Shane and his crew were very professional in replacing the water heater and entire sewer line for our 1920s house. They communicated very well, explained each step (with options), and were very courteous and accommodating as we moved in simultaneous with the work. We received a scope video after the work was completed showing the entire run of replaced and relined sewer from the street to the house. They restored the yard after digging and did not leave a mess at the job site. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

If I could leave more stars, I would! Starting your weekend with backed up toilets and water leaking through the ceiling of your garage is never a good thing. I called multiple locations with two answering right away. I initially went with the company that said they could get their quickest, however, when they showed up, the young guy seemed very unsure of himself and what he was doing. He also gave me an estimate of over $1500 to drain the standing water, remove the toilet, and to run a camera down to see where the clog and leak was. This was not including any repairs. He also could not explain to me why he had to remove the toilet to use the camera, as this is not our first rodeo and that had never been done before. My husband and I looked at each other and then kindly told him no thank you. We paid the $89 for him to essentially walk in our home and then back out and then called The Rooter Dude. I spoke to Shane, who immediately put me at ease. He was very personable and knowledgeable and told me the same services I was quoted from the other company would be about a third of the price for him. Griffin came out first thing in the morning and was able to unclog the drain without dismantling anything. They then went to work fixing the leak in the garage. They had to cut out a chunk of the ceiling and replace quite a bit of the pipe underneath the bathtub. He even removed my dirty insulation and replaced it with new. The Work took hours, but after everything was said and done, I still paid significantly less than what the other company was going to charge me for diagnosing the problem. I’m so glad I found this company! Shane and his team are fantastic, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. They are local to Mount Juliet and operate like an old school family business. I had a major main sewer line blockage and these guys were at my house within two hours to clear the problem and identify the cause so it wont happen again. I Highly recommend these guys, I was quoted cheaper but they were for 3 days out, then they called back and said they could do the next day. By the time the other company called back, Prodigy was packing up their equipment! I’ve been in the construction industry myself and hate when people say they have an issue and want great work cheap! Just remember, you get what you pay for! I value quality and speed of service and will happily pay a fair price! And full disclosure, I found Prodigy from doing an internet search along with three other companies. Left message for all 4 to call me and only two responded within the hour. Again, highly recommend these guys!

Mark at Prodigy Sewer & Drain was a joy to work with. Not only was he helpful in diagnosing my problem, he had technology readily available to provide multiple options in how to attack the issue. If someone had a need for diagnosis, descaling, hydro-jetting, or pipe lining, I doubt there's anyone better to work with in Middle TN and I'm not sure other companies have the modern equipment he has to tackle tough problems or hard-to-get-to pipes without major demo. When I left a message, he responded quickly and was super helpful, considerate, and very professional, even down to shoe coverings when entering my home. We had a great experience with 615 plumbing. We had a leak and were able to get someone to come out the same day, which was amazing! Max was extremely helpful and kind. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. We would definitely recommend this company, and will use them again.

Rick was very helpful. Had issues getting a tech out due to property management but they made us a priority, answering our call late at night and coming out first time in the morning to help with a clog that rendered all of our showers, upstairs bathrooms and washer unusable, sending water into the floor and walls. They came out promptly and identified and removed the clog before testing everything. They did an excellent job and the repairs were very professional.

Eddie was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. He fixed our clogged sink in record time the day before Christmas Eve.

I've had Drazan come out multiple times to our house to fix our plumbing. One time he came first thing in the morning to fix a leak in our basement. He then discovered that we had a pipe that was broken that was going from the house to the outside. His team came out and worked all day and fixed it. They were very clean, they cleaned after themselves and even wore shoe covers indoors to make sure not to leave any unnecessary dirt. They also installed a whole house water filter in our basement and a 5 stage in the dining room. Again, they did a fantastic job, and we have great tasting water with no mineral residue. There was a small issue with the five stage water filter and he sent his tech out immediately and it was fixed within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier with their services. They have great prices, the service staff is vert friendly, and they stand behind their work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

Out of the gate, Mark was extremely reliable and prompt responding to our emergency. The shower floor began holding water in one corner instead of draining completely. The plumber removed the drain cover, cleared debris stuck under the trap and used a small level to check the floor slope. After adjusting the drain alignment and cleaning everything, the water drained evenly again. Fantastic craftsmanship.

The shower valve became difficult to turn and caused minor dripping. Internal parts were serviced and aligned properly. Operation feels smooth again. The repair resolved the issue fully.

What a lifesaver!! I contacted 100 Percent Plumbing after not getting responses from other companies. They not only responded (I am one of the unlucky ones still without power) after the ice storm to help me turn off water that I couldn’t reach, they came early!! SO NICE too. Price was reasonable—no gouging during the storm emergency. When I asked if it would be easy for me to get the water back on once power was restored he said, you have my number, just give me a call. For the first time in days, looking for hotel rooms, flashlights, sand for the ice, etc. to have such a positive experience was wonderful.
