Kip was out here and had my sink and garbage disposal unclogged and draining like new within an hour. (And it was Thanksgiving night) He is so friendly and polite. Gilkey Repairs is definitely the best around, in my opinion!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Lester’s service! I called him yesterday needing a toilet replaced, another toilet fixed, a diamond earring retrieved from my drain, and two sink drains replaced. Clarksville plumbing pros was able to come out the same day that I called and complete a large repair (replacing an entire sewer line due to a partial collapse on the existing line) only a few days later all at my convenience. Drew was very kind and personable, explaining everything in full detail. The pricing was less than half of what I expected, and the job was completed quickly. They went above and beyond in their repair by assuring that additional items that contributed to the issue were also addressed. I cannot recommend them enough! Scott and his crew came out to reduce the size of our septic riser as it was an eyesore and above ground in our backyard. They were able to recess the riser, rewire the electric to our pump, remove all debris and the even fixed a running toilet while they were here! They were on time, professional, kind and the price was VERY good for the work we needed done. We have found our new go to guys for plumbing! I reported a sewage problem and although it wasn’t an emergency, the men came out promptly and worked all day to find the problem. It ended up being a city problem and they only charged me for the call. Very friendly and professional people at Mr. Rooter. I will always call them in the future!

We would absolutely recommend Hiller to our friends and family. Their team came out promptly to assess the situation and replaced our galvanized pipe within just a couple of days. The work itself was completed in only a few hours, and they took great care to restore our yard afterward. Everything was put back where it belonged, the dirt was properly packed, and the area was reseeded to look as good as possible—especially impressive considering the large trench that had to be dug. Amazing from the moment I called for an estimate, turnaround time, install, and returning for a repair. Super professional, Courteous, and mindful as I have pets in the home and they insured that they did not get out and made sure all my pets were in the home before they left. Called and was kept informed anytime there was an update. They explained any repair work that was done and stood by their warranty. I used them for log/propane installation when I was turned away from a couple of known Propane companies. Never one time did they make me feel silly for asking questions or not knowing what equipment I needed. Assisted in helping me purchase the right logs and they took care of everything else. It’s rare you find a company that doesn’t get annoyed when you ask questions to understand or make you feel stupid for asking. I have recommended them to several neighbors and will continue to be a lifelong customer!

Used them for my propane fireplace set up and they were outstanding! I had a lot of trouble with my equipment due to it being unused for a while and it took us four separate trips to finally get it resolved...but they covered the costs of every return trip and I definitely appreciate that! We had a noise problem that sounded very ominous coming from the hot water tank last night. The plumber came and determined that it was water gushing some where in the house or basement. It turned to be a toilet that was continuously flushing that was the source of the problem. He fixed the problem right away much to my relief. The noise in the pipes stopped immediately. He was quick to identify the problem, was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Had a new toilet installed today. Josiah did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and clear about the work and cost up front. He made sure everything was working right before leaving. Sounds funny to say, but I’m pretty happy about a new toilet. This kind of service is why I keep calling Lee for plumbing work.

Just before Christmas, with out-of-town family members arriving, our 26 year old tank style hot water heater went out. We called Scott Emerson Plumbing and Scott immediately made arrangements to schedule an installation that upcoming Saturday of our replacement Rinnai (RXP199iN), condensing tank-less hot water heater. He arrived at 7:00am on the installation day and had the new water heater installed and working by 2:00pm. We are completely satisfied with the results (see pictures), and feel Scott's fee was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others in need for any plumbing issues. In fact, when our HUGO battery backup arrives next week (an essential item for any tank-less hot water heater), we will be calling Scott back to install the "flow Sensor" option that comes with it.
