My technician, Trevor, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and attentive as I explained the drainage issue I was experiencing. After verifying the problem, he first attempted to clear the line with a snake. When it became apparent that the blockage was likely farther down the line or more severe than initially expected, Trevor didn’t hesitate to take the next step. He went into the crawl space beneath the house, carefully traced the line, and isolated the approximate location of the problem. Throughout the entire process he worked diligently, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood the situation and repair options. His communication and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being handled correctly. As a disabled veteran who is unable to access the crawl space to perform these types of repairs myself, I was especially grateful for Trevor’s thoroughness and respect. I've had Andy with several jobs of my own. This time it was my dad's. He did a great job and as my dad put it-you couldn't even tell they had been there except he has no leaks now. Before and After photos. 100yr old galvanized pipes rusted thru. More work was done but this sums it up.

Ben and his team did a great job diagnosing the plumbing leak source and were able to to replace the affected pipe section. The were timely and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Derek and his team came highly recommended from a neighbor when we had an emergency situation with our hot water heater. They did not disappoint. They came out as soon as they could and replaced our water heater within the same day. They took their time to explain everything to us and we're extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. I had a water line break in a terrible spot under my house. You couldn't reach it from the crawl space and there was only a 20" hole in the foundation to access this pipe. Tyler came out in a Sunday and worked most of the day to fix it, but when the line repressurized, I went from having a small leak to a broken pipe. He told me that he was confident he could fix it but he needed a tool and some fittings he couldn't get till in the morning. He came back out Monday morning and worked till about one o'clock, but when he was done, I was leak free and the job looked good. The thing that really impressed me about Tyler was his attitude. It was a horrible job in a horrible space with horrible working conditions(it was between 35⁰ and 40⁰ outside and once the pipe broke, he was working in a mud hole). I said, "For whatever it's worth, I'm sorry you got this job, but I'm glad you're here." He said, "It's just a job. We'll get it done, and for whatever it's worth, I'm sorry I couldn't get it fixed for you on Sunday." If you need a plumber, give 1-Tom-Plumber a call. They'll get you taken care of. I called to confirm a quote first thing in the morning and Matt and Tyler, we're able to be at our property at 1pm and had the whole new water heater install completed by 5:30. Additionally they upgraded our 40 gallon tank to a 50 free of charge as the 40 was unavailable on the day! Great, fast service and everything is working brilliantly. So a very nice, smart man named Caleb from ogre and above was able to come over very quickly and had the knowledge and know how to be able to fix it quickly and cost effective. Oh my goodness, how thankful I am for JB Plumbing! My 22-yr old hot water heater went out on a Sunday evening (not a surprise; had already gotten a quote from another company a few months earlier & was saving up money for this purchase). However, after putting in a call to the "other company" TWICE, and not hearing back from them, I searched for a reputable plumber in my area and found JB Plumbing. Not only did the owner, Jean, call me back personally after I had spoken with his office, but he came out the same day to give me an estimate. While he was here, I inquired about the pipe/valve next to the water heater, wandering if that should also be replaced. His answer was "NO". He said I did not need to waste $400 fixing something until it actually needed to be fixed. What a delight to find a company that values PEOPLE more than money. Jean was so kind, completely trustworthy, and clearly values quality craftsmanship—thank you, Jean! And his quote was far better than the one from the "other company", forget the fact that they still haven't called me back. When he scheduled my installation, he expressed that he wanted me to get to know the rest of his team, so he set up my installation with Kerry. It was equally nice to see how much Jean values the people that work with him, too! Kerry was scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12. Kerry contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived only moments after 10AM, how cool is that? Kerry was so personable & professional that I readily knew I was dealing with a top-notch master plumber for sure! He took such care to make sure that everything was done precisely and TOP-NOTCH! Both of my sons saw the installation after he left, and both commented on his TOP-NOTCH work! Kerry even did things that were not part of the original estimate, like drill a hole through the wall to the outside, so that a proper drainpipe could be installed (he did beautiful work on that too). Very efficient and friendly company to work with! They got me an appointment quickly, and were very communicative on the morning of my appointment. Robert was very nice and knowledgeable. My problem was fixed very quickly, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. I received a referral from a neighbor, and I would highly recommend using them!

The tech was nice and knowledgeable but my issue is with the company’s pricing. I would not have used them if I’d known how expensive they were. The office is 1.5 miles from my house and they charged me $80 for a trip charge even though I told them exactly what I needed. I was the ln charged almost double for the repair on top of the trip charge. They quoted me some other repairs and 2 other quotes I got where less than half of what they quoted me. I only used them because I was in a pinch, but I will not be using them in the future.

George is a fantastic plumber. He came to fix our tub drain and although I needed an extensive repair, he was professional and friendly and transparent with me about the entire process. He explained to me each step of the process and he was very kind to my 3 yr old boy, who wanted nothing more than to watch him work. He let my son watch him and talked with him, and he was very nice to have in our home. We rent so I’m not sure about his fees, but if we need it we will call him again. He is a good, honest man and a local business we are happy to support!
