I had a great experience with Plumbs Up! They came out and inspected the issue right away, which I truly appreciated. Anthony from Plumbs Up Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, walked me through the process, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the repairs. His attention to detail and commitment to getting everything done right the first time really stood out. On top of the excellent workmanship, Anthony provided exceptional customer service. He was patient, respectful of my home, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who cares as much about the experience as they do about the job itself, but Anthony delivered on both. I highly recommend him and Plumbs Up Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service.

Christian came out and was professional and courteous. He expediently diagnosed the issue and explained the process and all the steps involved in his work. He went above and beyond putting down tarps to protect our rugs and was so friendly fielding all of our questions. I highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

I changed out my faucets and hardware to all black from the original nickel color. The new tub spouts didn’t come with all the hardware needed to put the new ones on. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician come right out. When the technician showed up, Bill introduced himself and I showed him what I was doing and I need him to help with. Bill explained everything that needed to happen during the process. He got to work and was polite and professional the entire time. Once he was done he cleaned up after himself and you couldn’t even tell he was here other than my new spouts looking great and functioning perfectly.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking. When I first called I spoke to Trisha(hopefully spelled right). She was friendly and explained the process well. I received a call ahead of time the day of service to let me know that the technician was on his way. The technician(Christian) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My bill was a bit higher than I thought it would be but I do not blame the company for that. There were parts that were needed for the job that was way more expensive than I thought it would be. I would not say that Roto Rooter is cheap, but you are paying for quality work. I will use them again in the future. Thanks again to Christian and Trisha for resolving my issue.

After having just gotten back and getting ready to leave in 2 weeks to pcs to a different base I realized my water wasn’t working and it sounded like water was gushing from somewhere. I called multiple places but nowhere had any available people until Monday. Luckily Josh Velasquez was available today and made his way down to the middle of nowhere and was able to fix my issue. He was knowledgeable and quick with his work. He even advised me to counter measures for future issues. Pricing was reasonable and now I can move about my day thanks to them! 100% would recommend!

Hello, my name is Wanda Smith, and I must say, i am so very grateful for you Business Mr Rooter, and 2 of your staff technicians. They were very efficient and very quick. explain the process to me thoroughly. Your staff being: STORM and LANDON.... ( Landon was a little more reserved, quieter)🤫 I was praying that I could get my frozen pipes fixed and I "thank GOD" they came through. Tuesday 2/3/26 right at 11am ( mabe a little before) If I may say so, LANDON was more of the shaker and moving kinda guy, or mabe even "the runner." But STORM, he was the sit down Drilling, sawing, A TRUE DELEGATOR kindof ... etc... Excellent job like i said b4.... explaining! So thank you, to Mr ROOTER aka Hal ... PS. If ever in the future , i'm in need of your services again, may I please, please have STORM, in LANDONG? A satisfied & GREATFUL HEART customer! Wanda🦋 2/4/2026

Where do I start...well the crew showed up on time. They were polite & professional from the customer service down to the plumbers. The prices were the best. Unlike the $1500 the previous plumbers quoted. They worked til the line was clear. Did some runs to be 100% that all was well. I'll recommend Mr Rooter anyway. Thank you for the patience & understanding to my issue. A very pleased customer.

I called a couple of plumbers before I called Eastern plumbers trying to get a sooner appt. When the plumber was a no show I called Eastern plumbers back and I was able to get my original appt back before the ice storm. Jerri was so nice. And Dylan the plumber was AWESOME!!! He explained to me what happened with my pipes and assured me that he would take care of me. And he did just that! He showed me pics before the repair and after. Eastern Plumbing you definitely hired the right person to represent your company. I will definitely be using your services again.

This was first time using this company after local recommendation. After calling the main number and leaving a message, was pleased that they called me back within minutes and set up a meeting for the following day. The following day the plumber arrived as promised, assessed the situation, and got straight on the issue. He was very polite and respectful, kept us advised of issues and kept the entire workplace clean and tidy, despite some problems from the original installation, worked calmly and diligently. I would definitely use again

Professional Drain Cleaning in Greenville, North Carolina

Greenville is the heart of Pitt County, and whether you're living in a student-centric neighborhood near East Carolina University or a quiet family home near River Park North, a clogged drain is never part of the plan. Our service simplifies the search for reliable plumbing by doing the heavy lifting for you. We don't just give you a list; we actively scan our network of local Greenville professionals, filtering by your exact location to ensure fast response times.

Before we connect you, we personally call the plumbers to confirm they have an open slot to handle your specific drain emergency today. In a bustling town like Greenville, where traffic on Arlington Boulevard or Evans Street can slow things down, having a verified professional nearby is the fastest way to get your pipes flowing again. We take the guesswork out of finding a certified plumber who is actually ready to work right now.

Common Drain Issues in Greenville, North Carolina

Tree Root Intrusion: With Greenville’s lush canopy of pines and oaks, roots are a major culprit for sewer line backups. These thirsty roots seek out moisture in older clay pipes found in historic Greenville neighborhoods, leading to slow drains or total blockages that require professional clearing.

Hard Water Buildup: Like many areas in the North Carolina Coastal Plain, Greenville homes often deal with mineral deposits. Over time, calcium and magnesium can build up inside your pipes, creating a rough surface that makes it easier for hair and soap scum to catch and create stubborn clogs.

Student Housing Overuse: In high-density rental areas near the ECU campus, kitchen and bathroom drains often take a beating. Grease from heavy cooking and excessive debris can quickly overwhelm older plumbing systems that weren't designed for such high occupancy levels.

Sandy Soil Shifts: The sandy soil composition in Pitt County can cause ground shifting, which may lead to 'bellied' pipes or minor misalignments. These dips in the line allow sediment to collect, leading to recurring drainage issues that a simple plunger can't fix.

Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Greenville, North Carolina

Spring: Flush your outdoor drains and check your downspouts to prepare for heavy North Carolina spring thunderstorms. Ensuring water can flow away from your foundation prevents basement or crawlspace flooding.

Summer: With the high humidity Greenville experiences, ensure your AC condensate drain line is clear. A backup here can lead to water damage inside your home during the peak of the cooling season.

Fall: Before the leaves start to drop, inspect your exterior plumbing vent pipes. Falling debris or nesting birds common in our area can block these vents, causing gurgling sounds and slow drainage in your indoor sinks.

Winter: While Greenville winters are generally mild, occasional deep freezes occur. Insulate pipes in unheated crawlspaces to prevent them from freezing and cracking, which often results in major drainage failures once they thaw.

Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Greenville, North Carolina

$145-$475

The cost for drain cleaning in Greenville typically depends on the location of the clog (secondary line vs. main sewer line) and the technology required, such as a basic drain snake or high-pressure hydro-jetting.
