Excellent company and Jesse was an exemplary service man who went way above and beyond in helping us resolve our toilet and line blockage issues until they were completely taken care of. So is Lydia- the customer service representative who took my calls and got us the fastest service possible. She is excellent as well!!

Jesse was so professional. My kitchen sink has been backed up for days. He listened to everything I had to say and explained everything he would do step by step. He also gave me the price up front. So thankful and never been so excited to clean my kitchen!

Mike did an excellent job providing information on the water filter water heaters and Moen flow system. He provided a fair price and delivery installation time frame.. Drake came and did the complete installation. He did an outstanding job getting all installed. He explained all the valves and helped label them all. He explained the operation and did a thorough job installing the apps needed. He cleaned up everything when done and we are very happy with the work.

Steven came out to our house this morning (in the snow) and fixed our leak very quickly! He was very kind, had a great personality, made sure we understood what services he was performing for us today, and just made us feel like he’d known us our whole lives! After finding a gushing leak in the water line directly to the house - he came up with a solution and worked in terrible weather with pouring rain until way past a normal business day and in the dark! He was very clear upfront about the potential issues, options, the process and the pricing. I had quite a few questions and he was patient and knowledgeable to answer all of them. Lee Company installed 5 scones for me and while the technician was very polite and professional, he did a pretty terrible job. He ruined all the drywall around the sconces and they are not level with each other. They also charged $800 for the sub-par work. When I complained, they did say they would come back out to fix the drywall but it would be 3 weeks before they could do so which is unacceptable.

Had my dryer vent cleared out as it was causing a fire hazard. Son, my technician, was very helpful and polite. He actually replaced part of my dryer vent as it was torn from the initial installation of my dryer. Always love using Lee as their service and quality of work is top notch

Had my refrigerator repaired by Scott. He explained the problem and what needed to be done. He ordered the replacement part and came back in a few days as scheduled and replaced it. Very professional and friendly service.

They were great. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again. They did exactly what they said, they would do. For the initial bid. My thoughts were they were nice and very knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would and discussed what could and could not be done. I let them replace all the water and sewer pipes under the house and they did a great job. They were very thoughtful of the renter living in the home. They did exactly what we discussed in our initial bid discussion. We are very happy with the job they did. I will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing problems.

Our 40 gallon 3 year old hot water heater failed and we had water all over our garage. I called R & A Plumbing and with 2 hours the guys arrived, removed the water heater and found the problem. We discussed options replacement tank or tankless water heaters. Both pros and cons were talked about and after discussion we decided to go with a tankless unit. They went right to work on the installation, heavy downpours didn’t slow their progress at all. Within a few short hours we were up and running with hot water. Great job by R & A Plumbing, we highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service. Jeremy was an absolute savior! Hot water heater went kaput 2 weeks into a new home. Had a guy from my community come out and take a look. Fixed one part just to realize I needed another part that wouldn’t be in for a few days. The local guy didn’t have connections to assist in changing this scenario and told us we, unfortunately, would have to wait it out. Mind you, it’s dead of winter and the night time temp is in the teens. Cold plunge showers are not feeling great this time a year. I couldn’t wait days, so I googled and found Upgrade and gave it a shot. I called Jeremy in a near panic over having to wait out days more for hot water. He was incredibly kind, understanding of our plight, and dedicated to getting us water that day. He listened and gave us options. We ended up opting for a whole new water heater instead of fixing another problem just to potentially find a new one. He and another worker came out that evening and installed a new system after hours! After two days of no hot water, it was beyond amazing to get it back. Jeremy was incredibly professional, Knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. You don’t come across service like that often. As I said 10/10 would highly recommend!

Through our renovation we've used a few plumbers we weren't happy with. Carl is head-and-shoulders better to work with -- He does very, very clean work for a fair price -- but maybe more importantly he's a great communicator. He comes when he says he will, and has helped us understand what he's doing and why. Just seems to actually be a good guy. Highly recommend.

We had Carl from Carls Plumbing come out and install a new faucet for us. We were extremely satisfied with his work and enjoyed meeting him. We appreciated he took the time to explain the process and also reminded us to keep our receipt from the new faucet as it has a lifetime warranty (which we didn't know). It is great to know there is an awesome plumber we can call if we have any problems. We highly recommend Carl to anyone that's needing work done.
