire home and in just 1 day. They worked so well together, were so friendly and all of them were so knowledgable. Real Deal Plumbing did a phenomenal job on our home. Cody was highly recommended to me by a friend to help with remodeling two of our bathrooms, and the kitchenette in our basement. Cody was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and his estimates for the work we needed done were reasonable. All of the work performed at our home was done by Tyler. Tyler was amazing, and a true professional. In the basement, Tyler moved the plumbing for the bathroom sink, installed fixtures in the shower, installed a toilet, and installed a faucet in the kitchenette. While nothing in the basement was extremely complicated, it gave me a chance to see the quality of Real Deal’s work on a smaller job. After being thoroughly impressed with Tyler’s work, I hired Real Deal’s Plumbing to do all of the plumbing work in our master bathroom remodel. In completing both jobs, Tyler’s’ primary concern was to make sure that the job was done right, and that my wife and I were satisfied. The work in our master bathroom was a major job. We extended the shower, moved wall plumbing in the shower, moved the floor drain for the shower, moved the location of the vanities, put in a free-standing tub with a tub filler, moved the location of the floor vents and put in a new toilet. In additional to totally opening up the walls, we removed all of the subflooring in the bathroom. The job that Tyler did was absolutely incredible. He spent most of the first day in the master bathroom mentally planning where everything was going to go. He also carefully studied the specs for the tub, tub filler and vanities. Watching him at work was like watching a master craftsman. He asked my wife and I questions that we had not even begun to consider. For example, he helped us come up with a wonderful layout for the shower plumbing that I could not fully envision until the job was complete. As an unexpected bonus, he reconfigured the drainage pipes to increase water flow, and he increased the size of the water pipes. As evidenced by the pictures, the finished job was a major transformation. Tyler absolutely nailed it with having the water from the tub filler land on the side of the interior portion of the tub. We could not be happier with the finished product. Real Deal Plumbing is truly the real deal!

Real Deal Solutions provides excellent service. We have been working with Cody and his crew for years and we are always pleased! Today we had a new water heater installed to replace our 20 year old water heater. They came out next day after I called and had the new water heater installed within 2 hours. We are always very pleased and highly recommend Real Deal Solutions.

Jim came in the service window but late in the day. Job took several hours and finished in the dark. Everything seems to work fine and from what I can tell the job is well done. Jim was very pleasant and the response to the job was within 24 hours. Well done.

Justin was very thorough and explained everything. He was out to our house within 2 hours of our call on a Saturday morning. He went the extra mile to find the part necessary for repairing the furnace even going to get it. We really appreciated the service

Our heat went out and they were able to get someone out to us the same day. Our technicians name was Chad he was very quick and knowledgeable, he tried a fix that didn’t work and didn’t charge us for it excellent customer service and very honest, will definitely be using in the future.

My parents sink had been draining slowly for months. Rapid Response came out for dean cleaning in Colombia TN, they rectified it immediately. Their technician was polite, efficient and explained how to prevent future issues. It is worth it and fair pricing.

I needed my toilet repaired based in Colombia TN. I called Rapid response and their technician showed up on time making it easier. He fixed a tricky issue making sure everything worked before leaving. That was a great experience for me unlike other companies I have tried before.

Mike did an excellent job providing information on the water filter water heaters and Moen flow system. He provided a fair price and delivery installation time frame.. Drake came and did the complete installation. He did an outstanding job getting all installed. He explained all the valves and helped label them all. He explained the operation and did a thorough job installing the apps needed. He cleaned up everything when done and we are very happy with the work.

10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service. Jeremy was an absolute savior! Hot water heater went kaput 2 weeks into a new home. Had a guy from my community come out and take a look. Fixed one part just to realize I needed another part that wouldn’t be in for a few days. The local guy didn’t have connections to assist in changing this scenario and told us we, unfortunately, would have to wait it out. Mind you, it’s dead of winter and the night time temp is in the teens. Cold plunge showers are not feeling great this time a year. I couldn’t wait days, so I googled and found Upgrade and gave it a shot. I called Jeremy in a near panic over having to wait out days more for hot water. He was incredibly kind, understanding of our plight, and dedicated to getting us water that day. He listened and gave us options. We ended up opting for a whole new water heater instead of fixing another problem just to potentially find a new one. He and another worker came out that evening and installed a new system after hours! After two days of no hot water, it was beyond amazing to get it back. Jeremy was incredibly professional, Knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. You don’t come across service like that often. As I said 10/10 would highly recommend!

After finding a gushing leak in the water line directly to the house - he came up with a solution and worked in terrible weather with pouring rain until way past a normal business day and in the dark! Another satisfied service with AirStream! It's always so easy to schedule with them. They communicate before, when they are on their way with a visible tracker so I know exactly when to expect them! I was happy to see Ryan S. this time as he previously managed my airduct cleaning. He made light work of my service request for re-sealing my AC unit shroud. All of AirStream's team is so personable, clean, professional and knowledgeable.

My technician, Chandler, paid close attention to important details throughout the installation, including using the proper size cover plates and ensuring the vanity was aligned correctly so the drawers would open freely and everything sat flush and level. He consulted with me throughout the process, and we were able to work together on a few structural adjustments to ensure a smooth, clean, and aesthetically pleasing installation of both the toilet and vanity.
