I can’t say enough positive things about 1-Tom-Plumber!! 🙌🏼 Usually, it’s not the best day when you have a plumbing issue. I have always dreaded it. But NOT with these guys! They are awesome! They’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, very polite, clean, and they have the latest technology when it comes to detecting the problem. Nick, Griffin and TJ worked with us to do several things at our home and everything about it was really pleasant. We have an older home with dated pipes that were clogged and causing issues. They were able to clean them quickly and give me peace of mind that there would not be any backups because of it. They also ran new water lines because we moved our laundry room to another room in our house which was a huge help for me. They did a number of other things, as well. At first I was dreading the expense of calling a plumber, but it was not bad at all and I am so glad I called 1-Tom. These are the ONLY guys you need to call for ANYTHING related to plumbing. Seriously! You won’t regret it. They are the best! Also, I love that their name is their phone number. Easy peasy! 🩷🪠💩

Ben and Cannon are awesome! They came out early in the AM, diagnosed the problem (main line clog), and quickly resolved the issue. They were professional, courteous, and extremely skilled. To add icing to the (clog) cake, they even provided education for how to properly maintain the pipes and prevent future clogs from occurring. Wilson Plumbing did a great job! They came out the same day we called to give an estimate of services (which was spot-on) and we were added to their schedule just two days later. Ben and Kay were the technicians. They arrived on time, were friendly and explained everything they were doing.

Anthony and Jonny saved the day, at a time in my VA loan and inspection/appraisal cycle during which decisions and deadlines had to be made and met, respectively; all reports/estimates having to be accurate and fair, and communication prompt and efficient between me, WHiZPRO, both my buyer-agent and the seller-agent realtor, and my mortgage lender. It has felt like a race against time! Yet, Cole, expertly manning the WHiZPRO phones made this easy for me: with his help, the plumbers came: on time, dressed in stylish, clean new uniform shirts, and arrived onsite as promised- doing what they do best- ensuring and/or restoring a family's reliable access to well/city water and connections to septic/city sewer. Dylan did a great job fixing and replacing my shower head. He showed up on time, was very professional, and made sure the job was done right without making a mess. We were in a pickle with our toilet over flowing 3 times, called Pipe Wrench at 4:00 pm thinking they would come the next day and if not we would have had to relocate. The customer service was amazing and we got the call back from Daniel Rakowski he would come today after he finished the job he was currently on. So around 5 pm or so he showed up and worked continuously for hours @ around 7:45 pm he had the drain cleaned out and we now were back in service!! Thanks so much to Daniel for his service and professionalism. I hate he’s getting a late dinner but couldn’t be more thankful for the fast service and dedication to resolve our issue.

Sad.. they seemed so great. This is there finished work. Behind my washer, wood is still rotten,I paid them to replace it all. They left it exposed to my sub basement. Mice and bugs. (Replace all plumbing) Behind my fridge, they left it wide and open. Being hidden, I guess they didn’t want to finish it, they didn’t remove the old floor, put new boards over it, makes me question what they fixed. Because of that it doesn’t blend with old floor. They left it that way. They didn’t want to cut small boards to give it a finished look. In there defense, I wasn’t there. (Out of town) so I couldn’t watch them. But that’s how trust works. Now they won’t call me back. It’s been over a week. Utterly disappointing.

We had an excellent experience with The Plumbing Authority! Ray and Hector did a great job with a complete mainline replacement. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough! We also had a drain re-pipe done and Jake and John were fantastic! Audra was our contact in the office and she was very friendly and accommodating! I really, really appreciated the work ethic, thoughtfulness, and professionalism of Kobie and Casey during the plumbing work they completed at my home in Knoxville. We've been in our house over 10 years now. We've had small problems and I used local plumbers. Now, everything was backed up and I tried all solutions to no avail. I called Best Plumbers and and set up an appointment. He gave me 3 options. We decided on the middle option. It was more expensive than I expected. I've had some bad luck with tree guys, not necessarily about the price, but about the quality of the work. I was nervous. I'm old and retired. Money is limited. We took the shot. The quality of the work was excellent. They did everything with a high level of expertise. They didn't look for shortcuts.

I was surprised to receive same day service for repair of a leaking tub drain. I live in an older home and repairs are always a challenge. I wrote review regarding this company and a specific employee, one of their multiple talented individuals, around a year ago. This is an update that I want to share. We purchased a mountain home in the autumn of 2023. We knew there were some cosmetic repairs that needed addressing. That turned out to be understated. We soon realized that there were numerous replacements and repairs that had to be accomplished before it would go from our supposed dream house to a forever home. From floors to plumbing, doors needing secure locks, flood lights, garage repairs, bathroom fixtures and total remodeling of same! A daunting task. We were having difficulty securing even one company much less the multitude of professional individuals we needed. Then came Bizzy Bee and Justine. He is a cross between Crocodile Dundee and MacGyver. Oh may I include a fantastic advisor on interior design ideas and is a technology whiz. He has become our call for any and every need. An absolute perfectionist with unlimited skills and expertise in so many fields. Bizzy Bee is a 5-star organization. We feel so blessed to have found them. They were recommended to us by another great company. One visit sealed the deal. Customers service is as top of the line as the company Sorry for a long read. I have run out of adjectives. My parents had an emergency water leak at their home and I called Bizzy B Plumbing for help. They responded immediately and arrived quickly. The technician, Justin, was professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to fix the issue promptly. I highly recommend Bizzy B Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing services.

Knoxville Pluming sounded very professional on the the phone. Upon arrival, very scripted and very sales driven. I was sold on the flashy videos and brochures. I didn't take the time I should have to read all the reviews, big mistake! They replaced the sewer pipe from the house to the road and in the process damaged our Japanese Maple, valued at $3,000+. I understand they have to dig near the tree but no one called or mentioned that their the heavy equipment they where using may come into contact with the tree or worse, possibility damage it. I called the service manager Brett to discuss the matter. We had been out of town during the repair. After I reported the damage, Brett made the accusation that I was trying to avoid paying the remaining balance on my account. After arguing with him for several minutes. I agreed to pay the balance. He said he would send a tree specialist out to have a look. After the tree specialist met with me he was of the opinion. that the root system was 30% damaged and the branches were needlessly damaged as well. He recommended having the tree treated to prevent fungus and further damages. Brett diffused responsibility, severely lacked customer vision and refused to treat the tree as recommended by the tree company or offer any solutions to remediate the damages. I would strongly suggest finding another plumbing company to do your work.

I recently had plumbing work done. Water heater replacement and shower fixtures replace. Daniel was very professional and answered all questions I had. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and all work areas were clean when he finished. The finished product is awesome. He had a young man with him, Dekota. He was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We appreciate Kenny & Landon’s quick and efficient repair to our rather complex plumbing leak. They work well as a team and were very respectful and cleaned up nicely on completion of the job. The office communication is superb.

Paul does excellent work and I highly and I mean highly recommend him. He’s affordable and done a wonderful job on my hot water tank. There was no other plumber that said they would do anything just because it not having pressure regulator on top. I’m not even in Knoxville or city so that should’ve mattered and Paul helped done it for me. I am using him for all my future plumbing need, etc. He very good at what he does. I need the two pipes put on and he came out and it’s fixed nice to.

Paul sent a very knowledgeable plumber and second technician, Jimbo and Matt were professional, efficient and went above and beyond. They fixed the leak under the sink and double checked the dishwasher which wasn’t even on their scope. Highly Recommend!
