Neal did all the plumbing for my home downtown which was a full construction job. He did an amazing job no issues and I’ve been in my home 3 years now. Very experienced! Even if it’s just declogging a drain. His pricing can’t be beat!

Neal with Flow Pro Plumbing unclogged my kitchen sink . He was very professional and his customer service is awesome. I had 2 plumbers come out prior to his visit and they said I would have to get the lines jetted for $1000.00. He unclogged my sink in the first 30 min and did not over charge . He also gave me advice on how to keep it clear . He will be the first person I call in the future.

I can’t praise this man enough for the work that he did on my shower . If you want a honest plumber and someone that won’t rip you off then Neal is who you want coming to your house or business . The company I called before him wouldn’t even fix my shower drain unless I spent 5k on all new plumbing but Neal knew exactly what to do after I sent him a few pictures and went straight to the problem & got it done within 45 minutes . We had our toilets and shower line clogged up to the point where we couldn't use them. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent out Zack who I've got to say was amazing. This guy is smart, he was very careful with everything he did. Zach is just a super nice guy and very skilled at what he does. I will definitely, absolutely ask for Zack the next time I need plumbing work done. Mr. Rooter really came through for me.

Emergency service with main line clogged. Zack was there promptly. Found him very professional. Resolved the clog and explained thoroughly what was occuring. So we are equipped with important information on where the clog occurred, how it may return and what we should do to resolve permanently. Feel like Zack represented the company quite well.

I had a sewer clog and sewer Daddy sent a representative (AUSTIN) over within 1 hr of me calling. Prior to coming they answered my questions about pricing and about what to expect if the work I needed was within certain parameters. While here I had him change all of my frozen valves. Your technician Scooby was excellent! Always let me know what was going on what approach she was going to use to get our toilet and plumbing fixed. Around 5 o’clock or so he said that the next step would be to use a camera and he told me how much it would cost for the first hour and each additional hour afterwards and I said that’ll be fine. “Hopefully you can do it in the first hour Scooby, if not, the property manager said that they can get someone else out here tomorrow,.” But I believed that Scooby had it under control and that we were going to be satisfied with the outcome. You have a great worker! Scooby rocks!!

This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. While it's understandable to want to spend less, trust me folks, less isn't always more. We preferred to stay with Kinsman and have the piece of mind knowing that if something went wrong with the installation, they would be able to cover it.

Highly recommend this company. Great communication, varied abilities, successful repairs. They removed and installed a new hot water tank in the attic with a water shut off valve, flushed out gas instant tankless hot water unit, and assessed and pressurized the bladder on my deep water well tank. Had a great experience with Honest Abe today! My husband and I were in a panic this morning because of some drainage issues — to make matters worse, it’s Saturday and we’re having guests over this evening! I called and spoke to Devin, who was super super sweet and personable. She told me they could get someone out today and was even kind enough to ask what time we were expecting our guests. Came in, provided me an estimate for a bathroom renovation (shower valve, sink lines, toilet lines, gas line relocation) and was honest at the end of the job by reducing the price due to a part of the job not being as extensive as he estimated. Project 1- Gas line to heater replaced. Work done quickly at a good price with excellent coordination with city and Dominion Energy. Tommy replaced the gas line and did a great job. Project 2- Shower/ bath replaced in 1945 house. Project was complicated by extensive water damage but LimRic did a phenomenal job. Kenny provided reasonable estimates while technician Trevon and apprentice Kevin completed the job on time and on budget.

They took all my information down and a short time later I was contacted via text with the technician's information, a short bio, and a photo so I knew who to look out for. Hagan showed up and immediately recognized that I would need a new tank due to the type of leak I had. He explained the process and what I could expect and left to go get a new tank. He returned a short time later and installed the tank with zero complications providing A+ quality work. Very happy with my recent LimRic experience. Scheduling was a breeze. Mike was the tech who installed my gas water heater tank a few years ago. This time he flushed the tank. If you are not sure about hiring the right plumber, hire these guys. I have several businesses and rentals in the area. Had a complex project to find a gas leak. After several plumbers taking a look and trying to upsell me on things I didn't need I found these guys. First positive sign was when I called the business answered and not some outsourced call center. This was great because I was able to tell her my exact concerns so we didn't waste time. Will came in and was open and honest about pricing and what is needed. Ended up doing the job half the price of what two other competitors quoted. This is my plumber now. Couldn't be happier with their work.
