Having clogged toilets is a scary proposition, but we made the right call by calling Roto-Rooter. The receptionist was very kind and understanding and assured us that she would send someone out that same day. Harrison our tech put us totally at ease. He explained what the problem was, showed us pictures and gave us our options. He is very knowledgeable, confident and the work he did was very thorough and well done. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Harrison!

We found the clean out you missed on your three visits to our house. To be fair you only missed it the first time and simply never looked for it the next two times you came out. Since the problem was never resolved, it returned a few weeks after you left. So we opened our first clean out. Dry pipe. So we looked for a second clean out, found it & opened it up. Out came several ancient hunks of laundry detergent turned to rocks. You did NOT need to pull the toilet for the snake on your first visit, which included spilling the sewage in the hall and bathroom TWICE! Your estimate of $10,000 repipe offered on the second and third visits was NOT what was needed. The second clean out is about 25 feet from the one you found. Actually in plain view from there. I am including photos of the second clean out and the soap rocks you could not find and did not address. Your guess of a low spot in the pipe was not correct. You noticed we ran the laundry water outside/not thru the septic line. The soap was there over 8 years. The clog was simply NOT found. We are stunned how lame you are! We fixed the problem ourselves but paid you $650. Go figure! So, NOT calling you ever again.

This was the first time I ever had to hire a plumber! My sewer line was completely blocked! I made that call to Roto Rooter. On a Sunday, the company had their Professional plumber, Harrison at my home. He was so curtious, professional and a pleasure to converse with. He solved the problem right away!! If I ever need help again I will be sure to call them first!! 5 stars for the entire experience. Thank you so much for your fast response.

Finally an HONEST air and heater company!!! I called Superior because our second floor heater stopped working. My husband and I were ready to receive the news that we need a new one. And Derek - a very nice service man - after checking our units - he said that we didn’t need a new one. It was the thermostat. We bought a new one; he installed it. And now the heater on the second floor works great! We saved thousands of dollars because Superior was truthful with us - the clients. It will be my company from on!!

Having experienced their great work previously for a new hot water heater, it was a no-brainer to contact them again for a clogged garbage disposal drain pipe. I had a plumbing emergency on a weekend, a Sunday night to be exact. I went down the list in Google calling place after place with emergency services only to be gaffed off until I came across Seabreeze. I got a rapid response and everything explained to me upfront. My tech was Ben, an outstanding tech that actually Listened to me. He wasted no time getting down to business and figured out the issue was with my septic tank set up. Granted he could have took the easy route and took advantage of the emergency situation but instead was a true professional and presented me with ALL my options both expensive and cost effective. Repairs were quick and expertly done. I was scheduled promptly for a follow up to complete the full repair. Overall, there was substandard pipe that was installed causing issues as well as a deteriorating baffle. Not to mention all the digging and and heavy lifting. My issue was not only fixed but left noticeably better than its been since buying the house. Side note: I have had multiple plumbing services come out and NONE OF THEM were even close to the service I got from Seabreeze.

I was finishing up a DIY flush on my Rinnai water heater, when I turned the hot water shut off valve back on the handle broke off. I contacted Seabreeze Plumbing immediately (after normal business hours) and by extreme good fortune Ben was only five minutes from my home. The experience was great, from the initial contact to the clean up. Waiting on a return trip to fix a crack in the filtration system (Not their fault, it came out of the box cracked.) I had no idea how expensive services are these days, but I needed it done. I would recommend them.

We did and also got a text from the plumber as he was on the way. DYLAN arrived and was very professional and resolved the problem that we never could have on our own. 06/14/22: So, today, I had the pleasure of having JJ come by to see why my system kept shutting off. He was professional, paid attention to the description of the issue (as best as we could describe it) and made sure he explained what he found, what needed to be done to complete the repair and when the repair would be done. I also have to express appreciation for Conner. When I called, she had been the person who i had the pleasure of explaining my issues to (sometimes even when I'm sure she was almost out the door to head home). She's always patient and understanding. 01/29/22: I had a pipe in the exterior of my home that broke. As usual, I called, and they sent Tony. He was very prompt and professional. Tony took time away from his family on a weekend for me and my family. I'm very thankful. Today, as usual Tony Forlenza was everything positive you would want in Technician. He's always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, on time and takes the time to educate me on the best solutions for my home HVAC system. I will continue to use Service Emperor for all of my HVAC maintenance and repair. I plan to also contact them regarding some electrical work I need done as well. Update: Once again, my expectations have been exceeded. This time, Matt Wehrhan came out to do a diagnostic on the system (different home). He gave recommendations on services and repairs. What he recommend was not over sold. He undertook the idea of not pushing unnecessary equipment or services. He explained every step. He is another great asset to the company. Oh and by the way, Mrs. Julie has been a pleasure to talk with as well. Awesome customer service. 04/12/22 Update: Has an issue with my system at 430 pm, last week. I called the office and spoke with them. Jeremy was at my house before 6 pm. He was attentive to the fact I had no clue as to what was wrong. He took his time in solving my issue. He could have been on his way home from a long day, but he was patient, courteous and answered all my confusing questions. He another great staff member of a rally good veteran owned business. Reacting has been a pleasant and thorough experience.

Tony made it look so easy!! Tony is a real-life life-saver!! He saved my dryer and my home! It was a complete fire hazard and I had no idea! Now, because of him, I'm safe AND I have dry clothes!! We finally found the plumber we will use in Bluffton! We almost had a stressful morning after waking up to a leak. We called McNamara Plumbing and they were able to come right out and help us. Mike and Katie came and fixed it so fast! They were also very nice and will be put down as the first people we call with any plumbing issues!

We were fortunate enough to find McNamara plumbing when we first bought our house and had all the joys of being a homeowner. We had some flooding related to faulty plumbing and Mike (owner) responded so quickly and saved the day. Since then he has been our go to for all plumbing needs. We had a main water leak under our driveway and several other plumbers suggested a scope of the sewer line. I called Piper for another opinion and they identified the problem of a faulty connector right away and made the repair. They saved us money and time and we could not be more satisfied. Shawn was knowledgable, and explained everything during the process. I will recommend them going forward!

I had a leak and called Piper Plumbing. The lady was so nice on the phone and they got right out to me within just a few hours. They did the job in less than half the time they originally thought and saved me so much time and money. I really appreciate the kindness, and promptness the technicians had. This friday night my property manager called and said I had a leak behind the wall. We got in touch with Piper and they got out there finishing around midnight. I got the bill today and it was IMO quite reasonable for after hours work. I would definately use them again.

I had such a great experience. Tyler was so friendly and explained everything he needed to do. He replaced my garbage disposal and then when it he tested said it was faulty and returned the parts and install a new one. Highly recommend was very proffesional. My go to man!
