I can’t say enough positive things about 1-Tom-Plumber!! 🙌🏼 Usually, it’s not the best day when you have a plumbing issue. I have always dreaded it. But NOT with these guys! They are awesome! They’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, very polite, clean, and they have the latest technology when it comes to detecting the problem. Nick, Griffin and TJ worked with us to do several things at our home and everything about it was really pleasant. We have an older home with dated pipes that were clogged and causing issues. They were able to clean them quickly and give me peace of mind that there would not be any backups because of it. They also ran new water lines because we moved our laundry room to another room in our house which was a huge help for me. They did a number of other things, as well. At first I was dreading the expense of calling a plumber, but it was not bad at all and I am so glad I called 1-Tom. These are the ONLY guys you need to call for ANYTHING related to plumbing. Didn't do me a bit of good.He couldn't fix it so he blamed it on septic tank being full. I had two septic services come both said didn't need no pumping wasn't fill.His young men ran a Auger through that didn't work so they went got a bigger one.Toiket still wouldn't flush.Now he came to my house to pick up money.He is turning me over to collection.He didn't do the job I hired him to do.

Called Fred Weston from a neighbors recommendation. We have called them before for two other issues.. we bought a used house that was neglected so we had a lot of things to repair. This winter We had a faucet that sprung a leak this past deep freeze. They came out quickly and resolved the issue. He offered to check under our crawl space to make sure it was all set. He found where we had a small leak. Showed pictures and video.. He offered his services which I greatly accepted., I thought it meant a new appointment but he said he could do it right now. Perfect! I have nothing but excellent reviews for this company. They are honest and show you exactly what the issue is and how they plan to fix it making you part of the decision process.

I called Monday morning and left a voicemail but never got a response. So I called back Tuesday and got a wonderful response. The woman I talked to did a great job gathering information and gettin a technician to me promptly. Landon, the technician, was efficient and professional in replacing my leaky water heater. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

We were in a pickle with our toilet over flowing 3 times, called Pipe Wrench at 4:00 pm thinking they would come the next day and if not we would have had to relocate. The customer service was amazing and we got the call back from Daniel Rakowski he would come today after he finished the job he was currently on. So around 5 pm or so he showed up and worked continuously for hours @ around 7:45 pm he had the drain cleaned out and we now were back in service!! Thanks so much to Daniel for his service and professionalism. I hate he’s getting a late dinner but couldn’t be more thankful for the fast service and dedication to resolve our issue.

Sad.. they seemed so great. This is there finished work. Behind my washer, wood is still rotten,I paid them to replace it all. They left it exposed to my sub basement. Mice and bugs. (Replace all plumbing) Behind my fridge, they left it wide and open. Being hidden, I guess they didn’t want to finish it, they didn’t remove the old floor, put new boards over it, makes me question what they fixed. Because of that it doesn’t blend with old floor. They left it that way. They didn’t want to cut small boards to give it a finished look. In there defense, I wasn’t there. (Out of town) so I couldn’t watch them. But that’s how trust works. Now they won’t call me back. It’s been over a week. Utterly disappointing.

We've been in our house over 10 years now. We've had small problems and I used local plumbers. Now, everything was backed up and I tried all solutions to no avail. I called Best Plumbers and and set up an appointment. He gave me 3 options. We decided on the middle option. It was more expensive than I expected. I've had some bad luck with tree guys, not necessarily about the price, but about the quality of the work. I was nervous. I'm old and retired. Money is limited. We took the shot. The quality of the work was excellent. They did everything with a high level of expertise. They didn't look for shortcuts.

Jeremy was very personable and very thorough. He cleared a massive clog as well as replaced sink baskets and fixed a tub leak. He also checked my dishwasher to confirm it worked correctly. We had a pipe leak which resulted in extensive hime repairs. Logan and his crew completed a complete home repipe, installed new shower trims with valves, set a new freestanding tub, hooked up new faucets, toilets, installed new tankless water heater and water filtration system. He and his crew performed the job with efficiency and excellence. When there was an issue, Logan was easy to communicate with and very approachable.
