I had a stopped up sink on Christmas day with several guests there. Needless to say, my wife wasn't very happy. I called a few plumbers online and he is the one who called back. I believe he would have come out that day but my wife agreed that the next morning would be OK. We had more guests coming on Saturday. He came early Friday as promised and removed the pipe blockage in short order. He is my go to plumber now! Thanks you Proper Plumbing!

Okay, so I bought the house in the money pit. It's been one thing after another, a nightmare. Finally someone that was honest, didn't pad the bill, didn't sell me a lot of stuff I didn't need. Proper Plumbing, Tom Buck, came in gave me an estimate, started the work the following Monday. He and his crew were respectful, and professional, efficient. They finished the job and the estimate was the final bill, he came in fixed everything that needed it, cleaned up the cities mess in the yard and did everything quickly. I have the best water pressure ever. Thank you Tom and crew, we love you. He will be my plumber for life. Can't wait to get started on these bathroom remodels.

Fair price, quick response, on time if not early, great communication, very professional, works hard to provide the service you want and/or need and quality work. What more can a customer ask for? I had the privilege of working with Josh, Jason, Olivia, Daryl, Haley and crew on my little project and every one was a beneficial, integral part of servicing my issue. They had to recognize the issue, locate and excavate my septic tank and pump it out. I had them install risers to make future issues and maintenance much easier. To be honest, I just pestered them the whole time until I knew how i wanted the project finished, lol. I will be using their services again in the future, I'm sure. A+++ experience, would recommend.

This company has been my trusted service provider for over 10 years, and it truly saddens me to write this. All of the people I've dealt with have been wonderful, but this outfit did not honor their warranty. A little more than 7 years ago, I purchased a water heater with a 10 year warranty. This was a $550 upgrade. I was told today that the warranty covers "parts and labor", but not THE only part I care about, the tank! So I payed a $119 diagnostic fee and another $213 repair. The water heater began leaking the same night, and on the third visit was told it needed to be replaced. As you can see in the attached pictures, I bought a 10 year water heater with "premier parts and labor." This water heater is just a little over 7 years old. If you do business with this company, get details of your warranty in writing. I was told repeatedly that I had no warranty, despite the documents shown in the photos. I'd advise against paying for a premium warranty upgrade. In my case it was useless.

Olivia is always informative and efficient. Not only did she do my plumbing annual review efficiently and completely, but she explained all that she did and gave me some good suggestions about possible future actions that I could take. Always good to see her because I know she'll do her work in the best fashion possible!

On a chilly night with temperatures dropping into the 40s, I came home to discover smoke billowing out of my HVAC heating unit - definitely not what you want to see when you need heat the most! I immediately called Hiller, and technician Ibzan came to my rescue. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem, handled the situation with calm confidence, and had my heat restored in no time. Hiller is a great company, Im new to Tennessee and made a great choice in choosing this company, Morgan was very professional and a pleasure to talk to, she was able to send a technician out right away to get my electrical issued resolved. Jay responded , he was on time polite, courteous and very professional. Jay is very knowledgeable, he explained to me in simple terms of what happened and why a breaker could trip. The service call was very reasonably priced. A job well done to make sure that everything was okay and I had nothing to worry about, he was very thorough in checking out my electrical issue. We had a water leak in the main line coming to our house. The good service started from the nice person who answered the phone. Shane the owner showed up at our home in a few hours! They began work ahead of schedule and the job was done in a very timely manner. All of that and the ground was very wet red clay mud!! Highly recommend!!

Bucks came on Christmas Eve and got us fixed up. I'm not sure what the exact problem was but it was something with the septic. We rent so I don't know exactly what was done. Now I clean, shower, and do laundry. I can actually have my family over tomorrow for Christmas Day.

A gnarly clog was left in the toilet. I plunged it forever. I contacted Steven’s Realty, and they hooked me up with Buck’s. Literally came in and looked at the problem, went back out to grab equipment, and was done within 5 minutes. The guy they sent off even took his shoes off before entering which you never see nowadays! Thanks.

Jason was fantastic. I had been without AC for 3 days waiting on another company who told me I needed a new motor and was going to charge me $1000 . I called Tramont and they came out first thing the next morning. Jason took less than 30 minutes and fixed my unit and I didn't need a new motor. He explained in-depth what our service issue was and fixed it in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely ask for him again next time . On the another note, the owner actually answered my phone call and made sure the service time was a convenient time for our family . You just don’t get great service like this anymore. Very pleased!

They came a bit later than I anticipated, but.t hey did the job and removed the old water heater in a couple of hours. The new one wasn't working so the company sent a technician to my house TWICE to straighten out the issue. It works fine now, we have hot water.

My heat went out in the middle of the night Sunday and I called CSM in the morning when I woke up. They got a tech out immediately but the prognosis was grim. My 14 year old system had heated its last night. I was contacted Monday morning by Cameron and we scheduled an estimate after my work day. Cameron was on time, friendly and very professional. We went over my options and I made a decision on a new system and he let me in on the call with his installation techs and in less than 24 hours I had a completely new system installed and completely operational. The instal techs: Ryan, Josh and Jay showed up at 8 am and got down to business. They too were very friendly, helpful, professional and considerate. I'd like to say thanks again to CSM for a unexpectedly pleasant experience.

Brandon was professional and friendly. Really appreciate that a technician that took time to explain all of the company’s services and options available to me. I was able to schedule my appt easily online, and the team communicated clearly about appointment times and when to expect a visit from a tech. The comfy club membership was a great option for forgetful people like me (who might not remember to schedule your annual recommended maintenance visits). Lee Company saved our Thanksgiving when our water heater crapped out while we had 10 guests staying in our home. Luke showed up early and spent nearly the entire holiday fixing our water heater just before bathtime for the kiddos. Great work and not over priced! Called them for a second opinion when another plumber had quoted us $4k. They found the waterline leak and fixed it same day for so much less. So happy to have our waterline leak fixed.

Brett was wable to come out on short notice to look at the water heater and determine that the heating element had gone bad. My unit is under warranty to we had a little wait time in receiving the parts needed but as soon as they were received Chris came out and had the bad element swapped out within 15 minutes.

Great service! We had a leak coming through the floor through the ceiling downstairs and also into the room next door. Ben responded even faster than the 3-hr estimated response time, diagnosed the problem, quickly offered a few different solutions, then ran to the store to get what was needed to do the best job possible. It was finished very quickly, and apparently just in time as the old fitting came apart in his hand as he was taking it apart!

We used Putnam Plumbing twice now and have been very pleased with his services. Their employee's are very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule with him and the arrived on time. My mother used the services of Putnam Plumbing not long ago, and they fixed her problem. Then day before yesterday she called them again at 4pm, they were out the next morning to replace her pipes. It has been so cold and yet they were there all day replacing her pipes, with a couple of extras . Then today they came back to do a cosmetic thing. They treated my mother with so much respect and kindness. She even tried to feed them because they just took about a 10 minute break. I am so ever grateful how you treated my 85 year old mother.
