After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

Tried two other local, popular plumbers. First charged us well over $400 and didn’t clear the clog - said we would need hydro jet service and it would cost maybe over a thousand dollars more than the $400 already paid. Sent him home. Second fellow was a no show for his appointment. With Christmas dinner looking more and more like a trip to Cracker Barrel, I read the reviews of ZOOM. So happy I did. Contacted ZOOM and scheduled for their tech to come and diagnose our problem. Anthony arrived the next day even earlier than was promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He not only cleared the clog, but took the time to explain to my wife and I why we shouldn’t pour lumpy hamburger grease down a toilet, let alone a kitchen sink, and it sometimes just doesn’t make a difference if we drain our hot water heater trying to flush the line afterward. In the end, ZOOM solved our problem for LESS than we paid the company that did absolutely nothing. Next time we do hamburgers, we’ll call ZOOM.

We moved into a house with the original cast iron plumbing from the 1950’s. Shortly after we started experiencing frequent clogs and knew it was time to update— we needed a total re-pipe of the entire home. We got in person estimates from a total of 5 different plumbing companies, and Go Green got the bid. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they WERE the most thorough, dedicated, and professionally courteous. They spent time to walk us through what steps needed to be done, did extra dirty work that other companies flat out refused like cutting out sheet rock to reach old pipes behind the sinks, and even price-matched the next-most-expensive offer we had received. It took them 4 days to complete the entire house and they even took care of getting the city inspection done, which all the other companies told us “we wouldn’t need” (spoiler alert— we did!). We are so happy with our decision to invest in using Go Green for our plumbing and would recommend them to anyone for their quality and professionalism!

I called Cardinal Plumbing & Drain Services when a pipe burst late at night and they arrived exactly on time. We had to replace our old garbage disposal. So, I went to Home Depot, & got a new one. I needed someone to help install it. I wasn’t aware that I needed a power cord. When Jaylen came out with Cardinal plumbing, he had to drive 15 miles & back to a supplier to get one. At first he was going to pick up a Badger unit, & I was going to have to return my unit to H/depot. But, instead he called me from the supplier & told me we could use the unit I already bought. Jaylen, did an excellent job getting our garbage disposal installed. We were very satisfied with the excellent service we received. Also, I called yesterday to make the appointment. And, they were able to come out the same day to fix my issue. Christie the dispatcher booked my appointment, & she called me & told me Jaylen would arrive within 30 minutes. Absolutely recommend, 10/10. Family owned/operated. Nathan Owens, and his crew, are super hard working, super knowledgeable, good price. They went above and beyond for our severe plumbing needs, walked us through every step of the way, made recommendations that were completely backed up with my independent research. They did an entire sewer main replacement, two way clean out install, water main feed, clean out, pressure and shutoff valve replacement, etc.

There aren’t enough good things I can say about Owen’s Plumbing. Truly 24 hours, priced reasonably (water work is still expensive regardless), professional, and courteous. Well pump turned faulty, called Nathaniel, and an Owens truck was dispatched within the hour; and after Nathaniel diagnosed the issue (also within an hour) he had our well pump replaced and water on within the day. Spectacular service and will only call them going forward.

Highly recommend, they’ll do all my work going forward. Very fast, communicative, professional, and friendly. Replaced a tankless water heater - they came out the same day to take a look at it and picked up the parts and did the work the day after (on a Saturday). Nathaniel was also kind enough to provide advice on an unrelated issue. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!

10+ Service From the moment I called All Plumbing Services of thre Triad I I was in good hands. The dispatcher, Christie, was friendly, calm and incredibly helpful. She’s told me they would be out around 4 o’clock – but to my surprise and relief they arrived at 1 o’clock. Aiden came in and immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly checked everything inside the house, reassuring me every step of the way. He then went outside and determined the issue was in the exterior pipeline. Thankfully, he was able to locate the blockage and safely thawed out the pipes. What impressed me most was his care and professionalism. He was very mindful about not tracking Snow into the house, explained everything clearly as he worked so I could understand what was happening. He stayed afterward to make sure I knew exactly what I needed to do going forward. Aidan was warm, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. This company truly goes above and beyond. The diagnostic of All Plumbing was to replace the tankless water heater, fix a corroded line, and a whole house filter line cost $10,000 for a home build in 2021. This was the recommendation to address low water pressure in a tankless hot water heater. I appreciate All Plumbing quick scheduling to check for low pressure in a water heater. I had two different plumbers look at my water heater prior to All Plumbing. The first couldn't find the problem, second advised I had build up in my tankless water heater. Second plumber did not have the proper equipment to flush my system and advised they would order. A few days later I learned they had a supplier issue and not given a timeline. So I called All Plumbing my third plumber. All Plumbing technician Josh and another looked at my system. I was told I had leaking and corrosion going on a line to side of hot water heater. Josh suggested that they not flush it because it would do more harm to the water heater. Also there was leaking/corrosion with my whole house filter line. Josh noted our unit is 9 years old please note the builders plumber installed a brand new 2017 model in 2021 when the home was built I am the original owner for almost 5 years now.To me seems silly to put something like in your report not accurate and could be easily verified. I declined and requested the cost of trip - $59 & diagnostic fee of $85. I am not saying All Plumbing is not being truthful but their diagnostic is highly questionable. The second plumber I used was the most knowledgable overall my impatient as we were tired of lukewarm showers is my fault bc I should have waited and had them address my unit when they could get to it. I am having my warranty company look at so I will update after I have a review by the warranty company assigned.

The A/C & Heating company that I have a maintenance agreement with informed me that while servicing my unit in the attic he noticed that there was no shut-of valve on my hot water heater. I was concerned about a potential leak that could potentially flood my home should there be a leak. I called All Plumbing to install a shut off valve ad they just left my home. Josh and Jared were professional, knowledgeable. friendly and very thorough and honest. While they could have just installed a shut off valve, they informed me that there actually WAS a shut off valve on the hot water heater and I had been given wrong information. They took a photo to show me the valve and even did an internet search with the model number of the unit to find how old my HW heater was. I will be sure to recommend All Plumbing to all my family and friends! Thank you Josh and Jared!

Wright Choice Plumbing came out to one of our rentals, assessed the situation, made a quote on site, and then came back the following morning to replace the stack and put in a new main. They were fast, professional, and did an excellent job. We will be using them again in the future.

Jason Davis did a wonderful job, spur of the moment last minutes Water Heater replacement, had me up and running on a couple hours total. I cannot express how great of a job he did, I literally had about three different pipes going into the closet where the water heater is and very old drop valve shutoffs, he replaced everything with state-of-the-art piping and shut offs. I will definitely be using these guys again for any of my plumbing needs in the future!

Great service! Brenda was able to get a technician to see us an hour after we called. Trae was professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue and repair our toilet.
