It was a SATURDAY, Tyrese came stated a clog in line. 2.5 hours later said clog was cleared. It was a BIG MESS when he left. My bathroom was clean when he came, but when he left the dirty water had backed up in my shower, and was never checked before leaving. My toilet he had to pull, was placed with different bolts, but stated” he had no caps to replace my old ones. The floor and wall behind my toilet was sprayed with dirty water. Left with a disgusting mess. I’m a senior, and with health issues and to say I was happy would be a big story. Be careful who you use! I called office next Monday, and stated managers were out! Never received a call back to make it right.” No customer service”. Be careful who you hire!!!

Austin arrived that night to handle the emergency and quickly got the water stopped—he was fantastic and brought a sense of calm to a stressful situation. The next day, Thomas and Dee came out and did an amazing job. I ended up needing a new water line, which meant digging, getting under the house, and a lot of hard work. They handled everything with skill and care, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they put into completing the job the right way. They will also be coming back to install a new water heater, and I feel confident the work will be just as solid. Lastly, Julie from customer service was also great. Her assistance and communication made the entire experience even smoother. I truly appreciate the prompt response, the hard work from everyone involved, and the way each person went above and beyond to help. I would absolutely recommend 1-Tom-Plumber—everyone was amazing!

Thomas Davis was great!! He was so knowledgeable and super friendly! He was able to come the next day after another company had no-showed on us and get it done. And he was faster and half the price of the other company!! We will use him for all our future plumbing needs! And his helper Dee was great too.

Justin came out and was very professional and very fast! He installed 3 toilets (one was hopelessly clogged) and a new disposal for me in around 2 hours Also he took great care in cleaning up afterward and taking away the old toilets. Would recommend 10/10 . Reasonable prices.

Justin and KT Plumbing replaced a part in our water heater. They were understanding of a surgery and accommodated our timing constraints. Punctual and courteous . We don’t get the bill so I can’t answer the rest.

Sterling Craft Plumbing earns 5 stars from me. They were very professional and their communication skills were outstanding. There was no guesswork as to when they would show up and how they would repair my plumbing. They expertly did everything that they said they would do and did it right at a fair and reasonable price. We have used Sterling craft plumbing for a few toilet issues at our home, And most recently had them install a gas water heater where they had to change, change out and put some new lines and other things to get compliant! This was for our elderly parent when this went out during the cold. They were fast to respond in a very high-quality work.! Had Melton & Blake, Come to my home for a broken water pipe this morning. Told them on the phone when I called about the problem the day before I could get home until around 9am. They got there at like 8:15am or so. He called me and I told them I wasn't home yet. They were like will go get some breakfast and come back just let us know when your on the way home. So I did they were very friendly and very understanding about the situation. When they got back Melton come inside looked at it all and talk me thru the whole thing. He was very informative about what was going on. Then we talked and he said let me go get my partner Blake and then Blake came in and walked me thru the rest of the process. Two very polite gentlemen very friendly. Those two guys made me feel like family thru the whole thing. We Laughed and cutting up but very professional guys. Two people they you could trust and help you make the right choice to fix the problem. Hands down I would choose this company over again to fix my plumbing work or hvac. If I have a problem again I'll definitely ask for those two gentlemen. Had the installation crew come on monday after the two estimator came friday. The installation crew was David and Gavin the first day and boy they didnt know what there were getting into. They thought they were just going to redo a line for my sink and after getting into it they ended up doing a whole house replumb. They were here all week up until Thursday. They were great sports about it all. Very professional, friendly, and didnt mine me watching and being in the way as they completely destroyed my basement floor to get to all the pipe under the house. It was worth it all once they were finished. After they were finished it looked like no one had even been here. This company is very dependable and reasonable with pricing and more. I would definitely have David, Gavin, there third gentlemen back out to do any of my plumbing work.They are definitely top notch. And this company is top notch as well. They guided me thru the whole thing. Will definitely use Waldrop again. Thanks to all involved.
