I was very happy with Rotor Rooter services 1 year ago. I had several companies come out and no one could find my septic tank. Roto Rooter had the equipment and was able to track it underground. Very neat to hear the tool working underground. The price was reasonable. The issue I have is a year later I still have a uncovered septic tank. I have animals and children that I have to worry about while playing outside. Roto Rooter was supposed to get me a riser for my system. The issue I have is that they never contacted me to tell me they could not find one. They just left it uncovered. We will have to finish the job. I realize the tank is specialty. But the courteous thing to do was to communicate with me. We will fabricate something. I suspect that Roto Rooter is unable to do any fabricating. I just would have like for that to be communicated. This is the only reason they are getting such a poor review, due to the lack of communication.

Charles answered our call and showed up within an hour. He was very professional and informative on the care and maintenance of our septic system. I will tell everyone I know to use your company if they have septic problems. Good job Charles!!

Bear did a fantastic job getting rid of roots in our drainage pipe and was super helpful with answering questions. He definitely deserves a raise! Final price was exactly as quoted too!

They were able to get to us quickly. We had a backup that overflowed in our basement toilet and shower. They came out and got us unclogged in the lines into the septic tank. Very friendly men. We are so thankful for their help! Definitely would recommend them! And we know who to call if we ever have an issue again! We had another issue 7 months later and called them out again. Our basement toilet and shower backed up. Thomas came out and checked everything out. Used a toilet auger and broke free the clog. We are definitely going to start using 1 ply toilet paper from here on out.

I was very pleased with professionalism and quality or work. They repair a leak I had in the supply line to the house, restoring my water. The galvanized line was close to 50 years old & needing to be replace. I went with them to replace the line from the meter to the inside copper lines. They are good people to work with. I'll use them again, if needed.

Josh Lindsay does an excellent job. When I started building a garage, I called him, and so far he’s cleared brush, excavated and removed soil, and installed the plumbing for a bathroom. He also helped with the final measurements for the toilet, shower, and sink — which was invaluable to me. Josh has a wide range of expertise and always takes the time to go over options. I highly recommend him.

I am not the customer, I'm a tree care contractor and they did work at one of my long time customer's houses. I was called to come and replace a Bloodgood Japanese Maple tree that Tommie's dismantled with the excavator without the customer's knowledge. This tree had been professionally and properly maintained by us for the past 10 years and was in immaculate condition. It had a net worth of $5,000.00+ and was probably planted way back when the house was built. It could have easily been transplanted with the excavator they had on site. If you have nice trees on your property, definitely ask what their plans are for working around the trees. They also cut the front concrete walkway and then placed it back when they were done and now a few months later it has settled 3" down and is a hazard. They also cut out a section of concrete near the house and just filled it in with rock which has also settled or that's how they left it and installed an access point that sticks out of the ground 4" and is about an inch where the new concrete would be poured and forever be a tripping hazard. The customer did say the water does now drain but I believe they took advantage of an older lady and left her with new issues to deal with. Be sure you ask questions before you hire this company and any company for that matter.

Sound very nice on call responding, and follow up quickly and professionally. Now get ready for the flipside of the coin. You say for example have a drain that has a small leak under a sink. This is where it goes south. You will have 3 options which are all well above 1500$ and that dosen't even cover the problem. But they want to replace your entire plumbing including the hot water heater and they give a 2 year warranty that's included in the price. I paid $70 for this experience, I normally don't post, but this was too much to pass up!!!

I had a total repipe done, all water lines replaced, all drain lines replaced, old cast iron sewer drain replaced with new pvc, old galvanized pipe from water meter to house replaced, new outside spickets installed, a new laundry upflush system installed, new water heater, pressure regulator installed, new toilet installed, new shower valve installed new shower head and faucet installed, kitchen faucet installed. Everyone that came out was knowledgeable, professional and organized! I can not give enough accolades to the service I was provided! I have peace of mind knowing everything is replaced and installed correctly with a lifetime guarantee!! No other company offers that. If anyone needs any kind of plumbing work done I will recommend Tommies Plumbing Greeneville location every time!! Dustin and Chelsea came out and installed a new heat pump. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. The new unit looks great outside our home. Highly recommend this company. Do not under any circumstances by any systems, services, or guarantees from this business. They installed the water system at my house with a 25 year warranty, and when I called to get service as it was flooding my crawlspace I was told to bypass the unit and throw it in the trash. He simply said that he doesn't service them anymore and he wouldn't be doing anything. He said because he doesn't sell them anymore he didn't have to do anything. He also said that he didnt care if I left a review and to "get back to my cubicle." Very rude and condescending. Please give your business to someone else who will actually care.

Our warranty hot water tank would not be available until Monday?!! Thank you Cold Ridge Plumbing; we have hot water this afternoon already~basically the same price as our big company warranty repair that now seems somewhat of a scam. We will call Cold Ridge Plumbing in town from now on. Fast, reliable and professional service.
