10/10 would recommend! We had a plumbing emergency of our main drain pipe backing up, and leaking under our house due to decades of severe corrosion. We called Sunday evening, got a call back before 8am Monday. Jacob was able to come out on Monday just after lunch, and the major repair started Tuesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon, we were fully functional again. The entire Transou’s team was amazing. Excellent communication and customer service, very prompt service, no pushy upsells, and fair pricing for quality work. We also had them replace all three hose bibs while they were out. When we get to the next stages of updating our plumbing, Transou’s will be our only call.

They came out on a cold, rainy Saturday, which I truly appreciated. Transou Plumbing came to the rescue on January 1st — New Year’s Day! I couldn’t believe they were working on a holiday, but it was perfect timing since I was off work anyway. Super convenient and much appreciated. We had raw sewage surfacing in the yard from a broken cast-iron sewer line to our septic tank. They showed up quickly, located the problem, dug it up, unclogged the line, repaired the broken section, and added a much-needed cleanout — all for a very reasonable price. The lady at the office was very nice and professional when she explained the pricing for both the repair and the full replacement options. The plumber himself was awesome: respectful, wore shoe covers inside the house, and took the time to explain everything in detail — why the pipe broke, how the clog contributed, and what to watch for going forward. While he was here, I mentioned that our dishwasher hadn’t been draining properly — in fact, we hadn’t even used it since 2023 because we thought it was broken. He immediately checked the garbage disposal, found the knockout plug was still sealed (the one that’s supposed to be removed for the dishwasher hose), punched it out, and fixed the issue on the spot. Super efficient — and now we have a working dishwasher again after years! Everything is draining perfectly now — both the sewer line and the dishwasher — no more wet spots outside, and we have a cleanout for easier future maintenance. I contacted Kino Plumbing for a second opinion regarding a gurgling drain issue. During the visit, the technician/manager Albert attempted to charge $399 for a camera inspection that I did not authorize. I reviewed a recording of the phone call afterward, and at no point did I agree to a camera inspection — I only asked whether a camera was available and was told it would cost extra if used. He also tried to state several catastrophic causes over the phone prior to even evaluating the issue in person. After he "evaluated" I was also told the blockage was at the city line level, however the city later confirmed their line was clear. I believe homeowners should be very clear and cautious about authorizing work and charges in advance. Transparency and consent are extremely important, especially during stressful plumbing issues.

Kino’s plumbing was wonderful. One of the toilets in my spa had gotten clogged. I called Kino’s and spoke with Kelly, who was very friendly and understanding of the need to get someone out as soon as possible. The window for someone was between 12-4, Mike got here around 2:00 and was done by 2:38. He was awesome! His thoroughness was wonderful. After fixing the toilet, he wanted me to see for myself that it is now flushing as it should. 5 star service!

This company is highly recommended. Excellent service both at the call center and with the plumber. I placed a last minute call to make an appointment, they came to quote the price and fixing it all in one day. They were facing alot of troublesome with the faucets, instead of complaining or drawing more issues to it. The teams were very dedicated and took time to take care of the problems even though it took them closely to half of a day to get both of my faucets shower fixed. Will and his entire family made this the most enjoyable sewage experience possible! Our troubles started with a backed up drain which led to a weekend plumber visit to get the water to start draining. We had a root ball in the sewage line outside of our house. We asked for estimates both from traditional-only plumbing companies and from companies that also do trenchless / cure in place piping repairs. The highest estimate we received was from a traditional-only company and it was almost three times higher than the estimate we received from The Pipe Boss. That high estimate was for trenching about 50 feet and did not include re-installation of the basement flooring nor anything other than a cold patch to the driveway. Trenchless pipe repair quickly became not only the least expensive option, it was also the most logical solution because of the lack of cosmetic issues. We chose The Pipe Boss because it was just the right feeling. From start to finish, everyone was professional and friendly. As the work was progressing, it was evident that each family member knew what role they had on the Team. It was also evident how knowledgeable each person was on the entire process and each others roles. The Pipe Boss came when they said they would come and came prepared to complete the job. The did so even when the original plan did not survive first contact with the less than stellar installation of the original sewer line (cast iron pipes not in alignment and never glued PVC fittings). Overall we would not hesitate to recommend The Pipe Boss for any of their services. We are supremely satisfied customers!

I have had several companies out to clean my main drain line to the septic tank. My downstairs toilet still was draining very slowly. There was a positive change after The Pipe Boss cleaned the line. Once the CIPP liner was put in everything was draining so much better. They were professional, informative and kind. Thanks so much for a job well done!

Long-story, short. Pipe Boss was recommended by a local rooter company that had come out twice just this last week to clear a whole house clog. My wife called and within 30 minutes they were at our house which was a very welcomed relief. When they arrived on-site, they asked for our most recent experience and the current status of the plumbing. They used a camera to scope the line and see where any blockages existed if any. They were able to trace the sewer line through the camera system which was quite the site. The sewer line actually ran in the opposite direction from what was thought-the line ran across the whole house and down the front of the house toward the street. In the process, they were able to uncover 2 separate clean-outs, 1 near the house and the other at the city right-of-way easement. They were wonderful to work with and very knowledgable about what was going on. In the end, our house sewer line was completely clean and in good condition, the camera work identified that the main-line clog was on the city side. He called 311 for us and setup an appointment for them to come out this afternoon and alleviate the clog. I can't say enough nice things about them and they did everything with a smile and a caring attitude that showed. I would highly recommend Pipe Boss for both sewer line camera scoping and they also do poured-in-place pipe liners if needed as well.

If I could give this plumbing service 10 stars, I absolutely would—they really earned it. I called this morning about a clogged kitchen drain, and Russell answered the phone quickly and got me scheduled for the same day. He let me know about their drain cleaning special, which was a nice bonus. I was set up for an appointment between 3 and 4pm, and the plumber, Manuel, gave me a call about 20 minutes before arriving. Manuel arrived right on time, checked out the kitchen drain, and used his 75-foot drain snake to clear the blockage. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find a plumber in Walkertown who is this reliable and efficient. I’m really happy with the whole experience and will definitely use their services again!

We had to replace our old garbage disposal. So, I went to Home Depot, & got a new one. I needed someone to help install it. I wasn’t aware that I needed a power cord. When Jaylen came out with Cardinal plumbing, he had to drive 15 miles & back to a supplier to get one. At first he was going to pick up a Badger unit, & I was going to have to return my unit to H/depot. But, instead he called me from the supplier & told me we could use the unit I already bought. Jaylen, did an excellent job getting our garbage disposal installed. We were very satisfied with the excellent service we received. Also, I called yesterday to make the appointment. And, they were able to come out the same day to fix my issue. Christie the dispatcher booked my appointment, & she called me & told me Jaylen would arrive within 30 minutes. This company really delivered for me today! I needed immediate help with a drainage issue on the washing machine. The dispatcher was super friendly and helpful. We called Plumbing Repair of the Triad after a recommendation from a neighbor. We recently moved to the area, and the house we purchased had a sewage smell coming from the master bath. We were very nervous that this would be an expensive fix, especially since we have a septic system. Josh listened to all of the information I could give him and seemed pretty confident that it was an easy fix (new wax seal on the toilet). He was quick, the price was very reasonable, and we haven't had problems since! We're so grateful that it wasn't something major and that Josh was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. I was also pleased with the fact that he removed his shoes at the door, even as he came and went a few times to get parts and tools from his truck. Having just put new carpet in the bedroom he had to pass through, I was very grateful for this bit of thoughtfulness. I would definitely use them again!

We had a gas leak issue with our gas log fireplace. Austin and Vinney were polite on the initial service call and assessment. This is probably my fourth large project with go green and as always I am so impressed. We had our upstairs heating and air system replaced in February of 2025 and I had hoped to be able to get by another year before having to replace the downstairs unit. It just wasn't meant to be. I have to say that from the time they inspected it which was Wednesday. Jason(project manager) came out after Jonathan had identified the issues and the concerns that Thursday morning the whole crew was here Jorge, Erwin, Juan, and Robert. I think Carlos was here for bit as was Rob and AJ for electric. Today is Friday and literally from Wednesday to Friday from having a potential disaster in my house with no heat to a fully functioning HVAC system. Oh and when you call the office everybody is so great. I've talked to you, Megan and Amy and Lauren and Katie. I'm trying to remember everybody. You guys are just awesome!
