Bennie was very professional and very helpful in explaining how to solve our problems. We had leaks and water heating issues. The pipes were replaced, new box installed for the washing machine, but the best thing he did for us was installing a water heater pump that circulates the hot water in the house! We no longer have to wait 20/30 minutes for the water to heat up to take a shower! We turn the hot water on and it’s actually hot! Yay! Thank you Bennie for recommending the water heater installation, it’s the best Christmas gift we could ever ask for.

Patrick Locklear was very professional, considerate of our home (wore shoes covers), offered to help clean up water from burst pipe. I'm disappointed in the Field manager Ronnie Lee, he gave my mother his card and if she have any more problems to call him. Of course we called him multiple times and he never returned our call. But when Patrick called him he responded to his call. Mr.Lee and the first technician (Michael) admitted it could've been done better the first time but said it should work. Of course it didn't work and my 78 year old mother place flooded again for the third time. Before Patrick started the repairs, he tells us, if something happens to the repairs again the 2 year warranty maybe voided unless we let them re-pipe the entire house. This may cause over $9,000. Imagine how that made my 78 years old mother felt. Mr. Ronnie Lee, please do better when looking out for your customers.

Zero stars true rating. 1200.00 charged to an Active Duty Soldier with no results! This company sent someone out who managed to do more damage than good. Roto- Rooter supposedly cleared a clog and found the problem by simply removing the toilet and snaking the line (Could have been done at this point with an 800.00 bill). He then decided to do a leak detection test by cutting this big sloppy hole in the ceiling of my drywall only to discover there was no further issue, leaving me with a unnecessary hole in my ceiling and a higher bill than necessary.(could have cut small holes to find the leak) On top of that the toilet was left in the hallway all weekend and nothing was actually repaired. Roughly 1200.00 later I had giant hole in my ceiling and a toilet left in the hallway. I called management and they were no help. The owner and manager both refused to give any money back and stood by this poor work ethic/method and did not admit Roto-Rooter took advantage of a woman not being knowledgeable on this matter and kept every penny they took from that disadvantage as I was out of town and not presentto stop this ridiculousness. I have gotten numerous second opinions from other qualified Plumbers and all say Roto- Rooter had no reason to cut tge drywall causing further damage. Roto- Rooter said they left the toilet off for my builder to inspect it but if I called you to fix a problem I expect you to fix it and not take advice from the woman you are currently taking advantage of. Unless you want to be upcharged and taken advantage of, I suggest you call someone other than Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs. Needless to say we had someone else complete the job in an honest and descent mannar. I hope this prevents someone from making the same mistake we did. Thanks for nothing Roto-Rooter and Roto- Rooter Florence. SC management!

Price way too expensive. $355 for less than a 20 min job. Yet the plumber is awesome. Talk through the steps of the job and the whys... he seems to feel confident and comfortable in his sounding... I felt comfortable with him being with him being prior military. The plumber was very friendly and clean.

Affordable plumbing was able to come same day I called and clear our pipes in under about 2 hours for $225. James Caulder was the technician and he did a great job, definitely knows what he's doing! Even told us what to look out for in the future if our drain pipe collapses or roots grow through it.

Had an extremely clogged kitchen sink that I wasn’t able to resolve with my tape line. They were able to get someone over that day and fix it 40 feet down in my pipes! The technician was great and on-time and pricing was very reasonable, would highly recommend!

The best company I have ever dealt with! Honest which is rare this day and age. I wouldn't call anyone else! Price was fair.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Brandon Stokes came out. His machine got stuck in my yard because of his own mistake. He left the machine there for two months and now I have to go through litigation to have it removed. All the gunk from the sewer is just seeping in my yard. I paid him for the work he did. He wants me to pay to have his machine removed. Good thing I have cameras all around my house and keep videos of all transactions with people like this. I tried contacting the owner Wesley Stokes to work this out before I had to take legal action but no response.

Carriers, be very careful when loading at this shipper.!!!!! They loaded our truck with 5,000 lbs more than stated, and it took 6.5 hours to finish loading. After leaving, we scaled and discovered we were overweight. When we returned, the staff had already left, and we were forced to wait until 8:40 AM the next day to be unloaded. Our driver was treated very poorly and spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, despite all the delays and problems caused by this shipment, the shipper refused to pay detention and TONU.

Oh my goodness! Urquhart Plumbing and their techs Justin and Mitchell are absolutely amazing! It has been crazy cold and raining and our water heater stopped working while we were out of town and our son was there with no hot water and poor thing was taking ice showers. They came out super fast. From my first call to repairs complete was an hour and 7 minutes! We unfortunately called a different company first that came out and refused to even try and diagnose the problem and wanted to charge us $2500 to replace it. Not Urquhart, Justin, and Mitchell. They found the problem quickly and repaired it for less than other companies charged to even come out to look at the problem. I can't say enough good things about this company, Justin, and Mitchell. If you are wondering if you should call them, the answer is, "YES!!!"

I highly recommend Urquhart for plumbing work! I called on a Monday morning and got four plumbing problems fixed by lunch! Scott came out to diagnose and fix all four issues!! He was courteous, professional, and was very helpful by answering all of my questions about the work! One of my problems was a leak from my 51 year old Delta shower faucet that I had been afraid to let anyone touch! On the opposite side of the shower is the mirror that covers the whole wall of the main bathroom!! Scott knew exactly what to do and fixed it without any issues!! (A huge relief!). He also corrected the two faucet handles on my sink that were improperly installed! He diagnosed and fixed my master bathroom toilet problem in five minutes! He also replaced the cracked flange and installed new parts to stop the leak at the base where it attaches to the floor. He was very efficient and I am very pleased with his work!! Thanks again Scott for your excellent work! You are the BOMB!!!

I called on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. He found and fixed my leak and cleared the main drain pipe quickly and efficiently. I had purchased new toilet seats and a handicap frame, and he helped me by removing and replacing toilet seats and adding thehandicap frame to one of the toilets. The price was very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. I definitely would recommend them!!

Quality, quick service. Would definitely use Hill Plumbing again. Michael was able to unclog the main drain and get my tub running right despite it being old, cast iron pipe. Cost was under $200 and he wore a mask (COVID-19 friendly).

Mike from Hill Plumbing came by and repaired the drain on my kitchen sink. He was professional and thorough about everything he did, even cleaning all the time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing service.

We were out of town for two weeks, got home to both toilets upstairs terribly clogged. We called Jordan and Sons to see when they could come out. We got a callback minutes after leaving a voice mail. They were here within the hour. They had to lift one of the toilets to get water flowing again. Water went everywhere but they were able to fix it and they cleaned the entire mess up. They were so friendly and informative what they had to do. Chase and Brennan (I think was his name) did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done!!!

I have dealt with Jordan and sons on two separate occasions. Now both times they sent Josh to my home who was quick and thorough at determining why my water bill was so high and giving me a reasonable quote to make the repair needed. I am extremely satisfied with Jordan. and sons as a whole and Josh as a tech if I ever need a plumber again, Jordan. and sons will be who I call.

I needed them to come for three separate issues. The second they had to come back for because they came late the first time and barely paid it any attention. The first they told me I needed an $1800 clean out for that I did not need. The third they would’ve found had they simply done their job and went into the crawl space. All they did was look into the crawlspace from the doors and vents and said they didn’t see anything though. I said that I heard gurgling under the doors in one of the rooms. I just went into the crawlspace myself and literally heard dripping water after flushing the toilet and running the sink. I, an inexperienced woman was able to find the location of the issue that easily. Edit: I’ll edit due to you only being able to do what American Home Shield will allow you to do so much without an extra clean out. I do have a two-way clean out though and another plumber was able to clear it no problem. If you came out in 2021, that was the previous home owners. The unrelated leak could’ve been more thoroughly investigated. Even if you just so happened to not see where the water was actively leaking from at the time, you could hear where the issue is in the house and under. The water under the home alone that you did see was an indication of water coming from somewhere. There was a pipe separation that the other plumber found after fixing the clog.

Took my money and never did the work, nasty dishonest company owned by Jason Keaton. Was supposed to replace all the plumbing under my house. Here is a picture of nothing done. His response is a complete lie.

Wonderful experience. Great receptionist/phone call. Hard to find ones that act like they want your business. These people wanted and appreciated us as clients. They cared ab our problem. They came out when they said they would. They didn’t rush it. They were so kind and professional. They did what we needed and are the first of several plumbers to actually provide answers to an ongoing problem. Officially feel like we have a plumber. Worth every penny. So thankful!! 10 stars.

I called because my daughter had a water leak under her house. Bonnoitt's was out in Less than 2 hours and did a great hob fixing it. I highly recommend Bonnoitts for your plumbing needs.
