My technician, Trevor, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and attentive as I explained the drainage issue I was experiencing. After verifying the problem, he first attempted to clear the line with a snake. When it became apparent that the blockage was likely farther down the line or more severe than initially expected, Trevor didn’t hesitate to take the next step. He went into the crawl space beneath the house, carefully traced the line, and isolated the approximate location of the problem. Throughout the entire process he worked diligently, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood the situation and repair options. His communication and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being handled correctly. As a disabled veteran who is unable to access the crawl space to perform these types of repairs myself, I was especially grateful for Trevor’s thoroughness and respect. I've had Andy with several jobs of my own. This time it was my dad's. He did a great job and as my dad put it-you couldn't even tell they had been there except he has no leaks now. Before and After photos. 100yr old galvanized pipes rusted thru. More work was done but this sums it up.

Ben and his team did a great job diagnosing the plumbing leak source and were able to to replace the affected pipe section. The were timely and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

I had a water line break in a terrible spot under my house. You couldn't reach it from the crawl space and there was only a 20" hole in the foundation to access this pipe. Tyler came out in a Sunday and worked most of the day to fix it, but when the line repressurized, I went from having a small leak to a broken pipe. He told me that he was confident he could fix it but he needed a tool and some fittings he couldn't get till in the morning. He came back out Monday morning and worked till about one o'clock, but when he was done, I was leak free and the job looked good. The thing that really impressed me about Tyler was his attitude. It was a horrible job in a horrible space with horrible working conditions(it was between 35⁰ and 40⁰ outside and once the pipe broke, he was working in a mud hole). I said, "For whatever it's worth, I'm sorry you got this job, but I'm glad you're here." He said, "It's just a job. We'll get it done, and for whatever it's worth, I'm sorry I couldn't get it fixed for you on Sunday." If you need a plumber, give 1-Tom-Plumber a call. They'll get you taken care of. I called to confirm a quote first thing in the morning and Matt and Tyler, we're able to be at our property at 1pm and had the whole new water heater install completed by 5:30. Additionally they upgraded our 40 gallon tank to a 50 free of charge as the 40 was unavailable on the day! Great, fast service and everything is working brilliantly. Jacob was a total rock star from the moment he showed up! Extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and made me and my husband feel confident with the service and comfortable having him in our home. He didn’t rush us and offered plenty of opportunities to ask questions and explained everything extremely thoroughly. He even caught a gas leak we had that we had no idea about and came right in to tell us! Very grateful he saw that as it could have been really bad if left alone. He wasn’t pushy at all and helped us understand the highest priority items to get fixed first. He did a wonderful job cleaning our unacceptably filthy outdoor unit, got it looking new again (before and after photos added). 10/10, highly recommend, and will be asking for Jacob for future service calls, he was great!

Superior Plumbing and Brian are the ABSOLUTELY the best… Brian came and analyzed my entire bathrooms’ plumbing fixtures and gave me all of my options. He then gave me what he thought was best to do, sourced all of the needed parts, confirmed that they were in fact the correct parts and then scheduled the repairs. Had an pipe burst in our office and flooded our basement about a foot underwater. Jeff came over within 15 minutes to help shut off the water and had a crew come in early the next morning. Absolutely wonderful experience with a fast response, good pricing, and a great set of employees that helped identify and repair the issues with the piping.

My husband and I highly recommend this company. Our hot water heater was leaking so we had Superior Plumbing come out to look at it. We have used them before and were really happy with their service. Again, they did not disappoint. Even calling to set up a day and time is so easy and the lady I talked to is such a sweet person. The two service guys ( sorry I’m horrible with names) are so professional and go over anything and everything so there are no surprises. They kept us well informed through the whole process. They never make you feel that they are just trying to take your money or do any unnecessary work just to up the bill. They actually make you feel that they care and take pride in what they do.

George is a fantastic plumber. He came to fix our tub drain and although I needed an extensive repair, he was professional and friendly and transparent with me about the entire process. He explained to me each step of the process and he was very kind to my 3 yr old boy, who wanted nothing more than to watch him work. He let my son watch him and talked with him, and he was very nice to have in our home. We rent so I’m not sure about his fees, but if we need it we will call him again. He is a good, honest man and a local business we are happy to support!

George with Sfarnas Plumbing came out to look at our leaking water heater and quickly discovered it had been installed incorrectly by a previous plumber. He is extremely knowledgeable and took just a few minutes to fix the issue. He was friendly, professional, and very affordable. We found a garbage disposal leak the day after Thanksgiving. After calling the office, Tristan showed up within a hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.
