I have used Chatta Rooter Plumbing for both septic, plumbing, and drain issues and have been very happy with their service. They do excellent work! I will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Chatta Rooter came out on a weekend when I had a septic emergency. Not a drop of water was leaving the house anymore and I had several inches of septic water in my basement bathtub. My septic had never been pumped and the house is 30 yrs old. They jumped right on the job and took it in stride. It was so clogged up, when they undid the clog, they had a 2 foot geyser of 💩. They had to locate my septic because it was 5 feet under ground, but they had the maps and it didn't phase them. Another company came prior to them and were overwhelmed and said they could potentially flood my basement with 💩. Chatta Rooter knew how to fix it without that happening. They had to dig up my yard and remove a tree, but they cleaned up the mess at the end. They are family owned and I'd use them again 1000%.

Definitely one of the most trustworthy and knowledgeable plumbers around. Highly recommend their work. Always come quickly and very professional. This company has got me out of a bond several times with my rental properties.

Elect Plumbing and Drain did all the plumbing for the remodel of our master bathroom. Installed my new toilet, the faucets at both sinks. The faucets in my shower and moved my shower floor drain from the middle to a linear drain at one end. Also installed and new hot water tank and expansion tank. Great quality work. Very personable. And always arrived in the time frame they said they would be here. We highly recommend Elect Plumbing and Drain for your plumbing needs.

I had a late night emergency with a clogged pipe and the water was backing up in my toilets. My neighbor recommended Elect Plumbing and I am so thankful they did. Steve answered my call late on a Friday night. He asked me several questions and offered to come right out. I decided we could wait until the morning and Steve was right on time. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and gave me information on our system that would help in the future. He fixed a huge problem in record time and the price was fair and reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Steve and his business. I called three different plumbing companies with no answer, and Elect Plumbing and Drain was the only one who texted to let me know he was on the other line and then called me back immediately after hanging up, even though I hadn’t left a message. That alone meant a lot to us. My husband and I had honestly put this issue off far too long because we were nervous about how expensive it might be. Before starting the work, Steve clearly explained the base price over the phone and how high the cost could go depending on the issue, so there were no surprises at all. Steve was able to come out the same day and was extremely professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair, which was such a relief. He even took time to recommend a tool we could use ourselves to help prevent future problems. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was genuinely kind the entire time. This was a completely stress-free experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be calling Elect Plumbing and Drain again and highly recommend them.

Glenn is awesome, I had a huge clog in my downstairs drain sewage bubbling up in the shower, he knew exactly where it was and had it fixed in a few minutes. I would recommend them for anybody anytime anywhere.

They are amazing! Most places these days see you as a number, it was nice to be seen as a customer and given the courtesy of being asked questions and taking the time to answer those questions. They are very personable and actually care about your situation. I 100% recommend them.

They were also understanding and compassionate when I had a flood, and were so helpful. They also were fair on pricing, and did the job well, cleaned up after themselves and were just generally pleasant people. This should be the plumber of everyone’s choice in our area.

Jeff and Wade came out same day to do routine septic cleaning. Same day service and very professional and courteous and priced well ! And they were careful with the landscaping pulling in and out ! :)

My septic system backed up on a Friday evening and I called Elite. Jeff answered immediately and was able to get to our home Saturday morning. Wade arrived on time as promised. All in all a great experience. Setting up an apportionment was easy, they found my septic tank and asked if I wanted to dig it to save some money, (of course I do). He came back with the truck 3 hours later and had the tank pumped in 45minutes. Made it very affordable, the office staff and the project manager Adam was great to do business with.

We have had nothing but good experiences with Metro! We have had them look at our a/c, plumbing, and septic tank within a month and every time they have been extremely helpful! Josh went above and beyond to really help us with our house and even gave incredibly helpful advice! Nico was also very helpful and thorough when checking out a/c. Overall I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on your home!

Hiller Plumbing provided outstanding service to repair an issue with a sewer pump they installed which was under warranty. They originally installed the pump 1 year ago, but there were some issues with the pipes and the pump since the installation. They stood by the warranty and made it right. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I really appreciate everyone who came out to service my sewer pump.
