Expert Drain Cleaning in Aiken, SC

I recently called McNeill Plumbing around 8:00 AM about a garbage disposal issue. Someone came out within 30 minutes, unclogged my disposal and showed me how to do it myself for the future. While they were here, I mentioned the toilet had been intermittently "running", so they installed new works in the commode, too. The two men were friendly and professional, and the bill seemed reasonable. The dogs approved of them too!

I called McNeill Plumbing this morning to come and repair a leaking shower and replace my pressure reducing valve if required. They were here before lunch and repaired the shower and replaced the PRV in short order. Extremely nice people and very efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend McNeill for your plumbing needs.

My mom got a new fridge but the valve behind it no longer shut off. The guys from Washington transport, Costco's contract delivery guys, could not install it safely. (They were alao great) Mcneill showed up in 10 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. They replaced the valve and showed me th water pump on the well and showed me how to shut off the water in the future for my mom.

We initially called with what we thought was a simple concern about water hammer with pipes in the attic and also to have the hot water heater checked. Scott came out to troubleshoot the issue and discovered several underlying issues that the original plumber (not Benjamin Franklin) left behind during the 2020 water heater install. Scott was very transparent with options available and ultimately we decided to have him install a new hot water heater. He was very professional while working his rear end off to drain/remove the old water heater from the attic, fix the piping issues and install a new water heater. He answered any questions we had along the way and we really appreciate his hard work, detail-orientation and friendliness throughout the process.

We used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the first time. Dylan was our plumber. We had a great experience. Dylan was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved all of our issues without trying to upsell services we didn’t need. We really appreciated his integrity. We will use their services again. Thank you Dylan!

The Technician Austin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The only negative thing I could say. Is the price $$ I had to pay for the service. Also, they don’t repair the sheet rock in the wall. I will need to have someone repair it. I did have same day service which was a plus.

Jordan came to the rescue and finished a big project for me that included replacing all drain lines in the house and installing all bathroom fixtures, faucets, and lines to include the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. In the kitchen, he reconnected my Aquasana for me after the replacement was complete. This was my last major project of the renovation, and he made it easy. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Jordan’s work to anyone looking for someone trust worthy and detail oriented. He’ll laugh, but his caulking lines are impeccable. The little things do matter, and I appreciate that immensely… so does this little old house. I was happy to pay the inspection and estimate fee which was added into the total job price. He spent good time inspecting the job and giving me a real run through of what needed to be done. He should be paid for spending his time with any customer. His work is WORTH it!

I can not express enough how satisfied we are with the work done by Jordan McLaughlinfrom Neighborhood Plumber Company. I needed someone the same day and he was able to come that same day. Our bathroom sink needed to be repaired as it had a leak at the shut off valve. When he came to our home he explained to me in detail what he was going to do and as well as why. I also needed to have a faucet installed and he said he could do it too. Our home is on well so I walked him to the well to turn the water off so he could fix the faucet. When he saw the well he began to explain to me in detail how he could solve our well pump set up problem. We told him we would definitely love to have him reconfigure it after hearing his suggestion. Well not a few minutes later our well pump broke while my husband went to change the filters as he always has. This time it broke worse than before. This is exactly what Jordan had just talked to me about the well pump. We quickly went and asked Jordan if he could fix it that same day even if it was just so we could have water. He did not hesitate and he said he would do it all that same day. He told us it would take most of the day, but it would be fixed correctly. He is a life saver and he went out of his way to help us out. He was an angle because the one hour job turned into an 8 hour job. Thank goodness he was at our home when this happened because I don’t think we could have found someone that day to help us out. We can’t thank him enough for all he did. The job was amazing. We trust and know that he did this job right. We will use him again for sure. Great work ethic for sure. We are super grateful and happy with all the work. He really outdid himself and we will forever be grateful for the amazing job he did.

All I can say is thank you. Saturday night at 1130pm Jordan responded to my request for a quote from website. He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. Was on time for the next morning service. He even cleaned up behind himself. Would deffinately recommend! Replaced my toilet and stop valve and line on a Sunday morning !!!

The plumber just left my home after replacing two shutoff valves in our guest bathroom. It took him about 15 minutes to do the repair and I was charged $325 dollars. I know it’s expensive to run a business, however, this is unbelievably high for the effort. The young man that did the work was courteous and knowledgeable. I am disappointed in this business and will not use them again.

Affordable is truly the proper name for them. They gave me a window in which they would arrive. Shane arrived early in that window and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Definitely will call them again if I need plumbing work done
