Don’t Even Consider This Place ! We had a unit replaced in the middle of November Was lied to from the beginning And then a different crew had to come back and redo some of the work Ended up with a thermostat that is junk has never been what we were told when receiving the estimate and to top it off was told by the local office manager they would get me whatever thermostat I wanted So yes I requested a certain one well that was a month ago we haven’t heard nothing back from him since So I had to purchase one and spend more money on something that I had already purchased Please don’t allow the sunny smiling face and the logo on their vans and etc pull you in because I can say from experience it’s just a misconception to deceive people After this review was posted I was contacted by Hiller. They seemed very interested in making the issue correct. So they did request to send someone out to install the thermostat I agreed so far so good and they also reimbursed me for the thermostat I purchased. I just really wish and was in great hopes that the entire process could have went smoother and been wrapped up a lot sooner As we all know First Impressions sum it all up 😊

Gabe Salazar came first with Chance Norden joining him later. Both of them were very professional and did an outstanding job! They fixed some electrical issues that had been a problem for years and I am truly happy with their results. I will definitely seek Hiller again should I have any other issues!

Juan and James did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be repaired with the pipes under my home. They were clear, thorough, and made sure I understood the situation and the next steps. Because of the severity of the issue, they were able to get a project manager out the same day. They were incredibly considerate of the fact that I have a baby in the home and was in urgent need of running water. Even though the project manager was already busy at other job sites, they made room to squeeze me in due to the urgency of my situation. Within a week, everything was assessed and scheduled, and repairs are set to begin on Thursday. I’m also very grateful that they acknowledged military service, which allowed me to receive a discount. Their customer service, care, and commitment to putting customers first truly stood out. You can tell this is a company that genuinely wants to serve people well and do their best work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, air, and electrical needs. They also offer great benefits if you sign up for their program. Update: TC , Williams and Charles did a great work re-piping the my home. Even installing an ice maker and showing/telling me where the had to move the hose line and added on to other areas. Great and friendly men who were very thorough and kind to my little one as well! Awesome work!

They sent Gauge from the plumbing team late on a Friday afternoon. He was super knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Totally re-plumbed my new kitchen sink and faucet actually better than the original. Have been very satisfied over the years with their HVAC team, first time to use their plumbing team. I called Roto Rooter after discovering a major leak under my sink. They were super responsive and sent Tj out within the hour. He immediately identified the source of the leak, explained exactly what needed to be replaced, and gave a fair upfront quote before starting the work. Repair was done quickly and he even took the time to check my other faucets to ensure there weren't any hidden issues. Everything was left spotless afterward. This was a most pleasant experience. The service man came in very cordial. Ran an estimate told me how much it would be ahead of time and how long it would take. He also gave provision just in case you win a little longer that he would let me know all pleasant to the years. The job was completed on time was very impressed with the service man’s courtesy.

Jeremiah and his team did an amazing job redoing septic lines on my tiny house on wheels. They were punctual and communicated the entire time with what needed to be done. They also switched out my composting toilet for a flush toilet, switched out my water heater and fixed a broken hydrant on the outside of my house. They pointed out several mistakes that my builder had made and the Elite plumbing team fixed it the right way. They also sent over an itemized bill, which was awesome in the fact that I knew exactly where my money was being spent. They are a wealth of information on their skills, they taught me several things about the the job and they explained step by step what they'd be doing. A friendly crew to have around, they go above and beyond for their customers. I would most definitely hire Elite Plumbing Solutions again for major work to my plumbing or septic.

Service was good, but didn't come out and fix what I originally asked for. Instead suggested a way more expensive solution that didn't even solve the problem and wasn't what was originally asked. Then wanted more money to fix what was originally requested to be done when it didn't work.

To do a small job and he still wont give me a refund , told me he was a man of God and didn’t do no Good deed, didn’t do anything but talk about his many children when i would contact him about the job. Someone lead me to the right lawyer.

Y’all… I don’t like feeling like I’m being ugly about anyone but I am so unhappy with everything that this company has done. We called them initially to fix some pipes that had a tree root grow through them. But when my husband was taking to him he said he could add another bathroom for not much more money. The toilets that he put in are already coming lose and leaking. He messed up my flooring in my bathroom. To add to that, we recently found out that there is now a leak under our house that’s been causing a sewage smell in my house. My husband contacted him to come look at it yesterday and they agreed on a time. Well my husband kept waiting on him yesterday and he said he was coming. He never showed up! And now won’t answer any communication from us. So now we will have to find someone else to come fix his mess. I am so completely unhappy with the service we received. We will definitely not be using this company again.

I've used this business for over 2 years now, they're the only ones I'll call. They're professional, honest, and they do quality work. Mike came and installed our hot water heater, Mike and Chuck have both come at various times to repair or unclog pipes, and they recently installed our gas logs. We have always been very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

We have used Mike at Reliable Plumbing twice for unrelated issues: replace all our water cutoff valves and replaced facets and called again to add a safety cutoff valve for our gas fireplace. Both times he was cheaper than all the others I checked and did a wonderful job both times. Very professional, arrived in a timely manner, and a very nice and considerate person! Will definitely use again!

Reliable Plumbing really saved the day for me and my husband. We knew we had a leak because we had a high water bill and had JEA check the meter for us. We called another company in town who came by and told us the leak was under the house. I asked if they were positive, they said absolutely, and ending up giving us an estimate for overhead repiping at almost $8,000, which means holes in your walls behind every toilet, sink, shower, etc. I called Reliable Plumbing to get a second opinion, and these guys had the leak taken care of while we were both at work. It was outside our house and all they had to do was dig up our yard a little. We are so thankful we called them! They are quick and trustworthy. We will definitely use them in the future anytime we have another plumbing problem.

Had to have a new shower floor and drain pan put in did an excellent job very professional. Also replace some tile and door on the shower. Replaced two outdoor hydrants. This company was great very professional and right on time.

Jackson and the surrounding areas are in the middle of a weather freeze! I called at least 10 companies to assist me with my water leak! McMillion Plumbing came within a few hours when other companies were giving me 24 hours to a week before they could respond to my emergency call. Please share my experience with everyone you come in contact with because both of McMillion Plumbing technicians went above and beyond to assist me. Thank your company a thousand times over!!!!

Had an issue with a toilet that kept backing up. They came out and found the cause of the issue…a toy in the toilet line. Got it fixed quickly and for a reasonable price! Toilet flushes like a dream now and no more back ups!!

We had a pipe burst on a Sunday evening and Blake came out at 10pm to check it out for us to see if he could stop it so we could sleep at home. Unfortunately, it was a bit more complex but they made sure to get us taken care of Monday morning! 👏🏼 10/10!!!
