We talked about how the system worked and a few things to be on the lookout for. They cut the grass out in squares. So when they were done, they just dropped in the sod square and all will be invisible in the spring. THANKS.

Shane and his crew were very professional in replacing the water heater and entire sewer line for our 1920s house. They communicated very well, explained each step (with options), and were very courteous and accommodating as we moved in simultaneous with the work. We received a scope video after the work was completed showing the entire run of replaced and relined sewer from the street to the house. They restored the yard after digging and did not leave a mess at the job site. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

Ruben, was, by far, the best Plummer, I've ever had do work for me here in Tennessee and Arizona. He was here at the time scheduled and called before arriving. He explained all to me showed me the video of the cleaned out drain pipes. He will come out and talk to you too see what's going on then give a pricing. If, he does all possible and it doesn't unclog, he does not charge. Only if the job is a success. No service charge. I called a few other places and the service charge alone was sky high. And this is even a weekend service call that Ruben came out to do. I recommend SDP to anyone that is having plumbing issues. Ruben is the owner of this company. Thank you Ruben. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and after calling around to different plumbers I had someone come out because their service fee was the cheapest but when he got here and gave me the quote he wanted over $800 to install a simple kitchen faucet I sent him on his way. Luckily All Star Plumbing had also gotten back with me and while their assessment fee was not the lowest their pricing ended up being the best and Christopher and Bradley were very quick to get my faucet installed and make the Minor Adjustments needed to set it to my satisfaction and I couldn't be more pleased and it cost me $150 I would highly recommend I'll start Plumbing for their honest and fair pricing and good service

This company is awesome! They are polite, always show up when they say they will, and they do a fabulous job. They go over and above! They can do just about anything. They came to install new plumbing fixtures and then also did some carpentry work and re-built part of my porch. Then they installed a chimney pipe for my woodstove. I cant say enough. This is who you want doing your job!

UPDATE: Approximately 30 minutes after Shawn and Darian left, we were without hot water, yet again. I called them back out the next day, and I was informed it was a cartridge in the single-handle shower upstairs causing our entire house to be without hot water. I informed the technician I would not accept that answer, and we called another company out two days later. Upon telling the new company what was happening, he immediately diagnosed it as the recirculating pump, which we had mentioned both times 1 Tom had been out. After running diagnostic testing, it was confirmed to be the recirculating pump. Fast forward to the next day, and we had discovered a significant gas leak at our water heater. There were missing and loose screws, allowing gas to flow freely into our garage instead of properly venting out into the exhaust. I’d like to think that 1 Tom would have noticed this since they “watched the flame rod for 30 minutes,” but nothing was ever mentioned about it (the second company did not have to “open” our water heater for the recirculation pump diagnostic). Our family’s health was severely jeopardized by this oversight. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Shawn and Darian were quick and efficient with their service! Having no hot water isn’t any fun, but they fixed the problem quickly, and they made sure to thoroughly explain the problem they found. 10/10 recommend these guys!!

We had a leak in our front yard. Jason and Bryce came out and we were given different options. We went with replacing our water line form the meter to the house. The price was very reasonable and the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. My front yarn was not torn up when they were done.
