Expert Drain Cleaning in Columbia, South Carolina

I want to start by saying how appreciative I am of this company. We had issues with our septic in a 1962 house. Come to find out the septic was completely full! DeAndre and AL came out and pumped our tank! Come to find out our tank was basically caving in on itself, pipes were bad, just all around a terrible situation. DeAndre and AL were extremely helpful getting us setup for the weekend until our tank could be replaced. They were able to get the pipes unclogged and usable while we wait out the snow. I will also say I appreciate how professional but also personable they were while they were here. Next we did have some issues with financing, however Lacey in office was able to help me each step of the way. She was very communicative and kept me updated on all of our options until we were able to work it out. Tony and Michael came out today (2/6), and got started right away. The hole was dug within an hour and they went straight to work on the tank. They installed fresh pipes, got the tank installed/leveled out, and flattened the yard back out before the end of the day. They were extremely nice and made sure we knew what they were doing. My mom and I watched throughout the day and they did such an amazing job. The skills they have using the heavy machinery and knowledge on what to do was so much appreciated. Im thankful for each of the team members that worked hard on our project. I will be using WeCo from now on for all our tank/plumbing needs.

Edit: changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars due to the response from the owner. While the below review still stands, the owner's response was very kind and honestly unexpected. Any company that can take ownership of mistakes and try to make it right deserves a second chance. We called WeCo Rooter on Sunday to get an issue with our septic tank fixed. All of our drains and toilets were not draining/flushing and we had some back up coming from the shower. On that call we told them we don't know where the septic tank is and that we think it needs drained. We were scheduled for Monday. On Monday they call and say that their truck has broken down and they can't come out until tomorrow, fine that happens. Tuesday comes and we don't hear from them until late afternoon 4-4:30pm. They come out with the truck to drain the tank, but they didn't know that it needed located first. The guy to drain it tried to call to see if anyone that locates tanks was in the area, no luck. I call the office and ask them to be first in line Wednesday morning, they can't guarantee that but said they'd put a note saying "very urgent" on our ticket. Today we do not hear from them until I call at 9am and they are still "figuring out logistics" and said they'd call back soon with when they'll be out today. We don't hear anything so 2 hours later we call back. They say they'll have someone out within an hour. Literally an hour later someone shows up. It's now been Sunday morning to Wednesday at 12:30pm to get someone out here to fix our problem. Mind you, we had no facilities during this entire time, no water, no toilets, and they were well aware. This is no reflection on the people who actually came out and fixed our problem today, those two men were great and very nice. This is a reflection on scheduling and admin. We paid about $1,400 for subpar service with no urgency or care from their office. We will not be using their services again. If you need anything to happen fast, do not call WeCo Rooter.

WOW!!!!! What fantastic service!!! Super friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They were recommended to us by a family member, so I decided to try them out. Our service was getting due (it's been 4 years since our septic was cleaned) so I thought, why not.... What a great decision. Al (the driver/operator) was super friendly, and knew EXACTLY where the tank lid was in just about 2 minutes! He didn't fart around, taking up time, looking to scam you out of money. Extremely reasonably priced ( this was not an emergency service, just routine clean out), which was $550 for my tank (5 bed/3.5 baths). He got straight to it, did the job, and cleaned up and was done in about an hour. I scheduled this on a Friday for a Monday job, and they said they would be here between 2-4 pm. Sure enough, he was here about 330 pm. I can't express well enough how satisfied we are and HIGHLY recommend them!

I called to get my toilet looked at because it was having issues and was not flushing contents at all. When my technician arrived he barely acknowledged my complaint and just did a surface check despite me asking him multiple times about there being a clog. Later that evening my toilet overflowed, even though no one had used it, after he had left because the technician didn’t take my issue seriously. His recommendation for the issue was overpriced and incorrect because he didn’t try to find the true source of my issue. The clog was in the pipes which then affected the whole house’s water usage as we couldn’t run any water because the toilet would start filling. We had to call an emergency plumber the same night because the technician sent didn’t do his job properly.

Joël was 5 star all the way. He Informed me of every step along the way of his visit. He was very friendly and couteous. Hé handled my toilet clog step-by-step in a very professional manner. Thank you for being there for me in my time of need.

Nathan helped us out a lot with a leaky shower faucet that was out of my league. He provided an estimate that was very close to the $$$ number I thought it would be and discussed our options. He was very professional and conscientious about our carpets.

Nate from On-Call Plumbing is awesome. He came to my house last minute on a Friday to fix a hose bib that had been leaking for quite some time. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he did and how he fixed it. Other companies told me the entire hose bib would need to be replaced, but Nate simply replaced the knob on top and solved the problem. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest, practical, and willing to go the extra mile instead of pushing unnecessary work. I really appreciate people like Nate and will definitely continue working with On-Call Plumbing in the future.

Daniel is a very knowledgeable and courteous guy who was prompt and efficient at resolving our drain line backing up issue. In less than 2.5 hours he was in and out and had all of our water flowing smoothly in the right direction. In that time he also provided us with free quotes for additional services we may want performed in the near future. It was a pleasure having him and the team from Dr Rooter solve our plumbing issues. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

Daniel came to our home today after being called to help fix our sewerage problem which has been horrendous. Had an unexpected plumbing emergency today! I called several places and everyone said they were booked today.
