He worked intense for 30 more minutes and had the situation solved. Fair price and good folks.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin. I have been a home owner for 10+ years and have been looking for a honest and professional plumber and finally found one. This guy is awesome, his prices are competitive and not at all on the higher side for the work and the detail he provides. I wish I had found him sooner. He provides details like a big corporate such as estimates through the website he uses and by email, provides credit card option for payments so that you dont have to have cash, provides pictures of before and after and everything is documented for warranty purposes. All this service would cost double of what he charges when we deal with big companies. In short, you get the same level of customer service for a very reasonable price. We had a new addition with a butler pantry on first and bathroom on second and he did all the plumbing work. He also helped with fixing some issues with my rental property. I first called Amen Plumbing on Dec. 26th when I discovered a leak under my house. Brittany was so good to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get Nick to come out even though it was Christmas weekend. I can not say enough good things about Nick Cain. He came out late that night to repair the leak. This young man is such a hard worker. He is very friendly, respectful, and customer service oriented. I decided to go ahead and replace all the old pipes and put in a tankless water heater. Nick and Garrison worked hard for 2 days to make this happen. They were here from 8:00 am until 10:45 pm the second day. These guys worked so hard! I will never hesitate to use Amen Plumbing again. Really Excellent Experience! I had a big job and got more than one quote. Not only was there price better than the huge ‘Box” plumbers the work was excellent taking extra steps to be sure all they did was done correctly and documented. I think this is because they are Family owned and don’t carry unnecessary expenses allowing them to provide great prices and supurior services. Prompt response… Clearly knew the business very personable, professional. Amen Plumbing… The kind of local Family owned business that is a blessing to our community. I called AAA City Plumbing today for help with a leak, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jamie answered the phone and was beyond friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule me the same day and was incredibly accommodating when I let her know I had a meeting until 11:30. Communication was prompt and thoughtful — she even called before the technician arrived so I could put my dog away, which I really appreciated. Sean, the technician, was just as great. He took the time to thoroughly check out the issue and patiently answered what felt like a million questions. He was honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary services. We talked through the options and landed on the right solution together. Overall, amazing service. We had the lawn mower service take out our sewer drain access cap and the sleeve it screws into. Ian arrived in a reasonably close time for our appointment. He was personable and fast. He did a nice job and we are grateful for the quick response.

"I can not recommend Mr Rooter after this experience and lacking caring for the customer." Mr. Rooter came to our house to replace a water pressure regulator located in our garage. I was in a meeting during the installation. Suddenly, I heard rapid banging at my front door. The plumber was soaking wet and frantically asked where the main water shut-off valve was located. This valve is situated outside near the water meter. We quickly ran to the location so he could turn off the water. Meanwhile, I turned around and saw water pouring out of my garage. I entered the garage to assess the damage. The plumber informed me that I had a faulty shut-off valve and showed me the broken piece. He did not acknowledge that all of my wife's catering equipment and supplies were soaked. Next, he recommended that I inspect for older or potentially faulty shut-off valves in the future, without considering the fact that our family's belongings had just been drenched. He stated that he would finish up and be done shortly, completely ignoring the mess in my garage. While I am not a plumber, I understand the importance of locating both the internal and external shut-off valves when repairing the main water line into the house. Educating the customer about potentially faulty equipment is helpful, but it shouldn’t come immediately after ingored the sme faulty shut value and failing to turn off the water main before starting your work. It’s also essential to acknowledge what a customer might be thinking or feeling in such situations. If there is potential damage to personal property, the plumber should always call their supervisor immediately. Unfortunately, the supervisor seemed largely concerned with securing payment. He promised to give us several days to assess the damage but called the next day to check on progress, which felt like additional pressure to pay without sufficient understanding of the situation. After some communication, Mr. Rooter offered a $20 discount, which amounted to only about a 4% discount.

Ian was amazing! I will request him by name each time I need a plumbing service. His rates are the best in the Charlotte area and he is quick, efficient, and he throughly explains the issues and how he will repair it. The cherry on top is how friendly he is, super sweet guy and very knowledgeable

I had a major slab leak from my foundation and found Jack and Eric from Greymans plumbing. This was my first experience working with them and I was very pleased with the work that was done. Last picture shown is the leak that was present and had to reroute all water into the attic. All pex pipe line were ran same day. Jack and his cousin John arrived the next day (Christmas Eve) to repair Sheetrock and to double check no leaks were present. Also shown in the pictures is the new lines run for the faucet in the kitchen and bathrooms. I’m very happy to have found Greymans with this short notice of the holiday, thank you!

I recently hired Jack from Greymen's Plumbing to put a shower in my parents' home after my eighty year old mother suffered a severe fall breaking 10 ribs, collarbone, brain bleed and punctured lung. It was our understanding there would be an additional couple of inches cut out around the shower that would need to be repaired after the job was completed. Cost of installation was $6400. So, the first day they were supposed to arrive at 9, but would shoot for 8am. Jack wasn't there the next morning "due to an emergency". Two other men showed up midmorning and left around noon "due to yet another emergency". As soon as they cut the tub and wall surrounding it they left. Second day they came, but another emergency, this time the helper had a family emergency. One sure, two days in a row.....? When the shower was finished there was a leak that soaked the wood subfloor caused from the shower door frame not being caulked. I let Jack know & the next business day someone came by and caulked it. When they used the shower the very next time, same thing! There was a missed spot in the caulk. I let Jack know and someone came out and caulked the missed spot. Jack did say this was the first shower doors they had ever installed. I can't say this was a 'great experience.' My parents are 80 and 81, so knowing they were climbing in a tub in the other bathroom was nerve wracking! The other thing that was an issue was the 'couple of inches of repair' left to be done. The estimates were $840-1650! Perhaps someone needs to bring a measuring tape along on the jobs!

Had a toilet leak and DTH responded quickly to my call and came out for repair same day. Walked me thru how to turn off the water before they arrived. Fixed the issue and did some preventative maintenance work on my other bathrooms, all for a very reasonable price.

I found Pure and Flow Plumbing Company advertising at Facebook Marketplace , I contacted them yesterday 2/26/2026 and got a quick response immediately. I called for a new vanity stopper replacement .
