Daughter's recently purchased home, had a cracked toilet tank. Bought a new toilet. Decided to move toilet to a better location (180 degrees opposite). Smith's relocated the toilet drain pipe and tied into existing cast iron pipes, and plumbed in a new supply line.

Smith’s plumbing always comes through the door baby!!! I had wasted some cornmeal down the drain. It took them a few days to come but Gage with his handsome self and unclogged my drain in a few minutes! I use them infrequently but when I do they always come through and never disappoint.

This company is excellent! Had a professional technician at our home Within a short time of calling -( probably 1 1/2 hrs) We were packed to leave town and our sewer Lines to our bathrooms decided to be a problem. Technician accessed problem within a few Minutes of arrival and gave price. Work was done well and completed in less than An hour! And we were on our way! This company gets the job done and in record time!

Came out today and checked my septic system and said it was all good. Expected a service call bill and got one but was $0.00. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again when I have my septic pumped. Talked to 2 different receptionist and both were very knowledgeable and friendly!!

Ice slid off my roof and damaged my heat pump. JT and Jason made quick work of the repair including a new pad under my unit and replacing insulation on the copper tubing. Absolutely the best service and customer service that I have ever received. I generally don't write reviews, I feel a company is supposed to do what they say and I am supposed to pay them on time, but Automatic has gone above and beyond. We had multiple AC/Heat pumps installed as well as a Mini split in a guest house. Throughout the process the crews were professional, on time and knowledgeable of all aspects of the installation. We ended up having issues with the Mini split but like a lot of AC/Heat issues they happened in extreme temperatures and not during normal use but Automatic kept troubleshooting and working with Carrier to identify the real cause. In the end Automatic was able to show Carrier that the units themselves had a flaw and worked with Carrier to remedy the issues. As a retired and disabled veteran I have had and multiple medical procedures in my time dealing with Automatic and never once did I feel pressured to delay care waiting for the unit to malfunction and give me the gotcha moment to complain. They encouraged me to care for myself and assured me that they would be with us until the unit worked properly. While they probably could have drawn warranty and contractual deadlines Automatic stayed with us until the job was complete to our satisfaction. Today pricing seems to be about the same across the board since companies can see competitor's pricing and quickly match it. True value today comes with peace of mind that the company will stand by their work and their products and I feel that Automatic does to the point that I have had them put in a water heater and have a quote tomorrow for more service. A big thanks to Sam and Bill for the continued support and to Robbie and Jeffery for their professionalism and genuine concern that the job was done right even if we couldn't do it the first time.

The guys doing the work are excellent and do a great job. The administration side of the operation leaves a lot to be desired - most of all in the communication area. In my case I spent literally a week being told that the job would be done 'tomorrow'. And 'tomorrow' I didn't hear a thing until I called to ask what was going on in the late afternoon - where I was once again told 'tomorrow'. All in all - the job that was supposed to be done on Monday was finally done on Saturday - but as far as I can tell, it was done well.
