He completely rebuilt the pipes in my kitchen and replaced a large section of the main drainage system in the crawl space beneath the kitchen. He did all of this at night, in 30-degree weather, and never complained once. His attitude was outstanding from start to finish, professional, positive, and focused. Mark worked extremely efficiently and clearly knows his craft. On top of the repairs, he redesigned the main pipework under my house in a way that dramatically improved the drainage. My house was built in 1969 and the system now flows 100% more efficiently than it did before. Out of the gate, Mark was extremely reliable and prompt responding to our emergency. He gave fair pricing and helped us throughout the entire process with everything we had questions about or concerns with. We also had other concerns regarding plumbing within the house. Shane and his crew were very professional in replacing the water heater and entire sewer line for our 1920s house. They communicated very well, explained each step (with options), and were very courteous and accommodating as we moved in simultaneous with the work. We received a scope video after the work was completed showing the entire run of replaced and relined sewer from the street to the house. They restored the yard after digging and did not leave a mess at the job site. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

Caleb came out to service my home and I am beyond grateful for him! He first started with a full diagnosis of the quality of my pipes which was amazing! I love that now I am fully aware of the integrity of my plumbing system. Next, he got down to the root issue of the call: a clog in my main line! Within an hour, Caleb had resolved the issue. 615 Plumbing did a great job for us. They came out quickly, fixed our plumbing issue, and installed a new faucet. The technician was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We really appreciated the quick response and quality work. I would definitely recommend them and will call them again if we need plumbing help.

UPDATE: Approximately 30 minutes after Shawn and Darian left, we were without hot water, yet again. I called them back out the next day, and I was informed it was a cartridge in the single-handle shower upstairs causing our entire house to be without hot water. I informed the technician I would not accept that answer, and we called another company out two days later. Upon telling the new company what was happening, he immediately diagnosed it as the recirculating pump, which we had mentioned both times 1 Tom had been out. After running diagnostic testing, it was confirmed to be the recirculating pump. Fast forward to the next day, and we had discovered a significant gas leak at our water heater. There were missing and loose screws, allowing gas to flow freely into our garage instead of properly venting out into the exhaust. I’d like to think that 1 Tom would have noticed this since they “watched the flame rod for 30 minutes,” but nothing was ever mentioned about it (the second company did not have to “open” our water heater for the recirculation pump diagnostic). Our family’s health was severely jeopardized by this oversight. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Shawn and Darian were quick and efficient with their service! Having no hot water isn’t any fun, but they fixed the problem quickly, and they made sure to thoroughly explain the problem they found. 10/10 recommend these guys!!

There was standing water in the shower after every use. They cleared the drain properly and explained how to avoid it in the future. No more water buildup.

The shower valve became difficult to turn and caused minor dripping. Internal parts were serviced and aligned properly. Operation feels smooth again. The repair resolved the issue fully.

The sink faucet handle was stiff and hard to turn. Their technician replaced worn internal parts and adjusted alignment. Movement is smooth now.

I called TN Plumbing Solutions at about 7:30AM and Robert and Connor arrived about 1PM and were very professional, efficient and courteous.
