Jeremy from Mr Rooter was seriously awesome to work with. He first did a camera inspection but hit a blockage and then a full line cleaning, which then helped us see what was really going on with the camera, and then he carefully dug up under the driveway to confirm the actual issue. Turns out the construction next door had cracked my pipe under the driveway and because of his work I had the proof I needed to get it fixed by their crew. Even though he didn’t end up doing the repair himself, the investigation he did was super thorough and honestly saved me a ton of stress. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, didn’t try to upsell anything, and was professional and straightforward. The entire investigation and cleaning cost ~$800. If you need someone who actually cares about finding the real problem and helping you move forward, I’d definitely recommend Mr Rooter.

Had Jeremy out to scoop our sewer line to see if there were any clogs. Not only did he fix the clog he spent hours going through our lines explaining any future issues we may have in giving us a full understanding of any concerns. Highly recommended for not only above and beyond service, but also for just getting to understand how your house functions.

The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything step by step before getting started, which gave us complete confidence in the work being done. The installation was done cleanly, on time, and to a very high standard. Keean was super friendly and helpful in quickly diagnosing and snaking a clogged branch of our drainage system. I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber for their responsiveness and professional work. Keean came back to replace an old, leaky galvanized drain pipe with PVC and did a great job. Ensured everything was working before leaving. I’m very satisfied with the work! Louis came to repair a pipe where an improperly soldered valve had fallen off. He cut back two lines and did a great job on short notice!

Austin is Awesome!!!🏆 He came out to install a new taller toilet, bidet seat, and replaced our downstairs toilet. Austin was right on time, super pleasant, professional, and strong enough to easily lift the new 88 pound toilet out of my car. All the work was done to our complete satisfaction. We've used TP Howard's for over 6 years now; in the past, they replaced our water heater and have dup up and repaired a waterline leak under our driveway. We highly recommend them!

Mark & Jake showed up promptly and installed a sink in our garage for my pottery studio. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Things went smoothly, but after they left we lost water pressure. I was surprised when Mark came right back and solved the problem with a new valve he had on the truck. Excellent service. I thought I was going to have deal with low pressure until a service call could be scheduled, but when Mark found out he came right back. Shows he has pride in his work. Great initiative! Thanks! Everything about this experience has been excellent. (Should mention we were expecting to have to replace a hot water heater, so this was going to be $$$$$ no matter what) It started with the website- that actually contained informative info about hot water heater types and not just boilerplate, and an online scheduling system that was so easy. Next was their clear text communication and call before the appointment. Then our tech, Patrick, was great. He took the time to explain what he saw and why it was likely that way, then diagnosed it, and provided multiple possible solutions, at different levels of workload and price point. Then he worked patiently with our home warranty rep (don’t get me started on that 1-star pos company), and finally we set up payment and got financing options. We ended up getting the service subscription because the savings we got from the discount you get with that plan pays for the plan itself and more. So happy to have found our plumbers for life! Will gladly update this review after they complete the work. UPDATE: work is completed and it was more of the same great experience! Our tech Uber was a hard worker, communicated well and was dedicated. He pushed through a long day installing our water heater and even upgraded our system replacing some of our pex with copper. He ran out of time when replacing our shower cartridges but that was because they were a bit more challenging to remove since it had been too long since their last replacement and sediment had jammed them. So he had to come back, but when he did, both were replaced within 45 min and we were set. Even got to meet the owner George and can say, culture really does come from the top down. Our only snag in the whole process was calling the main line. If we choose the option for “appt for a previous estimate (1)” or “appt status update (4)”, we received an automated error of “extension 101 is unavailable” But when we relayed this on to Mary in billing (the menu option that did reach a person), she apologized and took ownership. We did get through on option 1 to Tierra (sp?) and she got us quickly to Uber to figure it appt details Overall this is a great plumbing group and I look forward to trusting them with future plumbing needs.

Have an almost 70 year old house and all the old iron pipes that came with it ! Patryk was on time, polite and very knowledgeable ! He worked around my schedule and got the job done fast ! I’ve thought about this review for a few days before posting it. As a small business owner myself, I understand how important reviews are, so I don’t leave them lightly. However, I can’t overlook my experiences with Richard W. from All About Plumbing. Last Wednesday we had a main line break in a 2-inch PVC line. I called All About Plumbing, and Richard answered. The conversation was a little rough from the start—maybe he was having a bad day, or maybe we just didn’t get off on the right foot. Either way, the interaction didn’t feel very welcoming. For context, the repair was a simple 16-inch splice with two couplers. We had already excavated the area and had equipment on site ready to assist with the repair. After explaining why the job was supposedly going to be very technical and difficult, Richard quoted $4,700 for the repair. That number felt extremely high, so we called Hometown Plumbers for a second opinion. We explained the situation and what had already been quoted. They stopped by Core & Main down the road, picked up a couple of bolt-on couplers for about $300 each, came to the site, and determined they weren’t even necessary. They installed two high-pressure PVC fittings and had the repair completed in about 20 minutes. Total cost: • $175 emergency call • $200 labor and parts $375 total The repair has held perfectly since Wednesday. I probably wouldn’t have written this review, but this was actually my second experience with Richard. A few years ago he came to my house to quote a water purification system. I remembered his face and the same unwelcoming tone. After a short visit he quoted $19,000 for the system. We ended up calling Four Seasons Plumbing. They were extremely professional, installed a large tank system with inline filters, replaced the main line, and performed before-and-after water testing. The difference was huge and the system has worked great for three years now. Their total install cost: $5,300. That’s a $13,700 difference. Richard may be a good person, but based on my experiences I wouldn’t feel comfortable having someone with that tone or pricing approach representing my business or interacting with my customers. This review may not impact the company one way or another, but based on my experiences I wouldn’t consider calling All About Plumbing again.

My well pump went out after the ice storm 1/27/26. All About Plumbing had a crew to assess the situation at my home in less than 3 hours. They determined the pump needed replacement and arranged to have a crew come the next day prepared to do the job. They had to make some logistics arrangements to make it down my icy road. Matt, Scott and Pete did a great job. They were well prepared and didn't stop working from the time they arrived until the job was done. They also brought my water system back into code. My wife and I were very impressed with the crew, their work ethic, professionalism and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend!

Very Professional Company. Everyone from the assistant answering the phones to the technicians that came out to correct the pluming issues, they were very professional, friendly and courteous. They were efficient in addressing the issue in a expedited fashion to minimalize the downtime for the tenants of the property and did a great job of cleaning and sanitizing after the work was complete. They kept me updated on the technicians arrival time and were responsive by phone when I called to clarify my issue. Great results and technicians Connor & Finn completed my repair within 30 minutes! This is how a service company should operate! The guys who came to my house were courteous, professional, and communicated well. They really respected my home by being very efficient and clean with their work. They showed me what they found via pipe camera, the immediate problems and potential future issues. I had a water leak in the line from the meter to the house (200 Ft). I called three companies and the first two immediately said they would have to dig a new line for $13,500 and $19,000 respectively. In comes Dylan Muller with Roto Rooter and offered to dig around the meter to see if he could find it. No one else had offered that. He had come back on a Sunday to finish and he found the leak and fixed it. Dylan is a great guy: smart, thoughtful, hard-working and incredibly polite and respectful. His knowledge of the problem and solutions to fix it were impressive. Roto Rooter and Dylan will be my first call from now on.

Could have saved some money if I had identified the size type of disposal required prior to his arrival but was unaware that was possible.
