Expert Drain Cleaning in Conway, SC

After the snowstorm last night, I smelled a burning oil smell coming from my Navien water heater, installed expertly by Ethan at Hunter Plumbing a few months ago. Erik, the owner, came out with the roads questionable, on a Sunday morning, and addressed my concerns. First rate service, above and beyond. Then, more recently, when I had a dinner party planned in the evening, I clogged my disposal drain up with carrot peelings. Within three hours of calling, Ethan came out and unclogged everything. Same-day service, excellent!

We had a great experience (again) with the team over at Hunter Plumbing. We had a clog way down the line and not only were they able to remove the clog, but were very clean. They prevented any mess and cleaned up anything they needed to. After Marc was done he gave some advice on keeping the pipes clean. Also, this was December 23rd we were having an overflow and they were able to come Christmas Eve morning. Will be highly recommending them to everyone I know!

Hunter Plumbing absolutely knocked it out of the park. Mark and his partner were professional, courteous, clean, and extremely meticulous. Communication was excellent from the very first call — clear, responsive, and easy. They showed up as promised, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed the same day. We were getting no hot water from water heater. Called USA Plumbing and explained situation. Was told Vincent would be coming late morning. He called 20 before to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He was polite and professional in explaining the problem and solution. The element and thermostat had to be replaced. He also drained and flushed it the tsnk. Work was completed in a timely manner and area left clean and orderly. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Called USA plumbing for a clogged sink. The team spent over six hours trying to clean out grease buildup they still couldn't get it. The owner reached out and offered to come back himself and comped us a free camera inspection of the pipe. Mike (the owner) and his wife came today with a jetter and fixed our issue. Mike reminds me of an old school tradesman that is more concerned that his customers are 100% satisfied than the profit margin. Would definitely recommend USA plumbing to family and friends.

Mo was extremely efficient in his manner and the job at hand. Fortunately, it took only a little time to resolve our issue. So much so that he offered to do anything else that might need to be addressed during the hour. We've used USA Plumbing several times and they've always been very good.

I Had an issue with my plumbing. I wasn’t sure if it was plumbing or septic related. Called the office and they were very understanding and able to come out to the house the following day. My service pro Eric Walker Arrived on a timely manner He was very respectful and professional. I asked many questions. Eric answered each of my questions with a pleasant smile and an explanation that made me feel at ease. Another service pro arrived at the house for possible video of the septic/ litch field area. They were both very professional and found the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Cannot thank them enough for their services.

I was simply going to replace a toilet that wasn't emptying very well. I discovered the cause was a tree root. It looked like an Alien. I called my plumber, he said better call Roto Rooter. Glen and Drew came right out the next morning to remove the root, a couple feet long and the full diameter of the pipe, checked my system by video camera and found the entry point of the root and a bad section of pipe all the way out under my garage. They fixed both and added a 2 way cleanout, the builder hadn't done that back in 2000. Glen did a wonderful job carefully removing tile without breaking any, did the repair like a brain surgeon, put the tile back as it was and installed the toilet. Brilliant work. They cut a section of garage floor, replaced the bellied section of pipe and added the 2 way cleanout. All good now. Thank you. Oh..Kathy in the office, great communication skills..,nothing happens without that.

Paul did an outstanding job taking care of the work I needed done in my primary bathroom. He went above and beyond to resolve a few preexisting issues with the plumbing and everything came out perfect!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Vines did an excellent job helping us to locate and fix a water leak issue at our house. They were proactive with confirming appointment times and gave plenty of notice when technicians were on the way. Their communication with us was excellent. They went over all the options with us and answered all of our questions. When deciding whether to only fix the repair or to re pipe the entire home, the technicians were very patient. They did as little demolition as possible until they could determine if re piping or a repair was the best option. The technicians gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision. When the job was done, the home was left extremely clean. I am very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of all the technicians that came to our home.

Craig was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me go through the procedures of what happens with hot water tanks. He explained why there was rust on the bottom. I'm glad that he's coming back to do the actual installation. I would highly recommend him.

I could not be happier with the guys from Vines. AC unit was not cooling the house. Brand new house we just moved in. A different vendor installed it and the Trane unit had a Freon leak. I called yesterday morning and Sean came out to the house a couple hours later and found the Freon leak. He filled the system back up with Freon and told me they had to order the parts from the manufacturer. Because of the weekend it might not be until next week. Me and the dogs were getting kinda hot we just moved from New Hampshire. Well, I got a call this morning from the office at Vines and they had the parts in stock and wanted to come right over to fix it. Just like that CJ and Austin showed up, climbed into the attic and three hours later they were all done. It was all fixed and the house is already cooling down. The guys were wonderful. They were pleasant. They answered all my questions. They even played with the dogs for a minute and the golden retrievers love that. I am new to Conway and I made the best choice in choosing these guys to fix my problem I could not be any more happy. Thanx everyone at Vines.

I was replacing a 19 year old water heater and made 4 calls to local plumbers for estimates. Two never returned calls with my 2 follow-up calls. One gave me an estimate over the phone and Benjamin Franklin comes to the house to give an estimate. David showed up (very personable and low pressure) gave me an estimate that was $450 less than his competition with a name brand heater. He had the heater and supplies on the truck so he was able to do the job right then. Nice neat and clean work done in about 1-1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.

Bought a Dishwasher from Best Buy and their installers could not install due to the valves under our sink. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they came out and serviced our tankless hot water heater and did a great job. Joseph Lopez our technician was fantastic. Came in looked at everything we needed done and worked up a price. The price was great; we also asked cost to install dishwasher. We had Josph do the sink work and install dishwasher. Everything went great. From start to finish he was very professional right down to cleaning the workspace when done. Our community has a FB page and a neighbor was looking for a plumber we didn't hesitate to recommend Joseph and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Master plumbing installed our house filter a year ago in waterway subdivision they charge us for brand I Spring WF150K filters and texted us the pictures we agree about it but Mr. Victor installed a generic filter with the same brand name money and we chase him to give us the filter catalog and he never responded. Today we try to shut the main house water but we found out the water did not shut off except from the master bathroom which mean the filter is contacted to the master bedroom only. The Master plumbing company Mr. Victor screw us twice this company is not professional and we never recommended to anyone. Today we call the main line to request someone to come to see the main shut off and the filter connection and we are planing to file a complaint to the small claim department and the consumer association to get our problem to be solved , we already have pictures and text message to support out issue for our complaint.

Victor was referred to me by the Pro Desk at my local Home Depot. I was going to have the existing shower replaced in the home I had just moved into, with a shower surround, basin, and glass doors. Victor contacted me and told me he could do that for a price that was about 1/3 of what ReBath told me their STARTING price was. But he also suggested I consider a much nicer approach, with tiled walls and floor, and he sent me some pictures of other projects he had done. I picked the tile I wanted, and then he suggested the floor tiles for me, and they look great. Ripping out the old shower was no picnic for his crew and it involved more work than they anticipated, including re-routing some pipes. But the work is just about complete today and I am thrilled with the appearance of the new shower. In addition his people are replacing my exhaust fans, light fixtures, and mirrors in both bathrooms. He suggested the (lighted & anti-fog) mirrors for me as well and they are much nicer than what I was looking at originally. Thanks to his suggestions I will end up with a much nicer bathroom than I would have if I had gone with my first plans. The mirrors and lights are going in today so I can't include pictures of them (yet...if I can edit this review later I'll include those as well). I highly recommend Victor, Roberto, and Miguel. Their commitment to excellence and making sure I was happy with the results were very welcome.

Excellent experience with H2O PROS Plumming! They returned my call right away and had my toilets installed within three days. The team was professional, efficient, and cleaned everything up before leaving. The installation was done quickly and correctly, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

Spoke with Keith to set up appointment for 1:30 the next day. David showed up right at 1:30 and was able to quickly fix a leak that we had coming from our upstairs bathroom. The price was more than reasonable and David was awesome! I will be using them anytime I have a plumbing issue!

No hot water issue. H2O PROS plumbing responded quickly when called. Dave arrived and upon finding out the I was remodeling the guest bathroom, asked if he could check it out. He immediately noticed the cartridge was not installed when the shower valve was roughed in ( by different plumbing company). Once he installed the cartridge, problem solved. Dave proved to be quite knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Call it a quick fix or the fact he had installed our hot water heater this past year, he did not charge me a dime. Needless to say they are responsible and professional, I highly recommend them.

15 year old water heater in garage started to leak. Called Devlin Plumbing in the morning and they sent someone right out. New water heater installed. John was very efficient and courteous. He even did some extra cleanup around the old heater before putting in the new one.

When my water heater went out and needed a replacement, I contacted 3 separate plumbing companies. 2 provided estimates by phone, but Devlin was the only one to come out and actually inspect it in person and provide me a detailed estimate. It was $200 less than the others. I called at 8:30am and spoke with the staff at Devlin. They were very polite and easy to work with. By noon, Preston showed up to inspect the unit and emailed me the estimate. I made a decision late that afternoon to go with Devlin and they set me up with an appointment very quickly the following morning. Preston showed up for the install right on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. In less than 2 hours, the work was complete and I had a brand new water heater. The expenses that they originally quoted were right on. Devlin made the process very easy. From the staff in the office to the service team, everyone was great to work with. This is my new go to company for anything plumbing. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

When I discovered that my water heater was flooding the garage at 9pm, I tried to call an emergency plumber at different companies, but only got voicemails. Finally, I reached a live person at the aptly named company Emergency Plumbing. I was instructed how to turn off the water from the heater, and turn off the breaker to WH. I was then promised that a plumber would come first thing in the morning so as to avoid overtime. I was very relieved and grateful for a service call so quickly. John called to say he was on his way the next morning. After diagnosis, he explained the options and costs. We decided to replace our old water heater as it was near its life of service in lieu of repairs. The work was completed in a couple hours. The price was very reasonable with a one year guarantee which I greatly appreciate. Further guarantee is from the water heater company which registration is already taken care of by Emergency Plumbing. Overall, the experience was easy peazy. John and his assistant were very pleasant, professional and informative. It is my pleasure to give 5 stars.
