Expert Drain Cleaning in Wilson, NC

Roto-Rooter has been doing drain repairs for me since 2020. Today Michael and DeAndre did the service. They were prompt, respectful, and professional. I will definitely call them again for plumbing and drain service.

The technician, Michael, verified the issue, confirmed the scope of work, was up front on service and pricing and completed the job in a timely manner. Friendly and prompt service from the first phone call to the office with Brandon and trainee Zach all the way to the handshake before the technician left. The local Roto-Rooter office and technicians did a great job. You can call them. They're here for it.

Sorry I forget the technician's name. He was great and knew his stuff. He explained everything he did and offered advice that was clear. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased.

He was respectful, knowledgeable and he took the time to over different options of repair for my budget cost. He gave detail information on what and why, plus kept me update and showed me the aftereffect on why it was needed. He kept me updated on his arrival time. 10/10

I needed to have a master shower handle replaced and contacted the company in early October. They sent me an estimate on the 13th, and when I called to move forward with the work, they said they would get back to me. After waiting a while, I called again, but still heard nothing. Fast forward to December 15th, when I called again. This time, they wanted to issue a new estimate and charge an additional $250 to "prioritize" the work, even though I’d already been waiting for two months. The communication was frustrating, and their process needs some serious attention. Eventually, someone did come out and complete the work, which was well done. However, no one could explain why there was no follow-up or what happened to the original estimate. Considering the job cost over $400, I expected better customer service. If people are paying that much for plumbing, clear communication and timely responses should be a priority.

Trey was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and efficient. He was professional and fixed the leak under our house quickly. The company was very friendly to work with, they had him out the next day(was offered same day but my schedule would not work). Will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

From my first phone call with Alyssa Erdman to my last chat with technician Mason Smith, I received top service, advice and help from Prostar. My leaky old gas water heater had to be replaced. Due to a partner's illness Mason had to do the job by himself. He did a first rate job, worked tirelessly for 2 days and kept me informed with every change. I will use Prostar in the future for all my plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical work. They are reliable with great staff.

The man will stress you over the payment, but never show up if there is a problem. Then when you reach out to them about it you will get cussed at an told it's obviously your fault...an yet he never showed to look at it! Not dependable!!!

I was disappointed I had a leak perry could not find it. I had to get another plumber to fix it. I don't want his service again. That was several years ago. Charged me and didnt fix my water problem. Live and learn.

Earlier this year I had septic issue and my son recommended them. They came right out, found the issue, fixed it and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Last week I discovered an issue with the outdoor shower at my place at the beach that required the water to the whole home be turned off. I was surprised there weren’t shut off valves for those lines. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to combine my job with another in the area and came out the following day, again not charging me an exorbitant amount. They added shut odd valves for both the hot and cold lines and are currently looking for either replacement knobs or a new fixture. I told them no rush, since it’ll be at least May before anyone might need that shower. 🙂Their staff are so friendly and professional! They are my plumbers for both of my places and I definitely recommend them!

Was having issues with my septic tank backing up. They came out and looked at the distribution box (for free which was nice) and told me it was broken. They said I needed it completely replaced, the tank pumped, the lines jetstreamed, and wanted to charge me almost $5,000 for it. We got a second opinion, the box is not broken and the tank didn’t need to be pumped. The issue was a clog, and we paid $275 to a different plumber to have the issue fixed. It really felt like Myrtle Creech knew that I wouldn’t know any better and was trying to pull one over on me. I’ve included pictures of our d box and of the email from Travis Creech Plumbing telling me it was broken and would cost $4,800 to fix.

Had to have our septic replaced a couple of years ago and got this company to do it. We are now having problems, they forgot to put a filter into the new system and their guy drove over one of the drain field pipes causing it to collapse. Now they won’t even return our call to come up with a plan to fix it.

I was scheduled for a septic tank pump-out. They scheduled it between 8-12, showed up at 8:30. Hunter (sorry, you know why 😀) and Eloy were the technicians they sent. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Other company's can learn from the way that they interacted. The front office staff were also friendly and quick. This company is an easy 5 stars, wish I could give more.

Wonderful company to work with! Hunter was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my wife's questions. After digging up the septic tank, the dirt was put back and smoothed out perfectly as if the ground hadn't been touched. Will definitely be calling them when it's time to service our tank again!

Hello all. I called Ashley's yesterday for a non-emergency service on a kitchen drain pipe under crawl space. The guys came today did a survey of the repair, advised us of the repair needed and estimated cost. Well the rest is now history. They were fast, efficient, professional, etc... My wife and I were remodeling our bathroom to make it more age-in-place appropriate. So we ripped out our bath/tub shower and put in a step-in-shower. I needed help with installing the shower connections and drain. I called Ashley Plumbing and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Correctly identified issue with the pressure tank under my house. Removed old tank and replaced with new one in under hour. While here I ask if they could look at my sub pump in back yard. Tyler told me what the issue was and said if he had the correct check valve in his van he could fix it right now. He had the part and a short time latter sub pump is running like new. They even improved the drainage flow from the existing cover, going above and beyond my expectations. Ashley’s plumbing are good people. They left me better than they found me and I am forever grateful. Reasonable priced and work quickly to get everything up and running. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Called Haywood's for help with washing machine stand pipe overflowing. Promptly responded and arrived quickly without delay. On the phone, he was clear about the costs, so there were no surprises. Benjamin arrived, professionally dressed for working in people's homes. He thoroughly cleaned my drain pipe, working it several times. He also replaced a couple of shut off valves per my request. He was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Highly recommended. Pricing is fair and he was prepared with on hand supplies for everything.

Had them come clear the gray water line under my rental (blocked by previous tenants Grease) as well as fix the leaking tiolet bowl seal and flange and found 2 other leaks and took care of both with ease. I had the water line to my freezer replaced and came home from the hospital with no hot water going to my showers after my roommates left recently. Brooks was a lifesaver for our family. We had a leaking old hot water heater right before a major holiday. Brooks worked a miracle securing our family a new tankless water heater (in the middle of this pandemic with supply issues), rearranged his work crews, and had our new hot water heater installed less than 24 hours from the time he walked into our home to assess the original problem. About 3 months ago, Simpson Plumbing installed a tankless hot water heater at our home. Today on Thanksgiving, it wasn’t working as my wife entered the shower. I immediately called and within 10 minutes, Brooks had called me back. Problem solved! He has a great crew working alongside him!
