Will and his entire family made this the most enjoyable sewage experience possible! Our troubles started with a backed up drain which led to a weekend plumber visit to get the water to start draining. We had a root ball in the sewage line outside of our house. We asked for estimates both from traditional-only plumbing companies and from companies that also do trenchless / cure in place piping repairs. The highest estimate we received was from a traditional-only company and it was almost three times higher than the estimate we received from The Pipe Boss. That high estimate was for trenching about 50 feet and did not include re-installation of the basement flooring nor anything other than a cold patch to the driveway. Trenchless pipe repair quickly became not only the least expensive option, it was also the most logical solution because of the lack of cosmetic issues. We chose The Pipe Boss because it was just the right feeling. From start to finish, everyone was professional and friendly. As the work was progressing, it was evident that each family member knew what role they had on the Team. It was also evident how knowledgeable each person was on the entire process and each others roles. The Pipe Boss came when they said they would come and came prepared to complete the job. The did so even when the original plan did not survive first contact with the less than stellar installation of the original sewer line (cast iron pipes not in alignment and never glued PVC fittings). Overall we would not hesitate to recommend The Pipe Boss for any of their services. We are supremely satisfied customers!

My wife and I welcomed all our family back to our home for Christmas and New Year's Day this year, and spent the entire time from Christmas to January 2nd dealing with a main line (whole house) sewage line clog. This meant running to McDonald's or Chick-fil-A to use their bathrooms anytime one of us needed, grabbing showers at the Y, etc. for almost a week. No cooking or washing of dishes. Throughout we were using a local reputable plummer who snaked our house through two toilet holes, a cleanout, and who installed a two-way cleanout about 5 feet from our house in the back yard. While helpful diagnostically (perhaps) by eliminating possible sources of our problems, none of these expensive efforts netted a solution, and we were being faced with a new $1300 choice from the plumber to bring in a two man crew with a jetter. I called another plumber to see if it could be done cheaper, and then someone at Ace Hardware recommended I call The Pipe Boss. I am so glad I did. They were at my house within 30 minutes of the call, and ran a camera which mapped the sewer line from our house to the street. And, in fact, the source of the problem was not in our house. It was a city drainage problem. Will called the city and got the right folk on the phone, and they promised to come out this evening to fix the problem. He and his wife's expertise and experience were obvious, and greatly appreciated. And, I have no doubt he saved me well over $1000. I should have called him sooner.

I have had several companies out to clean my main drain line to the septic tank. My downstairs toilet still was draining very slowly. There was a positive change after The Pipe Boss cleaned the line. Once the CIPP liner was put in everything was draining so much better. They were professional, informative and kind. Thanks so much for a job well done!

I called around 10 AM, Jeremy, arrived by 10:30 AM. About 2 hours later, I think the owners (sorry I forgot your names..) came to assist the search for the reason of the leak in my basement ceiling. Everything was repaired by 1:30 PM. Professional, prompt, personable, informative and most of all, just great guys. I found a team I can trust.

Tried two other local, popular plumbers. First charged us well over $400 and didn’t clear the clog - said we would need hydro jet service and it would cost maybe over a thousand dollars more than the $400 already paid. Sent him home. Second fellow was a no show for his appointment. With Christmas dinner looking more and more like a trip to Cracker Barrel, I read the reviews of ZOOM. So happy I did. Contacted ZOOM and scheduled for their tech to come and diagnose our problem. Anthony arrived the next day even earlier than was promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He not only cleared the clog, but took the time to explain to my wife and I why we shouldn’t pour lumpy hamburger grease down a toilet, let alone a kitchen sink, and it sometimes just doesn’t make a difference if we drain our hot water heater trying to flush the line afterward. In the end, ZOOM solved our problem for LESS than we paid the company that did absolutely nothing. Next time we do hamburgers, we’ll call ZOOM.

Zoom was prompt in responding to my request and scheduled a same day appointment. Wes did a very thorough assessment of the situation, followed by a lengthy attempt to unclog the drain. Communication was great. Although the attempt was unsuccessful.( more work needs to be done) I am very satisfied with the work provided and would use them again and recommend Zoom Drain of Greensboro to anyone that has plumbing issues.

10+ Service From the moment I called All Plumbing Services of thre Triad I I was in good hands. The dispatcher, Christie, was friendly, calm and incredibly helpful. She’s told me they would be out around 4 o’clock – but to my surprise and relief they arrived at 1 o’clock. Aiden came in and immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly checked everything inside the house, reassuring me every step of the way. He then went outside and determined the issue was in the exterior pipeline. Thankfully, he was able to locate the blockage and safely thawed out the pipes. What impressed me most was his care and professionalism. He was very mindful about not tracking Snow into the house, explained everything clearly as he worked so I could understand what was happening. The A/C & Heating company that I have a maintenance agreement with informed me that while servicing my unit in the attic he noticed that there was no shut-of valve on my hot water heater. I was concerned about a potential leak that could potentially flood my home should there be a leak. I called All Plumbing to install a shut off valve ad they just left my home. Josh and Jared were professional, knowledgeable. friendly and very thorough and honest. While they could have just installed a shut off valve, they informed me that there actually WAS a shut off valve on the hot water heater and I had been given wrong information. They took a photo to show me the valve and even did an internet search with the model number of the unit to find how old my HW heater was. I contacted Kino Plumbing for a second opinion regarding a gurgling drain issue. During the visit, the technician/manager Albert attempted to charge $399 for a camera inspection that I did not authorize. I reviewed a recording of the phone call afterward, and at no point did I agree to a camera inspection — I only asked whether a camera was available and was told it would cost extra if used. He also tried to state several catastrophic causes over the phone prior to even evaluating the issue in person. After he "evaluated" I was also told the blockage was at the city line level, however the city later confirmed their line was clear. I believe homeowners should be very clear and cautious about authorizing work and charges in advance. Transparency and consent are extremely important, especially during stressful plumbing issues.

Kino’s plumbing was wonderful. One of the toilets in my spa had gotten clogged. I called Kino’s and spoke with Kelly, who was very friendly and understanding of the need to get someone out as soon as possible. The window for someone was between 12-4, Mike got here around 2:00 and was done by 2:38. He was awesome! His thoroughness was wonderful. After fixing the toilet, he wanted me to see for myself that it is now flushing as it should. 5 star service!

This company is highly recommended. Excellent service both at the call center and with the plumber. I placed a last minute call to make an appointment, they came to quote the price and fixing it all in one day. They were facing alot of troublesome with the faucets, instead of complaining or drawing more issues to it. The teams were very dedicated and took time to take care of the problems even though it took them closely to half of a day to get both of my faucets shower fixed. After getting a new washer installed, we noticed the hot and cold water valves were leaking. We called for a plumber, and Emmanuel and Russell came out quickly to help us. They replaced the valves in no time, and everything works perfectly now—no more leaks! We’re happily washing clothes again with no worries. We had a big plumbing project done for two buildings with 60 units here in Walkertown. The plumbers showed up right on schedule and finished the work on time, just as promised. Russell and his team were very friendly and helpful to all the residents throughout the process. They handled both the horizontal and vertical water pipes, using pipe sleeving, which was a major task for us. The entire job went smoothly, and everyone was really impressed with how everything turned out—no problems at all. Called Practical Plumbing based on a referral for home plumbing. Roger showed up on time. He is professional, friendly, and neat. I thought I had a leak in the under sink grey water pump. I was asking for a complete replacement. Roger tightened several loose connections and recommended for me to keep the original pump. His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars. He also fixed a leak in my basement ceiling where I had done a DIY repair. He made it much more professional so I can have the confidence to do the Sheetrock ceiling repair. He inspected a few other areas where I was concerned but told me those were Ok. Pricing was super reasonable. These folks are the “real deal”

Very uneventful in a very good way. There were no surprises or unknowns. The company communicated very well, I knew what to expect and when to expect them. Reece showed up on time and checked over the job. He gave us a quote right away which was very fair. We agreed, he did the work, and certainly made our kitchen area much better than when he started. We had a pipe burst on the outside of the house, which flooded the front bedroom. On short notice Practical Plumbing was able to send someone out immediately. When Roger Kendrick arrived as promised in a timely manner, I felt a sense of relief come over me. Roger was very polite, professional and super knowledgeable, He knew his stuff. Roger also replaced our garbage disposal, which was poorly installed last year, by another company. I must say that over the years we have dealt with many repairmen, especially since this house is 30 years old, and to be honest, many only come in and just want to get you to add things to increase your bill and on top of that you get shabby work. Not the case at all with Roger. Roger shared some very helpful hints and precautions to prevent further, additional and unnecessary damage or breakdown in and around the home.
