Mike was wonderful to speak with, and Dave came out to my property the next day after I called about a clogged shower drain that was backing up. He was professional, friendly and made sure everything else in my plumbing system was working properly, which gave me a peace of mind. I really appreciated their responsiveness and care. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

As a real estate broker in the area, I deal with a lot of house related issues with clients, etc. On a Sunday afternoon when we had snow and 20 degrees the day before, a pipe under my house busted, I turned the water off at the street, and proceeded to contact as many companies as I could. many called, couldn't get out as you can imagine, Servant was one of the Angi's list companies that called me, they said they could be out the next day between 7-9am. Which was faster than anyone else said they could. Giovanni showed up at 6:30, and within 15 mins, pipe was repaired (and this was under my house). Fair price, nice guy. I was very pleased, hence leaving this review. I will be using them again.

Our downstairs bathroom overflowed, what a mess from a clogged pipe, but the gentlemen from Roto-Rooter did an excellent job. Didn’t leave until everything was running well. Mr. Malik came and cleared a deep clog for us on New Year's day 🙌🏽 We had water going all over the garage. He really saved the day. One evening I realized after business hours that we had a plumbing issue (sewer backup) at my home. The next morning I called Roto-Rooter of Summerville, SC and Amanda F. quickly routed a technician to my home. Deshong M. showed up and quickly went to work. In short order he cleared the line which allowed me to go about my day without worry. Roto-Rooter has continually improved their customer service and do great work. I highly recommend them!

We had our toilets and shower line clogged up to the point where we couldn't use them. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent out Zack who I've got to say was amazing. This guy is smart, he was very careful with everything he did. Zach is just a super nice guy and very skilled at what he does. I will definitely, absolutely ask for Zack the next time I need plumbing work done. Mr. Rooter really came through for me.

Emergency service with main line clogged. Zack was there promptly. Found him very professional. Resolved the clog and explained thoroughly what was occuring. So we are equipped with important information on where the clog occurred, how it may return and what we should do to resolve permanently. Feel like Zack represented the company quite well.

It was a SATURDAY, Tyrese came stated a clog in line. 2.5 hours later said clog was cleared. It was a BIG MESS when he left. My bathroom was clean when he came, but when he left the dirty water had backed up in my shower, and was never checked before leaving. My toilet he had to pull, was placed with different bolts, but stated” he had no caps to replace my old ones. The floor and wall behind my toilet was sprayed with dirty water. Left with a disgusting mess. I’m a senior, and with health issues and to say I was happy would be a big story. Be careful who you use! I called office next Monday, and stated managers were out! Never received a call back to make it right.” No customer service”. Be careful who you hire!!!

Austin arrived that night to handle the emergency and quickly got the water stopped—he was fantastic and brought a sense of calm to a stressful situation. The next day, Thomas and Dee came out and did an amazing job. I ended up needing a new water line, which meant digging, getting under the house, and a lot of hard work. They handled everything with skill and care, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they put into completing the job the right way. They will also be coming back to install a new water heater, and I feel confident the work will be just as solid. Lastly, Julie from customer service was also great. Her assistance and communication made the entire experience even smoother. I had an outstanding experience with Palmetto Plumbing and Drain when they installed my new toilet. They arrived right on time and were beyond professional from start to finish. We ran into some unexpected issues due to some gnarly root intrusion, which could have easily turned into a stressful situation. But huge shout out to Steve for sticking with the job and seeing it through without cutting corners. His patience was unmatched, and he came fully prepared with the right tools and parts ready to go. Despite the complications, Steve delivered a flawless installation. His expertise and dedication really showed, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. I just had Palmetto Plumbing put in a new toilet for me, after a couple other unreliable plumbers failed to. As I run a business too, I know how difficult it is. So I appreciate their stellar service that much more. They were as punctual as possible, knowledgeable, tidy, efficient and courteous! Emergencies always seem to happen on the weekend. Ours happened on Super Bowl Sunday and was a main water line issue flooding the area. Stephen from Palmetto Plumbing saved us. He arrived quickly and went right to work on the issue. He was efficient and an expert in the issue and the fix made our connectors stronger than the originals so this doesn’t happen again. He was also very personable and a pleasure to work with even though we interrupted his Sunday! The price was also very reasonable. We highly recommend their services.

We had an emergency situation that required immediate repair. Sewer Daddy sent us an angel named Webb. (Austin) He calmly addressed the problem, assessed the damage, showed compassion while explaining the necessary repairs, efficiently fixed the leaks, and showed me the utmost kindness and respect in offering options and help with what should be done in the future for the longevity of our home. We have had a great experience with two of your technicians. Sterling C and Walter C are both really good at what they do. Sterling was out to clean and check out all of the HVAC system, he called with his findings and walked me through the entire process. This is a good dude and a real professional, I can go into more details if anyone is interested, top notch guy, trust me! Walter was by to tackle a plumbing issue that has been bothering us for a few years, and he did a fantastic job. It was clean, tasks were done quickly and he also kept me informed along the way with progress, price and images of the completed work. Our experience was great, and I am sure yours will be too.

Project 1- Gas line to heater replaced. Work done quickly at a good price with excellent coordination with city and Dominion Energy. Tommy replaced the gas line and did a great job. Project 2- Shower/ bath replaced in 1945 house. Project was complicated by extensive water damage but LimRic did a phenomenal job. Kenny provided reasonable estimates while technician Trevon and apprentice Kevin completed the job on time and on budget.

I had an excellent experience with my tankless water heater installation. The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. When I later ran into a small issue, they followed up quickly and resolved it at no cost, which really speaks to their integrity and customer service. Phenomenal company, and my technician, Conrad, was just as phenomenal: knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Indoor shower head broke immediately after installation, owner replaced and said it was likely over tightened. It failed again and was leaking a couple of months later and would not guarantee work. Spent $285 to install an outdoor shower head supplied by them in October, couple of months later it fell off and would not guarantee work again. Very disappointing, I have been a customer for years and will be looking for a new plumber unfortunately.

Remodeling my bathroom and J Stephens did all the plumbing. Removed old water lines. Added new lines in different locations. Installed in wall toilet system. Updated copper with PEX. Very good work at a good price.

Kyle did a great job changing the cartridge in the shower handle valve, as we could suddenly not turn it on. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and competent. He changed the part in less than half hour with no mess left behind. Gave us one year warranty. Appointment was timely. Called Monday and service was scheduled for Tuesday. Would request Kyle again for future plumbing needs.. Cost was $338.00.

Because of their prompt response and excellent service, I was able to reopen the salon for normal business hours the very next day.
