Excellent experience with Randy! Had to have the house re-piped and for the most part, didn't have water for over a week. After getting quotes from other plumbing companies, I chose BFW, mainly due to the reviews online and in person reviews. Once I made the call, BFW had the work set up quickly and let me know Randy would be the plumber doing the job. Randy gave me clear information, kept me informed of the timeline of completion, (which was really quick considering the scope of the job!), and ensured I had water at the end of the first day...which I wasn't expecting! Randy and his helper, Evan, were professional, courteous, informative and did their best to minimize the mess...which is inevitable when walls have to be opened up but they did great and cut the sheetrock in a way that the pieces could be placed back on, super helpful. The price was fair, reasonable and lower than some other estimates I had obtained. The lower cost definitely didn't mean lower quality, the work done is high quality. Shout out to Chris for coming through two days in a row to make sure my water heater was replaced! He assured me on day one he would have it ordered and fixed by the next day and he did just that! Nate did an amazing job installing my new water heater and two hose bibs! He explained the process thoroughly and made sure all installs were up to current code. I chose to buy the water heater, expansion tank and drain pan on my own to save some bucks. He came with everything else to do the job right and for a great price. My technician Dustin B arrived on time. He works quickly to get things done. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable man. I even learned the story behind how behind the company logo and how Blantons began! He is very loyal to his company and you can see that he is passionate about what he does and he enjoys his work. His work is clean and professional! He is very honest and trustworthy. The prices are very affordable. I wouldn’t want to work with any other technician.

Matt (plumber technician) along with the lady at the front desk expeditiously troubleshooting the logistics involng getting our pipe fixed, but did so with great customer service. They were patient will all my questions, Matt arrived on time and the front communicated when he was 30 minutes out. Having issues that involve our family being displaced is a headache in and of itself. So having top tier customer service and a technician who knows what they are doing put my mind at ease. Mike’s Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing experience we have ever had. We had an emergency leak on the second floor after hours and Josh showed up quickly, calm and ready to work. He immediately shut the water off, diagnosed the issue, and had everything completely fixed within about 45 minutes. The professionalism, speed, and overall service were absolutely over the top. In a stressful situation, Josh made it feel controlled and handled. If you need a plumber who actually shows up and delivers, Mike’s Plumbing is the one to call. Highly recommend.

I called Mikes Plumbing in an emergency it was late and they still took the job. Melvin drive more than an hour to attend my emergency and they did an amazing job he gave me advice in what was going in on. He was really professional and kind even we all knew there is a snowstorm coming he couldn’t leave without making sure that my situation was resolved before the storms. I never really leave reviews but I had a leak under my house and Woods Plumbing got someone out very quickly. Karl and his partner (I did not catch his name) were both very kind and professional. They fixed the issue quickly and were very knowledgeable about it all. I am extremely grateful!

Karl was excellent. He was able to come out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed the line leading to the valve without any fuss. He explained what was going on clearly and was very easy to work with. What I really appreciated was how calm, efficient, and straightforward he was—no upselling, no unnecessary work, just a solid repair done right. Everything was handled cleanly and professionally, and the leak was fully resolved.
