He came out the very same morning I called, clearly explained everything that was going on, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable—even patient with the animals wandering around; the dogs approved too! Jake replaced our worn-out gate valves with durable quarter-turn valves, installed our new sink flawlessly, moved the drain, reinstalled the garbage disposal, and fixed a minor dishwasher leak he noticed while he was here. He also checked our water pressure, discovered it was extremely high, and replaced the pressure regulator to help protect our plumbing and prevent future issues. Plumbing Authority is my new, "go-to plumber." Josh (and Josh II) replaced our septic sewer line. Josh came back out to replace our old, rusty gas line too. Josh is a licensed plumber (showed me his license:-)). He made an extra effort to make sure our cable TV lines were protected and buried afterwards. From the office to the work, this company is top tier. Nancy and Audra are kind and accommodating. After explaining my situation, Chase recommended a “comfort height” toilet for my husband who is over 6 feet tall with severe at times, back pain. I was a little hesitant at first as it is elongated and I have a smaller bathroom space. I am pleasantly surprised as it doesn’t noticeably take up any more space than our last commode. His recommendation was on point and my husband is thrilled with his throne. Chase was professional, he cleaned up his work area, and made sure I was satisfied with the work upon finishing. I can’t say enough positive things about 1-Tom-Plumber!! 🙌🏼 Usually, it’s not the best day when you have a plumbing issue. I have always dreaded it. But NOT with these guys! They are awesome! They’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, very polite, clean, and they have the latest technology when it comes to detecting the problem. Nick, Griffin and TJ worked with us to do several things at our home and everything about it was really pleasant. We have an older home with dated pipes that were clogged and causing issues. They were able to clean them quickly and give me peace of mind that there would not be any backups because of it. They also ran new water lines because we moved our laundry room to another room in our house which was a huge help for me. They did a number of other things, as well. At first I was dreading the expense of calling a plumber, but it was not bad at all and I am so glad I called 1-Tom. These are the ONLY guys you need to call for ANYTHING related to plumbing. We were in a pickle with our toilet over flowing 3 times, called Pipe Wrench at 4:00 pm thinking they would come the next day and if not we would have had to relocate. The customer service was amazing and we got the call back from Daniel Rakowski he would come today after he finished the job he was currently on. So around 5 pm or so he showed up and worked continuously for hours @ around 7:45 pm he had the drain cleaned out and we now were back in service!! Thanks so much to Daniel for his service and professionalism. I hate he’s getting a late dinner but couldn’t be more thankful for the fast service and dedication to resolve our issue.

Coby Harris, Pipe Wrench, came out this morning to clear a clog in my main drain. He managed to do this as quickly as possible giving me an estimate before the work. Friendly and personable, he did a great job. Pipe Wrench was the only plumber to answer the phone this weekend based on my experience. Recommend!

We called Pipe Wrench fairly early this morning (a Saturday morning, no less). Cody showed up just after noon and promptly fixed our toilet and our sink drain. He was for sure prompt and also very efficient. And also quite cheerful. We can attest to the fact that same day service does, indeed, happen!

Danny was very amicable and patient in explaining the work he was completing. I have a tankless water heater that needed cleaned and was leaking from the drain line. My regular wonderful plumber was booked solid so they recommended I call Fred Weston for my emergency and they got me on the schedule quickly and solved my issue with speed and Precision the problem explained how to purchase the product that we needed, which was just a knob and send an email so that we can get the correct one when we go shopping with directions and how to put it on. Landon did a great job changing my propane hot water heater to an electric one. He communicated well and was on time, arranged for the electrical work to be done at the same time with an electrician. He did his work fast and neat. Answered all my questions and was friendly.

My wife noticed our downstairs toilet was flushing slowly. I replaced the internal parts, but it didn’t help, so we called Sunrise Plumbing based on their consistently great reviews. Raven arrived on time, asked a few questions, and checked under the house. We have a septic system with a grinder pump, and he quickly found the problem—a broken connection and failed float valve. He gave me a written estimate, and after doing some research, I found the price to be fair. Most importantly, I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of the situation. He also suggested adding an alarm that would alert us if the float valve failed again, which showed he was thinking about preventing future problems—not just fixing the current one. Raven is a veteran, and we had a great conversation. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Raven and Sunrise Plumbing.

Matt at Sunrise Plumbing was a lifesaver for us! We had a mysterious leak that appeared on New Year’s Day and we were having difficulty finding someone that could come out and look at it asap. Matt came within 30 minutes of calling and quickly diagnosed the issue as a pinhole leak in copper pipe. He was able to replace that section of pipe and resolve the issue within 2 hours. Extremely professional, affordable, didn’t charge extra for an emergency visit, and he cleaned up after the repair was made. I have had some not so great experiences with plumbers in the past, and I am SO relieved and grateful to have found a company that I can depend on.

We've been in our house over 10 years now. We've had small problems and I used local plumbers. Now, everything was backed up and I tried all solutions to no avail. I called Best Plumbers and and set up an appointment. He gave me 3 options. We decided on the middle option. It was more expensive than I expected. I've had some bad luck with tree guys, not necessarily about the price, but about the quality of the work. I was nervous. I'm old and retired. Money is limited. We took the shot. The quality of the work was excellent. They did everything with a high level of expertise. They didn't look for shortcuts.

Best Plumber is the BEST! My husband and I purchased the Navien Tankless system after our State Select Water heater crashed for a second time in 5 years. We are oh so happy that we made this investment. Randy our plumber did an outstanding job from start to finish in his installation. His workmanship is excellent and our tankless system is working seamlessly. I would highly recommend Best Plumber. And just a shout out too for Emily who was our first contact and a great representative for this company. She took our info and went the extra mile to give us great customer service from the office to the plumber. Knoxville Pluming sounded very professional on the the phone. Upon arrival, very scripted and very sales driven. I was sold on the flashy videos and brochures. I didn't take the time I should have to read all the reviews, big mistake! They replaced the sewer pipe from the house to the road and in the process damaged our Japanese Maple, valued at $3,000+. I understand they have to dig near the tree but no one called or mentioned that their the heavy equipment they where using may come into contact with the tree or worse, possibility damage it. I called the service manager Brett to discuss the matter. We had been out of town during the repair. After I reported the damage, Brett made the accusation that I was trying to avoid paying the remaining balance on my account. After arguing with him for several minutes. I agreed to pay the balance. He said he would send a tree specialist out to have a look. After the tree specialist met with me he was of the opinion. that the root system was 30% damaged and the branches were needlessly damaged as well. He recommended having the tree treated to prevent fungus and further damages. Brett diffused responsibility, severely lacked customer vision and refused to treat the tree as recommended by the tree company or offer any solutions to remediate the damages. I would strongly suggest finding another plumbing company to do your work.

I recently had plumbing work done. Water heater replacement and shower fixtures replace. Daniel was very professional and answered all questions I had. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and all work areas were clean when he finished. The finished product is awesome. He had a young man with him, Dekota. He was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I called Tennessee standard after first getting estimates from two Other plumbing companies for a house that we had recently purchased as an investment property. I wasn’t feeling confident in what they were saying about the scope of work I had called them out to get me an estimate on so I decided to call Tennessee Standard Plumbing to get a third opinion. Adam was the initial person that went out to do the inspection for the scope of work I needed an estimate on. We live out of state and we’re not at the property during the inspection. After hearing water continuously run, Adam decided to do a full inspection to figure out what the additional issue was. He also did a full property inspection to see if there was anything else we needed to be made aware of. We were so thankful he did because there were a couple of small leaks and our toilet was continuously running and we were not aware. He sent me pictures and did a great job explaining what the issues were and what was causing it.. Adam instantly made me feel comfortable and we developed a plan of action. He was very patient while we went through various estimates and gave me different options for repairs and cost. When the work actually started, Peter was who we dealt with on the project from that point on. He was great with communication and explained everything they were doing and always sent me pictures. This was very helpful being that I could not be there. Both Adam and Peter were great during the entire process and I am very grateful for Tennessee Plumbing.
