Ruben, was, by far, the best Plummer, I've ever had do work for me here in Tennessee and Arizona. He was here at the time scheduled and called before arriving. He explained all to me showed me the video of the cleaned out drain pipes. He will come out and talk to you too see what's going on then give a pricing. If, he does all possible and it doesn't unclog, he does not charge. Only if the job is a success. No service charge. I called a few other places and the service charge alone was sky high. And this is even a weekend service call that Ruben came out to do. I recommend SDP to anyone that is having plumbing issues. Ruben is the owner of this company. Thank you Ruben. We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday evening and needed help immediately. I called a couple of companies and got voicemails. I called Specialist Drains and Plumbing and Ruben answered and got to my house within fifteen minutes! I was at work but my wife said that Ruben was one of the nicest and most professional service providers of any kind that we have had at our home. He was able to quickly resolve our issue and charged a lot less than I was expecting! I will exclusively be using this company and will be referring him to all of my friends and family! After we got power and water restored in the aftermath of the 2026 icestorm, I had a major drain blockage in my house making one bathroom completely unusable. My home warranty company couldn't get any of their regular plumbers to take the job, so they contacted Dave's Plumbing and Rooter on Feb. 9th on my behalf. Dave and his brother were at my house the very next day and did an exceptionally thorough job in unclogging my house drains so that I'm confident I won't have the problem again. They are friendly, professional, have the equipment with them to tackle small or big jobs, and are very good at what they do. They are also very, very reasonable. If you need their services you won't go wrong in contacting them, and will be thankful that you did.

I had a sewage overflow inside my home from a toilet. Dave came out same day and got it unclogged for me. It went into the next room and down the hall. Dave not only fixed my problem he recommended a restoration company that got everything cleaned up for us. He’s a great guy! Thanks Dave

Had a water leak outside we had No idea about until a knock on the door. Called Dave’s plumbing and not only did they answer right away but they were at our house within 30 min. Super friendly and hard workers! The job was fixed within an hour! Highly recommend!!

The whole house was backed up.... ChatGPT said it had to be the septic tank. Crew was prompt and courteous and got to work quickly. Kept me informed during the whole process. We talked about how the system worked and a few things to be on the lookout for. They cut the grass out in squares. So when they were done, they just dropped in the sod square and all will be invisible in the spring. THANKS.

Saved me a ton of money compared to national main line sewer/plumbing companies. Personable, approachable, professional, honest. Couldn’t recommend them more. Spent a bunch of time speaking with bigger companies that felt scammy. Rooter dude was the exact opposite. Will be calling them again if any issues arise in my future.

Shane and his crew were very professional in replacing the water heater and entire sewer line for our 1920s house. They communicated very well, explained each step (with options), and were very courteous and accommodating as we moved in simultaneous with the work. We received a scope video after the work was completed showing the entire run of replaced and relined sewer from the street to the house. They restored the yard after digging and did not leave a mess at the job site. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

Adam was able to come out even when it was very late at night to look for my septic tank. He offered me options to solve my plumbing situation fairly. Because of how helpful he was, I decided to hire them for installing a new septic tank and repiping all of my plumbing as well. I will leave another review after that’s done too.

My wife and i are very happy we found Southern Skye Plumbing (formally known as What the Plumb). At first we had them come by for a relative small job. We were so pleased with the crew for the professional approach and Great job we called them back for more work on our home. This time for a complete replacement of 60 year old drain pipes throughout the entire house. We must say we are very very Happy with them, they even clean up work area when finished and haul away the old. We plan to use them for all future projects. I will highly recommend them to all strangers, friends and family. This company is awesome! They are polite, always show up when they say they will, and they do a fabulous job. They go over and above! They can do just about anything. They came to install new plumbing fixtures and then also did some carpentry work and re-built part of my porch. Then they installed a chimney pipe for my woodstove. I cant say enough. This is who you want doing your job!

Mr. Rooter provided excellent service installing the new 50-gallon electric water heater. Jay the technician, did an outstanding job from start to finish. As he arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and handled the installation with real professionalism with attention to detail. Jay removed the old unit after installing the new unit. He kept the workspace cleaned the entire time while on the premises. I highly recommend Jay from Mr. Rooter for anyone needs a professional for their high-quality water heater installation.

Not only did he handle the original problem quickly and professionally, he also helped me knock out another task while he was there!
