Brian and Wes were excellent and professional. They communicated and listened well and worked to find the source of a recurring clog in a drain line. They had to cut into a wall and were careful and cleaned up well after they repaired the drain line. They also repaired several minor plumbing issues while they were here. Pricing was reasonable for the work completed. This is my second time having a good experience with Golden Plumbing, and I would definitely request Brian and Wes the next time I use Golden Plumbing. I also liked that I could book online and have a confirmed appointment for the next morning. Thanks!!

I gotta say...I am crazy impressed with these guys. Holy smokes! I only put in a request last night (8/20) online, and they called me at 9 am this morning and had someone here by 10:45 am. These two young guys show up with smiles on their faces, good morning greetings, and ready to go to work. I was already happy, but the way they showed up like that made me even happier. They were and are so knowledgeable. I now have a brand new water filtration system, and may I add a waaaay more neatly run system than I had before, with better quality fittings and insulation. (The install on the last system was not done very well.) The fellas today had to run a new drain line outside and even made it look nice and neat on the house. I am super pleased with these guys and this company. The communication was on point with dispatch. I am pleased with everything, even the cost. I would recommend Golden Plumbing for sure!!!

Sewer drain backup emergency…Golden Plumbing was the only company that answered my call. The guys came out when they said, diagnosed the underground issue quickly and got to work. Within hours, had the drain excavated and cleared. Next morning, the bad line was replaced, backfilled dirt, and toilets reset & tested. Price was fair and reasonable. Communication was great. I cannot say enough good things about Mark at X-Stream Drain & Excavating. He completely rebuilt the pipes in my kitchen and replaced a large section of the main drainage system in the crawl space beneath the kitchen. He did all of this at night, in 30-degree weather, and never complained once. His attitude was outstanding from start to finish, professional, positive, and focused. Mark worked extremely efficiently and clearly knows his craft. On top of the repairs, he redesigned the main pipework under my house in a way that dramatically improved the drainage. My house was built in 1969 and the system now flows 100% more efficiently than it did before. Out of the gate, Mark was extremely reliable and prompt responding to our emergency. He gave fair pricing and helped us throughout the entire process with everything we had questions about or concerns with. We also had other concerns regarding plumbing within the house. They had nothing to do with the septic system he installed, and he helped without hesitation. I would recommend Mark 10 out of 10 anytime you need any kind of plumbing/Septic repairs or inquiries. I had to call on a Sunday and they were able to come out the next day. They were even able to show up earlier than originally scheduled. Once here, both gentleman were professional, friendly, and honest with everything they quoted. After evaluating our service needs, they came back with lower price than their original quote. Most companies would have kept their original quote and taken advantage of people, but they did not do that. It is so very appreciated that companies treat people like that. We had a water leak and I spent 2 days trying to find it. Our water bill was $300 so it had to be found! Called One Source and Jamison was out within a couple of hours. He found the leak within 10 minutes. His estimate to replace 3 toilet mechanisms was so reasonable we had him change out all of our faucets! He was extremely polite and actually cared about the services he was providing. We are having him come back for some small construction projects we need done. I highly recommend this young man’s local, family business!

Jamison was amazing to work with! We had an issue with our disposal and he came out, updated some of our plumbing and swapped out the disposal on the same day! He was super honest and transparent on what he was doing, he updated us every step of the way and taught us how we could better maintain our old home. A great trustworthy professional! Jamison was great to work with! He is very respectful and knowledgeable in his profession. He came to fix a leak in my shower and went above and beyond to let me know my water heater was leaking in which I was not aware of along with letting me know I was missing a shut off at the water heater in which in my personal opinion I need. We had an issue with our water heater and bathroom plumbing after the freezes that occurred this winter. He was very nice on the phone, but when we set an appointment he rescheduled several times. When he finally arrived to assist, he did fix the water heater. When working on the shower, he told us we needed to order a part off Amazon to complete the repair. Once the part arrived, he never came out to finish the job. He was paid in full at this point. We reached out several times to confirm a time which he never came through on. It has been months. Finally, he stopped answering completely.

Todd was very quick to get us scheduled and was here the next day. Our hot water heater was installed quickly with a lot of attention paid to our wood floors, general neatness, etc. We hired him for a second job of disconnecting a water softener system which required under the house crawling around. While under the house he discovered a potential disaster where a wire holding up a copper pipe was wearing through the pipe, about to open the pipe. He corrected it while under the house. So he was very aware of all the plumbing system not just what he was called in for. Great guy, Great service. Thanks Todd.

Todd did amazing same day service at my house. He was very kind, and helped me very quickly. I had a leak in an outside faucet & the pipes under my house were shaking. He fixed the leak and secured the pipes for an excellent price. He is my permanent plumber.

It took me a long time to find a plummber that could actually do the job. I went through 4 plummers before I found this company and I am blessed for it. When I thought all hope was lost, and I was never going to get my sewage cleared. This company answered my prayers. This man is born to do this. I am a repeat customer. TN plumbing solutions will always be my first choice. Mr Tyler wood is extremely gifted at what he does. He's very attentive and he bites the bullet. So we as homeowners, Don 't have to. It's damn near impossible to find cheap and reliable. With Mr. Tyler woods, you get both. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. So if you want fast responsive quality work. Then, you give this company a call and Mr. Tyler woods will sure take care of you.

First - an actual person answered the phone and then quickly got me scheduled for my emergency issue Second - Robert arrived promptly, and quickly assessed the situation. He was knowledgeable and an absolute professional all-around! Third - Robert gave me great advice on caring for the old unit, and insight the inevitable future repairs. I found my new plumbing company and cam easily recommend them to anyone I know.

I called TN Plumbing Solutions at about 7:30AM and Robert and Connor arrived about 1PM and were very professional, efficient and courteous. After assessing the need to replace our water heater at 1:30PM they returned at 5PM (an hour earlier than promised!) and had hot water for us by 7:15PM. We are very happy with the new tankless unit and highly recommend TN Plumbing Solutions.

UPDATE: Approximately 30 minutes after Shawn and Darian left, we were without hot water, yet again. I called them back out the next day, and I was informed it was a cartridge in the single-handle shower upstairs causing our entire house to be without hot water. I informed the technician I would not accept that answer, and we called another company out two days later. Upon telling the new company what was happening, he immediately diagnosed it as the recirculating pump, which we had mentioned both times 1 Tom had been out. After running diagnostic testing, it was confirmed to be the recirculating pump. Fast forward to the next day, and we had discovered a significant gas leak at our water heater. There were missing and loose screws, allowing gas to flow freely into our garage instead of properly venting out into the exhaust. I’d like to think that 1 Tom would have noticed this since they “watched the flame rod for 30 minutes,” but nothing was ever mentioned about it (the second company did not have to “open” our water heater for the recirculation pump diagnostic). Our family’s health was severely jeopardized by this oversight. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Shawn and Darian were quick and efficient with their service! Having no hot water isn’t any fun, but they fixed the problem quickly, and they made sure to thoroughly explain the problem they found. 10/10 recommend these guys!!
